They worked with me to get done what I needed done ASAP, kept within my budget, informed me of other problems (had to opt out of some stuff bc finances), but my car feels safer again and it was the exact price as my quote/estimate the day before. NOTE: Please wear a mask inside, one of the guys at the desk (manager) was talking about how he didnt trust the vaccine yet, as if Covid has been trustworthy instead. Just be safe!

John and his staff went above and beyond to help me today. I was in need of two front tires and a blizzard coming I called them inquiring. I thought they were open later than 6. Knowing I worked and couldn’t get there till 5:30. He informed me they close at 6 and asked if I could be there at 5:00. I told him there was no way, but I’d be happy to schedule another time to come in this week to get new tires. He told me to wait a min. Came back and said “we have bad weather coming and I want you to be safe, so just come at 5:30, and be safe getting here.” I swear to you, I might of had to pay a little more for tires than I normally do, but I can promise you the extra money I spent for the customer aero I received today was worth it. Because I don’t get customer service at any other places I have taken my car in the past. When I got there they had two guys working on my car and I was in and out in no time at all! They were beyond kind and unfortunately I didn’t get to meet John, his staff was equally as caring and kind! Stating that it was their pleasure to stay and help me and to make sure I was safe. I won’t lie, I pulled out of the parking lot already noticing a HUGE difference in my car driving better and new respect for this particular location! Thank you for your kindness!

The mechanics are very kind and super helpful. I went in to get an oil change and they checked everything for me! Let me know my air filters was still good but would need to be changed soon. Other stores Ive been to would just change it and charge me before telling me about it.Great service and knowledgeable staff!

I usually always look at reviews before using a business but a few weeks ago my family had a trip scheduled and an hour before we were set to leave I went to pack my vehicle and had a flat tire (on a Saturday) pumped my tire up enough to get to the shop ( no appointment) went in was greeted told them my dilemma they put new tires on for me and we left on time WOW, I go there for everything I can and I recommend you do also.

Wow! Mike is awesome. I came in for my very first oil change for my new car and my rotors were completely DESTROYED. Mike took the time to show me and send me photos and explain what was happening and it’s a known issue in the Fords. He told me how to proceed going to the dealer. He went above and beyond and I’m so grateful. I wish I could have taken him to the dealership with me because they were less than helpful but after a lot of persistence the dealer replaced the rotors. Thanks Mike for helping me out I would have never known if it weren’t for you!

I came in to get new tires for the year like I usually do. When I left John called me and told me that my tires I had on were still good and the tires I was going to get wete going to be a downgrade then my previous ones. Above all else I really appreciated that John let me see what could have been a real safety disaster later on. My front ball joints on both ends where tearing off and needed to be replaced. The cost was higher than the tires I was going to get but John kindly brought the price down to a agreeable cost. I got my car fix saved money on what I didnt need and got what I really did needed do while being served with up most honesty, kind, and respect ever. Thank you John and your crew for treating me and other customers with the most honorable respect and kindness.

Check their work! My best friend bought a battery from them. A few months later, it was dead. Turns out they forgot to tighten the positive cable. I literally lifted the cable from the terminal with my bare hand. We took it back, and they tested the battery and said it was good. We left and two weeks later it died again. Went back and this time they said the battery was bad, and replaced it. They also offered to run diagnostic on the electrical system for $119, (the car is 4 years old, BTW) minimum charge. I checked the terminal before we left and it was loose again. I again lifted the cable from the terminal easily with my bare hand.They also said they waived the fee for replacing an in warranty battery. Short story if you must go to NTB, inspect and verify their work. But really, just go to AutoZone. Free battery install, free diagnostics, and they have the skill to tighten a battery terminal every time.

Bunch of crooks. Take advantage of customers in need with price gouging and wasting time with lies only to set you up for a big dollar repair. Typical corporations lack of customer care.

I have been coming to NTB for years and rarely take my business else where. This was my first time at this location (Stow) and I could not be more pleased. From beginning to end, it was a good experience. John was able to help get new tires and at a great price. John also showed me other problems and put together more information about getting them fixed, so I can come back another time. Over all, John and the staff made it a really good experience coming to this shop!

Bought new tires complete with warranty from another location. Brought it here when a valve stem failed, for the second time. They repaired it. It failed. It was repaired again, it failed. When the stem failed again while out of town none of the NTBs would see us and we had to get the repair elsewhere. I do not recommend them. They should have replaced the tire after the second problem.

I got a flat tire while visiting friends in Ohio from Eastern PA. I was able to walk in and have it looked at right away. They said that due to rust, the rim had started separating from the tire. So they cleaned it and resealed. I was pleased with the speedy service, and everyone was very friendly. However, not even two full days later once I was back in PA, my tire was still losing air. While it could have been something from my trip back where something else happened, I find it hard to believe that I did something to the *same* tire *again* on my drive back. Im thankful though that it was fixed enough to get me back home safely.

They have the least expensive oil change around. Their other services are expensive though, but that is everywhere, I guess. The work is done well and usually pretty quickly and everyone Ive met is very nice and knowledgeable.

Manager was extremely disrespectful went in for help guy was rude wouldnt put the part on and my vehicle broke down after he refused to put it on was threatening to call a tow truck an not giving me time to move my vehicle would never recommend you going here for how they treat customers! I had an issue with some tires that I had bought earlier in the year, and they were addressed with kindness and understanding.The manager John was easy to talk to, and understood exactly what was going on with my car. I recommend coming to this place with any problems you have! It will be addressed in a timely manner, and with thorough professionalism.

I had a oil change done and they did not put enough oil in my car and I almost blew my engine in a week. I had to buy more oil to have it done right. I will never go there again

George got me taken care of and gave me options along the way. Tirerack got me in the door and then had them finish some much needed alignment issues. Going to pay a pretty penny for labor anywhere you go. I felt they did a good job.

They looked my car and confirmed that it was fine after we saw a puddle in the driveway. Afterwards, we didnt get charged the 20 dollar inspection fee because there was nothing wrong. Truly honorable.

Had my tire patch because of a nail and they did it for free since I was a Veteran great service and really friendly staff.

I was trying to fill my tire this morning at sheetz and the air was leaking out faster than it was going in. NTB was the closest shop I could think of so I called them to see if I could go there and the man that answered told me to come down and hed fill my tire. That man likely saved my life because it was down to 6psi and I had to drive to north canton. He filled all of my tires at no cost! I didnt catch his name but I am so grateful for his kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

This is a good place. I went in there wanting some 90k warranty tires because I drive a lot. The guy pointed out to me that they had some Michelin tires on sale at the time which ended up being cheaper than what I researched for better tires. It did take them 3 hours, but they were busy at the time, and they have a waiting room with a TV that has no channel restrictions. So I got to catch up on some Law & Order SVU and got great new tires.

I was there last Sunday for oil change and the experience I had was lot better then some other shop...Management - outstanding.Tech - ASE certifiedhot coffee and fresh cold water

Im glad to see John is back and managing the Stow NTB. John is a rare kind of employee in todays world. He actually knows customers by their first names, greets them when they walk in the door, and listens to what they are telling him. He always treats his customers with respect and is extremely friendly and easy going. There are times when having to take your car to a repair facility is stressful because of the unknowns, especially the cost. John is always disarming and calming, explaining when repair situations are necessary from a safety standpoint, or maybe it can wait a while but to monitor it closely.The work completed has always been done by the promised time, but usually before, and the work is ALWAYS done right the first time.John - Welcome back to Stow. Great experience here. I will always come back to this shop. Elmer and Mike are the mechanics who worked with me and showed me exactly what was causing the issues I was having and explained everything in a way I could understand. Jeff and Dan also gave me a fantastic quote on the work that needed to be done. That quote was much less (almost $100) than any of the other shops I visited for the same problem. I will most definitely be returning anytime I need a repair.

Ive had service performed at this NTB many times. For latest visit, I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Technician got my vehicle immediately into the service bay. I paid for service and was out the door in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous staff.

Arrived at NTB on Hudson dr. in Stow Ohio for an oil changed. I had a coupon from Conrad’s. The mgr. wouldn’t honor the coupon for the oil change and he had an attitude about it.I thought that was strange because I’ve used Conrad’s coupons there before and had no problems. So I left and said, I would never go to NTB again for anything. Here’s the funny part about the whole situation. I went to the NTB on Darrow rd. In Hudson and the mgr. honored my Conrads coupon with no problem. I don’t know what the managers problem was at the Stow NTB was. Well I probably do but I’ll keep it to myself but after I went through this situation, I’m done with NTB. Something isn’t right.

My visit was nothing short of amazing. So I need a new tire rod, which with everything else I needed done would have left me completely broke, but they worked with me and went through the trouble of exploring all options and now I will be left with money in my account. I am astonished that great customer service still exists. Never going anywhere else!!!

I have been a NTB customer for 15+ years for our entire fleet of family cars and have been very pleased with the work and service I receive.

Warranty is ridiculous! They wont even go on miles by the car which states on warranty and what you end up with is a discount that amounts to the savings when you use a coupon at pizza hut. This company is out to get you on tires. I will say though, the oil changes are super cheap if your low on cash. But, they use a smaller oil filter than what you would get at autozone, which I feel why its so cheap and the way they buy bulk oil also helps with the price. So if you dont care about blowing money, come spend it here. Because, they have their hands open for it.

Due to arthritis, I can not work the air machines at gas stations. A very nice tech checked and filled all my tires for me on a bitter cold day. Thank you for your excellent service and help.

I had some warranty work done on my vehicle. They took care of calling the warranty company to verify coverage (which I HATE having to do), and all I was left to pay was my deductible. Very friendly staff, efficient service, and quality work!

BUYER BEWARE!! Took my new car to this NTB to have a tire patched from a screw puncture and was told its not repairable in an attempt to sell me new tires. I told them to forget it and give me the vehicle back as I knew it was repairable. When I received my vehicle back the tech screwed up all of the seat settings way beyond any normal settings (why would a tech need to adjust lumbar to the most extreme position to pull it in or out) and moved the steering wheel to a position that any normal person would not set. This was clearly in retaliation for me not falling for their scam to buy new tires. Went to another local shop who patched my tire no problem. Ive purchased several sets of tires from this store...never again for me, Ill spend my money at an honest shop. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND FIND ANOTHER TIRE SHOP THAT WONT SCAM YOU AND CONVINCE YOU THAT YOU NEED SOMETHING THAT YOU DONT!

Do not go here. They are running a scam operation. Also they schedule about twice as many appointments per day as they should. Im sitting in the store currently waiting on a simple oil change for my wifes car. They told me it would take an hour. Now a little over the hour and the car is still sitting outside waiting to even make it in the garage. Never coming back. Wish I could give zero stars.

Woke up to a flat tire, and after my usual repair spots were booked up, I tried NTB. They were able to fit me in, diagnose the problem AND fix the problem according to my schedule. Price was similar to other local shops, and the crew worked fast and was very friendly. Will definitely think of NTB next time Ive got car troubles.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Double book appts and make you wait hours before they do work. Went in for tires, an hour and a half after the car went into the bay they told my wife it needed new brake pads and tie rods on a vehicle with 33,000 on it... It just got its 30,000 service at the dealer and nothing was wrong. Quoted my wife over $1,000 and told her it was a safety hazard to drive. I arrived over 2 hours after they pulled it in for tires and they still havent started on them. Had to argue to get vehicle back. Went to Firestone, in and out in an hour for 4 tires. Stated nothing wrong, in great shape.

Well ....On Friday 4/20 my son hit a pot hole. causing a flat tire. We took it in to NTB in Willoughby Hill Ohio. The great service guy said we need a new rim its pretty dented up. He said the tire is still good. Ok great. Well my son goes back to college In Kent Ohio...and the tire doesnt keep air. So I tell to go to a NTB around his college to get it fixed. He he went to NTB in Stow OHio. And the story begans.....This happened on 4/27 around 6:00pm My son said the service man would NOT put a tire on his car because he said all the tires need replaced.!!! they dont. and why wouldnt the other NTB had noticed that if in deeded they did??? So I called asked if they would please put a tire on because my son is at school and Im a hour plus away. I just needed to get my son going ...he is at college. The service man refused!!! Si I had to drive there the next morning and take his care to Mr. Tire down the street. who replaced the tire no problem. So from this day forward I will advertise for you. I will tell every and anyone about your horrible service. I will fill out every questionare stating how bad you are. And how POOR customer service is. I will try my best to drive your business to other locations.

Went to this shop to get my flat tire fixed. Set up an appointment for Saturday 3PM. I ended up leaving at 5:15pm. The gentleman Bob did not know how to enter in information for my fleet vehicle. One of the technicians called his name from the shop as I was near the watch window and he turned to me and began to ask me what my question was. I told him that it was not me who was calling his name. He is not all there when at the shop. It should not take 1 hour and 15 minutes to fix a flat tire. Once my car was in the shop it took the tech 15 minutes to fix the tire.

Paid over $800 for brake work because my brakes went out on a Sunday and needed my car the next day. Went back a couple weeks later for an oil change and they tell me I need my brake fluid flushed which was supposed to be done at the previous visit. They did it without charging me again but it shouldve been done. Just makes me wonder what else they charged me for but didnt actually do. I wont be back.

My boyfriend and I had a tire blow on our trailer on the highway. Cordis at NTB had the shredded tire off and the new tire on in 20 minutes. He was a god send and I am very happy with the service!

Terrible experience. They cant get the job done right the first time thus costing me more money. Even with the work they do actually do it still takes them forever. Terrible communication, if any at all, and poor quality work (that is the work they dont forget to do) especially for the gouging price! They even lied to my warranty company! Save yourself the headache and just keep driving past this place.

Horrible operation. You cant go in for an oil change without them telling you that you need to repair things that really arent broken and that itll cost $800-1000 to repair. I told them to not do anything and take it off the lift for me to just come back and get my car. They didnt take it off the lift until I was there where they, again, attempted to get me to pay them a lot of money to do things I didnt ask about. The manager then yelled at me and told me that I didnt know what I was talking about. Honestly, they are a joke of a business under the current management.

I had some issues with my Mercury Mariner and after NTB changed my oil they then checked out my vehicle and drove it and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. They drove it and gave me a rough estimate of what was wrong as a favor. A huge favor. Then they suggested a Transmission specific business nearby (Jims and Sons) for me to take the car to that specializes in the type of fix that my Mercury would need because they said that even though they have a Ford Expert onsite that I would prolbably be better off with the Transmission specific business because they work on this specific issue more often. They even offered to fix the transmission issue for the same price as the other business because they have the same know-how but we stuck with Jim and Sons only because our vehicle was already there.Very confident in NTBs diagnostic and repair abilities and their waiting is pleasant and has multiple power outlets available for charging phones or laptops if need be.Free WiFi too!
