Lisa at Storage King is very helpful and friendly. She was prompt to meet with us and discuss our needs. Then quickly got us an appointment to view the options. I have two items in storage here. A 27ft travel trailer and a 28ft boat on a trailer. The boat storage area where I have mine is covered and electricity is available! Lisa is the best! She always has a smile and has very good customer service. She is very knowledgeable of the area and makes sure you are happy with your storage unit. I have nothing but good to say about this Storage King. I have recommended it to my neighbors in Glen Lakes.

Lisa always greets each customer with a smile and treat each customer as family. Conveniently located on highway 19, easily access, and has all the amenities for all types of RVs. This property is well maintained and look like new. The RV parking options are reasonably priced and they run move in special. This is a great place with an awesome staff and you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend this location and a big thumb-up to the staff.

Very easy to get in and the price is right. Of course the place is fairly newso its very clean and I have seen grounds keepers around picking up any stray trash. Aisles are wide enough for 1 cart only. Other than the fact that they could use a couple more carts for people to use this place is great! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I rented a unit with Storage King in March and Lisa was super nice and got me a great unit. Recently, I decided to get a second unit in the climate-controlled area and the fellow there was great and got me one close to the door to that section. This is a great place to store your extra items. It is clean, the staff is friendly and easy to work with and the cost to rent a unit is quite reasonable. We were moving here from New Hampshire. We tried several different U~haul facilities because we were told we would receive a free month with using their truck. Worst customer service EVER. I called Storage King and spoke to Lisa who was AMAZING!! She was knowledgeable and most importantly kind. We were late getting into our storage unit due to a death in our family and Lisa actually reached out to make sure everything was ok. The facility was very clean and we felt that our belongings were kept safe. Will definitely recommend your services.

Very nice office staff. Unit was immaculate inside and out. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The climate controlled section is new, everything is very clean, it seems very secure with all the security cameras and staff always keeping an eye on things and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful in finding the storage that fits your needs. The reason I didnt give them five stars is because we had a problem with outside unit with moisture from the roof. These units are older, but for the most part maintained and the area is kept clean. Kudos to Lisa once we complained, she made sure it was taken care of quickly and kept us updated. We really appreciated Lisas immediate help with this and other things she has assisted with. We havent had much experience with storage units, but so far it has been good.
