Been a customer since 2008, had 3 units over the years and my most recent unit Ive have for almost 2 years...and recommended multiple people who have always been happy with their units and services. I had called in a few weeks ago and spoken to Tracy, came in yesterday and both her and Terrance were amazing at helping me secure a unit. For a great price! They also took me over to the unit and showed me how to work the door and lock it properly. It was a a pleasant experience and I am grateful for their help.

Compass Self Storage Spring Hill, FLRented 2 storage units but realized I would not be able to insure 1 of them for more than $5000. I contacted multiple companies, including the company that Compass Storage uses, but to no avail, they all said no insurance above $5000. This was never disclosed to me, perhaps because I had a home owners policy. I sold my home and the policy will be null and void at the end of July. I purchased renters insurance, but it also will not cover storage units. Because of this I had to rent a PODS storage unit so I could purchase the insurance I needed. I rented the storage unit form Compass on Sun. July 4, and let them know on Tues. July 6, that I would not be able to use the storage. I never put a lock or even saw the unit, but Compass refused to refund my money. I am very disappointed in the business practice of Compass Self Storage. I will continue with the remaining unit I have with them only because I will loose that money too if I dont. I will not recommend this company which is sad because the initial experience with them was good.

Beware!!!! Tried to post a negative review on their site and when I hit send....it said to try later!!! Very shifty operation. We were pleased in the beginning with the rate and personal service and friendly people....then bam. On our 6 month rentaversary, they Upped Ours 12.5%. That is 25% a year!!! I dont know about you, but my paycheck has not gone up 25% a year. Now, can you imagine, if you owned a business and you changed your prices by 25% a year? Natasha, the new manager said theirs is supply and demand so they will continue to what the market will bear. I get that...capitalism. That is their right....but it is also my right to call them out and to warn people of their business model. We were also told, when we got our unit that the price could go up 5% in 6 months. That is reasonable....but 12.5%? Clearly, when people say we do not need any more storage facilities in Spring Hill, that is not correct!!! We need them to keep the industry honest.

Tracy was so helpful in planning my storage unit from my out of state move. She helped me decide what size unit I needed and she went above and beyond to help me secure it. She was very professional and courteous each time I called her. When I arrived to see the unit, Tammy was also very courteous and professional. I would recommend Compass Self Storage for all storage and moving needs.

The wonderful woman in the office was very on point and very patient. Loved her spirit and knowledge very pleasant and patient. We rented a uhaul truck from them the truck was not the best it couldnt get up to speed nor the mirrors would not rotate bad experience with the uhaul

She made it very easy for me to figure out which one was best for us and made sure I understood everything in the agreement before I signed. She even had great advice about the home buying process we are going through! So glad we decided to go here she has made everything so much easier and made choosing their storage facility a no brainer!

Facility is well maintained and lit well at night. Staff is congenial and very responsive. If I ever needed another storage unit, I wouldnt hesitate to use Compass again. Good value in comparison to other facilities!

Easy in and out for large trailers and motor homes with 24 hour gate access for parking spots. Covered and uncovered spaces are available along with traditional storage facilities.

The facility was spotless. Tamara was an absolute joy to work with. She was friendly and efficient and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing. She showed us the unit before signing to make sure it was right for what we needed. The customer service provided by the managers was the best Ive seen in a long time. This was the smartest thing Ive done since coming to Florida. I call Compass self storage and speak to this charming personality named Tracy. She gave me a few reasons to come in and chat. When we, me and (my dude) finally got there days later we are met by this young man who was polite, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely funny. They call him Terrence. Folks Im just putting it out there that this storage facility Compass self storage in Springhill Florida,has a staff that takes time to listen to you and your needs and they are just a friendly as can be. Terrence actually made us feel good about handing over our cc and thats not easy to do. He made sure that we dotted every I and crossed every T, and that we had every thing we needed to make transitioning our belongings into a storage unit with ease and comfort. Spacious storage at a reasonable price. Be sure to reserve online for a better price. The employees are wonderful, they work with you to make sure you know everything you need. Very upfront about their policies. As a heads up, they do require insurance on the unit (All storage places do) so be aware of the small additional cost.

The staff were great. We called and let them know what we wanted, they had all our notes when we went into the office. So it was all an easy transaction. Super clean place too!! Well recommended!!

The facility was very clean and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason we closed our account and emptied our unit out before the planned date, was because the rent was raised twice in the first year of our rental. We did not see the reasoning behind this and decided that we would make other arrangements to store our belongings elsewhere. Pricing just became too high.
