I have taken my car as well as my daughters to the guys at Auto Lab. Each time we have needed them they have come through. Every person I have dealt with over the phone or at the desk has been polite and helpful. They have also been very straight forward and honest with me as to the work I have needed and helped me prioritize repairs since I could not afford to do everything I needed at once. I have never had an issue with the repairs they have done for me and the prices seem fair. I definitely recommend them. Keep up the great work guys!

After going to multiple dealerships and shops over the last year in regards to my check engine light I’ve had my engine and generator replaced. Right when I get home the check engine light comes back on. Every. Time. I have a hybrid Malibu so it’s a bit complicated and not even the local Chevy dealership could figure out what the core problem was. They have all even said they did a safety diagnosis on it too. John and his team here figured out the problem quickly(hybrid fan) and then with their safety check were able to let me know about the other issues my car has and I’m what order of importance to address them. They worked with my after market warranty company, they even were going to get ahold of them to help me get a rental car through the warranty too. John kept me up to date with the entire process, spoke to me respectfully even though I’m a female unlike the other dealerships like the auto-lab in canton. They save me money and time, and who knows how bad things could of gone if they didn’t catch everything they did with my car. I will always come back here for any repairs with this car and future cars. Highly recommended them!!!

I didnt have any problem. I was happy to make an appointment and get in when it was that time. I didnt have a problem with the prices because I didnt check the prices elsewhere.

Awesome place. Took my thoughts and concerns about my Avenger into account, kept me updated on what needed to be done. My only complaint is the size of the parking lot, especially with how busy they can get!But hey, a busy auto shop is a good sign imo! I highly doubt Ill be going anywhere else for work on my Car!

Everyone at Auto-Lab is wonderful! Jason, Kubi & John upfront keep the work comin for the guys in the back. Sarge always works on my car and I will never have another mechanic. Jose, Josh and Matt round out the best shop in town.

Took in my 2005 Ford escape for a electrical issue. They spent 3 day’s trying to diagnose my car, finally Mike gave me a call stating I need a electrical wiring repair and his tech has to trace it down. well a few more days and $650 dollars later, my car still had the problem. I finally took it to another shop down the street, and it was a simple fuse fix!

My sister had her car taken in around mid-April. The car finally was fixed today on May 20th. It had an eletrical draw that was killing the battery. She suggested it was from the radio and they did two draw test and couldnt figure it out. Turns out after a month it was the radio.....The car also had many mechanical problems that they discovered. Good on them finding it. Took a month to fix I guess.....They said on the phone the fix would be x amount. Then in person they had extra parts that raised it to be $400 more. Thats not good business integrity.Apparently the labor was $100/hr on the receipt in which 3.5 hours was putting on 2 control arms.Just imagine if your car was out for a month and you paid a $400 tip.

VERY VERY PRICEY they were trying to charge me $399.00 for 1 side front wheel bearing and for both $800 I checked the same area got it done for $180.00 1 side from a respectful place good customer service & fair pricing

Took them four days to put one brake pad and caliper on one wheel.My car broke down. Couldnt go to my shop because i was out of town. They said that I needed ALL of this stuff done and that my car was unsafe. Found out it was a caliper. They still insisted on having all of this work done including brand new pads and rotors even though they had just been replaced. After taking the car back to my mechanic, they said that I was completely overcharged and that the pad they insisted on me getting replaced because they were unsafe was completely unnecessary. They put the pad only one side of the car, and I was charged for the work to have both sides done. When confronting the manager about why it was so much labor, he said that he would have combined the labor if he wrote the bill, because the work was done on the same tire, but he made no effort to correct the error. Instead he said that he was helping me out of a situation where I couldnt go anywhere. They try to take advantage of people and do not bother to fix it if they know they are wrong.

Auto lab is around the corner from my house. The shop opens at 8am but Mike is always there early. Every time we have a problem he takes care of my husbands car and my truck. Mike will let you know exactly whats wrong and the best/reasonable option to fix it. Service and customer service are exceptional!! I would highly recommend Auto-Lab to anyone!

AWESOME!!!! They were so quick and also honest with me which ended up saving me almost half the amount I was originally going to pay. They literally took my car and had it done the same day. They were super prompt and professional.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very quick service. Good warranty. I most appreciated that they took the time to explain to me in clear detail why my car wont run and why it needs a particular part or service before we agreed to anything. Then explained about the health of other parts of my car and what needs service next.

Pleasant experience, they do tend to be a little pricey but you know your getting what you pay for.

We only took the car to this mechanic because it was going to be covered by our warranty. They had the car for almost two weeks and couldnt fix it. They charged us $300 and we still had to take the car somewhere else to be repaired. They essentially ran a diagnostic on the car and that was it. We could have taken it just about anywhere else for a diagnostic for under $100.EDIT:They misdiagnosed the problem! Which is even more frustrating since we paid for labor/misdiagnosis.Autolabs also promptly contacted my husband about the review I left. My husband was unaware that I left a review/what I had said in it. They called him twice and thought what Id said was unfair and mean.So here it is. We had a brake problem with our Prius. We called our warranty company who sent us to Autolabs. Diagnostics, labor, and parts are all covered in our warranty.Sidebar:: No one at Autolabs said anything about their inability to work on a Prius - I know hybrids are different and probably more difficult to work on, but a business should be up front if they cant service the vehicle and tell clients to go to the dealership. Since they took the car for service, I assumed it wouldnt be an issue. Knowing now that they misdiagnosed the problem, I dont have any confidence they know what they are doing.Anyways, we drop off the car at Autolabs. Later in the week, they call my husband with an update - a part needs ordered, but they tell him it should be ready by Monday or Tuesday the following week. We get another call saying that the car was previously serviced in Puerto Rico and the serial numbers on the part dont match. Autolabs doesnt think they can repair it, but are trying to contact the dealership to see if its the right part. The following Tuesday, a full week after theyve had the car, they call us to say they cannot repair it and we must take it to the dealership. They tell us they will contact us when the car is ready to be moved. They tell my husband we owe $300 for diagnostics/labor to remove the part (which didnt need replaced) and put that same part back in place. My husband, confused, asked why the warranty didnt cover diagnostic/labor. He is told the warranty does not cover those, just the part, which would cost $700. This was a complete lie. We called the warranty company and they tell us diagnostic/labor is indeed covered and they had approved the claim for Autolabs, but that claim was then cancelled (I assume because they said they couldnt make all repairs). Again, it was misdiagnosed and labor was not neccessary. Also, how is it our fault the job cant be finished and we have to pay for incomplete work?We wait to hear when we can have the car towed to the dealership. We dont hear back from them until the following night at 530pm that the car is ready to be moved. I really felt like taking care of us/our car was not a priority at this point. It should not take all of Tuesday and Wednesday - nearly 2 full days - before a car is ready to be towed away from the business. Both my husband and I work full time in different parts of the city and it has been extremely difficult to be without a vehicle for so long. Autolabs had the car 10 days.So, we tow the car to the Toyota dealership on Thursday morning. We get a call Friday, the very next day, that the brakes needed to be bled/calibrated and service had been completed. No repairs or parts were needed. The car was ready for pick-up.When my husband spoke with someone today, he was quite upset about the simplified review I left. My husband was upset that we were stuck with a $300 bill for, in the end, essentially nothing. He said he wanted our money back. The response was You want me to pay you to take the review down? They dont care about taking care of clients, only protecting their reputation. Otherwise, the response would have been How can we make this right? What can we do to resolve your issue? Maybe we could compromise and refund part of the labor? Nope.They work slowly and lie about warranty coverage. DO NOT GO TO AUTO-LAB

Got Complete Brake job, done as I waited. Friendly front desk staff, clean waiting room for customers. Fast service at a reasonable price. I will take my vehicle here on a regular basis, and recommend it to anyone else.

My car had a horrible wobble. I was unsure what the problem was. I was thinking it was a wheel bearing an I took it in for them to see what the problem was. They called back an told me my tires were shot. They offered me a very good price. Without a warranty but good price. The wobble is gone. My car drive amazing. Im happy. Will return back for sure. Thank you all.

They pretty much doubled the price, of what it would be to fix my car. $487.00 more!. Also charge $30 just to look at It! Went to four other places, They didnt charge me.

Mike is very upfront about service needed to be done. Gets work dont in a timely manner. Rather then waiting days with other shops. Customers bad review at bottom by marcos. was actually my vehicle they worked on. Marcos just had difference of opinion on service needed to be done. But overall i would recommend Them for doing repairs... They will work with you to get ur vehicle fixed properly ...

I have gotten two alignments done here on my vehicles and both times I was impressed by the way this place is ran.

I am so pleased with these guys at Auto Lab!! They are so honest in diagnosing your vehicle. My van was leaking oil and it turned out that the filter that they had installed 2 weeks previously had a small pin hole which was causing the oil to leak and cause it to smoke like crazy! Now they could have been dishonest and said it was due to a bad head gasket or oil pan gasket and charged me through the nose like some of these other car repair shops. Travis at Auto lab and all the other mechanics there are the best honest mechanics around!! I will never go to another repair shop as long as they are in business!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have always done a great job and if something went wrong they fix it. I had a defected part installed that started making noises within a couple of days and they took take of it all. Definitely always recommend them within the past years that I have used them as our mechanics. I always go here for inspections.

Great service, took my car here because bell tire couldnt do the job correctly. They said it was a real easy fix so they didnt charge me. I will be taking my car back here for all of my maintenance.

I called in to ask about a part on my car, and the guy gave me inaccurate prices of parts. When I told him he was wrong on the price. He told me if I told you the real prices of the parts we would be out of business. Next he told me sarcastically to go to China and get the parts! I will never support this location! He told me I am just here to make money! This immediately informed me my car did not matter.

I took my 2011 Durango here. It had some electrical bugs and was acting funny. They took care of me in an hour for a nominal fee. I was so happy with them I brought my 1971 Chevelle SS and had it gone thru from front to back. Travis and Jason are wonderful. Honest excellent service at a affordable price. My family and I feel safe in our vehicles because of them. Choose them and you will not regret it.

I have come here to repair, more than five car repair shops!Peter used to deliver food and met ten car repair owners.Every car repair shop has its strengths.My second-hand car was repaired here. They knew that I always repaired it very quickly. There was a problem with the AC fan. One day my car was idling unstable. It cost thousands of dollars and a lot of money to repair it.It didnt take long for it to appear faster. I went to another, my friends garage, and it only cost less than $200 to repair it!As for my wife’s car, the oil leaked last time, and it took a lot of money to repair it. After a while, my wife drove the car and the brakes completely failed!Fortunately, she pulled the handbrake. I call AAA trailer.Go to another one to fix the problem of brake oil leakage, and thenMy car repair friend asked me to sell my wifes car to the car factory for 600 dollars, and I bought her a brand new SUV.This car factory needs to work hard and enrich its professional skills, and it needs to be more careful!The owner service, the people are nice! Four stars.But I apologized, probably only Samsung repaired the car.Since then, the car factory here has been ruled out by me.
