I personally know of an individual right now that bought a car off of them for $7,000. They had at one week and they have had the car back since July 12th of 2020 it is now August 22nd 2020. And they have still not fixed the car. They have not even offered them their money back they dont know how to fix anything. I wouldnt take a bicycle they are ripoff and that is all there is to it.

Recently had my oil change here and not only did they go above and beyond and fill up my washer fluid but they also checked to make sure my vehicles tires were full and did an inspection on my vehicle to ensure me Id make it to Kentucky and back. They were friendly and quick and very efficient. Great job guys!!!

The crew at Northcoast Automotive fit me in same-day - great service!My 2007 Suburban had a sticking front caliper that was starting to burn up the brakes on my daily commute. John had me drop the car off, and I stopped back and waited a bit. They had the caliper swapped out, new brake hose in and brake fluid topped off in no time - and for less than many other shops. No wonder Johns been at the same shop location for 16 years!Good, honest business - will be bringing my vehicles back here for future service and definitely recommending to co-workers.
