I stopped in this morning to have my tire filled with air. They took a look at it and discovered there was a leak in a tire and fixed it for me on the spot. They were so nice and friendly. I feel much more comfortable driving my car now that the hole in my tire has been fixed.

I was dropping off my son at school and my oil sensor said it was at five percent. I called in to see if they had an available appointment and they said to stop by. I’ve put so much money into my car lately that it has mentally and financially drained me. Bryan and Amber were amazing!!! I wasn’t expecting such kindness and understanding. They took care of me and made the whole process easy and fast. Their team and customer service is outstanding :)

This was the first time that I have ever used a Mr. Tire. Amber and Bryan were absolutely fantastic! I dont think I have ever had a more pleasant experience with a repair shop in my life. I dont dread the fact to going to a repair shop because of them! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

This place is AMAZING. Customer service was great and they REALLY helped me out. Not only did they take care of my car, but the atmosphere and energy in the place is so homey. Staff was friendly, and the costs for service(s) are very reasonable. They were able to fix up one of my tires, although it took a little longer than expected. Highly recommended for any of your urgent tire needs.

Dan and team were great was just in there Tuesday they got me taken care of very well did a tune up and a bearing and pads and rotors. They did an amazing job not only on the repairs but the technician Lou and Manager Dan took me out explained everything to me very well treated me above and beyond. Took a mower tire in to have a plug put in it and they wouldnt do it. Must be new management, we took a tire in last year and they were friendly, helpful and got it fixed right away.

Came in last minute with what we thought was just a small leak in our tire but upon further review found out we had a nail in it. Not a problem though Amber was very helpful and got us patched up and back on the road in no time. Great place and great customer service!

These guys are great theyve done alot of work for me and my family on several cars of ours. Fixed up my magnum and 2 Escapes. Lou the one mechanic knows his stuff!! The manager Dan is also a very good guy actually cares keeps me up to date on how things are going very thorough. These guys stayed over a couple times for me and they never give up always a very POSITIVE experience.

I couldnt give them 0 stars.I purchased 4 Goodyear Kelly Edge 55,000 tires from Mr. Tire in Stow, Ohio in July 2016. In May 2018 at 26,872 miles, Mr. Tire informed me that the tires needed to be replaced. They lasted less than half of what they should have.The tires were rotated every 7,000 miles per the original salesman, and the wear on the tires was perfectly even across the width of all 4 tires (per Goodyear the next day).The 1st settlement Mr. Tire offered was to buy 3 get 1 free, and the offer was only good for the same tire that I already had. This was also the SAME ADVERTISED OFFER that ANYONE walking in off the street WOULD GET.After bringing that to the attention of the manager (Dan), he took another $75 off the total bill. But BEFORE he did that, he raised the price of the tires by $36 and lowered installation by $40, effectively offering me nothing. (The lower priced tire was advertised on their own and everyone else’s website; $119.99 each vs the price I was quoted of $128.99). They didnt even beat their own let alone any competitors price.I was also offered free Road Hazard insurance (which I would never buy) and a free alignment (that I will get for $49.99 vs their price of $104.99).I went to GOODYEAR and the great folks there GAVE ME A NO HASSLE WARRANTY ADJUSTMENT of $252 which was slightly over half the cost of the tires, pro-rated right down to the very last mile. And it was applicable to either the same or any other tire that I wanted.Kudos to Goodyear and shame on you Dan and Mr. Tire.

I was running late for a meeting and my phone battery had died. I stopped in there for directions and the entire staff was so helpful in getting me where I needed to be. I can’t wait until something happens to my car because you better believe I’m bringing it here! I’m telling all my friends and family about this place!!

Took over an hour and 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation! And that was with an appointment! Their price was more than other places and beware of extra charges to top off fluids. $3 for a couple ounces of windshield wiper fluid is just absurd and shady business practice to do it first and not tell the customer until hes paying. I didnt argue it, but the shady business practice of tacking on miscellaneous fees and charges isnt worth bad reviews and losing customers for life.The manager, Amber, tried the best she could to deal with customers and phone calls and the lack of techs, but unless things drastically change (new ownership and/or new management), I will never recommend this place and urge everyone to look elsewhere.

This business has been running better than ever since the new manager arrived! My experience has been highly productive. I had taken my vehicle to the dealer where I had bought it for some work. They gave me an insane price for 2 converters I needed to replace. Mr. Tire quoted me a price which was literally thousands less. They saved me a lot of time and money. While I had that work done elsewhere, they have always been reasonable and the crew has done some excellent work. The management is courteous and well informed. Highly recommend them.

Have always had good services with Mr. Tire in Stow. Very honest and just tells you what needs done. It seems hard for the guys sometimes to get parts. Waiting for delivery makes it seem like the shop is taking a long time to get things done, when they are sometimes waiting on the arrival of parts which can be frustrating and is not the fault of the store. Overall I have been very happy with the work and will continue to bring my truck to them. Great Team.

Stow Mr. Tire is the only place i will take my car. The manager Dan is helpful, curtious, and always looking to get you the best price. Everyone there is knowledgeable and amazing. Ive never had a bad experience and they truly care about their customers and the service they provide.

Great experience at the Stow OH store. Late in the day and there was a snafu in getting the tires I ordered. Gave me a free upgrade and stayed late to get me on the road! Got my oil changed. They were very nice and answered my questions. They are easy to see off the road. They were fast getting my car done. I would recommend this place to people looking for service for their car.

I nearly slid into traffic trying to maneuver the completely iced over parking lot. The employee seemed to not care at all and then tried to tell me that they had salted and that it was too cold for the salt to work... every lot surrounding the business was perfectly clear and ice free. Then, 2 HOURS to put snow tires on my car even though I had scheduled my appointment the day before. Would not recommend unless you are looking to get a deal using a competitors coupon.

Friendly. Prices and speed are the same as other places. I was in for an oil change. They updated me saying how the last person to do my oil change (a different company) stripped the bolt and they couldnt get it out. They even took me to see it (which is a nice touch). It is a shame that they couldnt do my oil change, I would be more than okay spending my money knowing that they actually care.

Would leave a negative star if I could. The worst place to take your car to get it repaired. Very overpriced and try to sell you things you don’t really need. Amber is the worst manager I ever dealt with trying to get my car repaired. Doesn’t know anything about cars.

I really enjoy going to Mr. Tire. Dan, the store manager, always thoroughly explains the services that were completed on my car. He also recommends maintenance to keep my car safe. The other gentlemen here are very female friendly. I take my car in by myself and dont feel like I am getting ripped off. They are generally cheaper than other local car shops and do not try to talk to me like I am some dumb female, who knows nothing about cars.

They were very professional. They went thru everything that could be wrong with my truck.Trail & errors but they kept me updated & explained everything. Been to Mr.Tire a couple of times, service has always been good. Good habit of giving quotes of how much everything will cost, had other places sneak in extra charges after telling me the cost. I never feel ripped off here. They also did a good job on my car, its driving like new now.

Stopped today because my truck was acting up and I didnt have the stuff to check my transmission fluid. An employee came out and checked it for me and added fluid without charging me. Great customer service, I would definitely return as a paying customer! Thank you Mr.Tire employee!

UPDATE: 7/7/2015I spoke with the manager about my questions. For the most part he resolved my concerns and proved me wrong in the pricing errors. However, the shop fee for an alignment is not stated up front, and out-the-door does not mean out-the-door on tires. Beware. Also, I asked for a copy of my alignment report, and they would not/ could not provide. I may go back in the future but will give a hard look to other local places.UPDATE: 7/3/15Went to get two new tires on. Got an out the door quote. However, the price I paid for tires was higher than quoted, they added a shop fee, and added tax! What the heck does out the door mean to these people? I brought it up to them but the tech I was speaking to claimed to have no power to rectify the situation. I wish I would have gone elsewhere.Had work done 9/2011. Needed to get 4 tires put on my existing rims. Honest fair service. Prices were average. Work was done on-time and no other issues were created. Staff was courteous.

My experiences at this location have been positive, but it depends on who is managing the shop. Usually I get an older gentleman (I dont know his name) who is honest about what I need and what I dont. He has told me that I dont need services which other tire store (Terrys) told me were necessary. The work has always been done right and they have been straight with me.

They were honest, fair and fast! What more could you want? They listened to exactly what I needed in a tire, met me at my price point, and completed the work quickly.

Came in for flat repair on a tire. Took almost an hour but tech came out to explain a chunk of the tire bead rubber had been noticed missing from the tire bead upon removal from its rim an from his looks bouncing around for a bit (by his explanation), so the tire he felt was not safe to re-mount. Miffed and confused just noted to toss it with the rim in my car as I would think over what tire to replace it with possibly. Upon returning home I slotted the rubber chunk in where it came from on the tire and it sadly looks like an end of a bar or crow bar dug into it an unhinged a chunk of rubber from the tire bead. Sadly also upon pulling out my rim they had put in my back seat face down I now had two new gouges on the spokes of my rim. Ive generally had no issues with Mr Tires in the past but I would avoid the STOW location in the future. Damaging a tire further and a rim while spouting bs is not how id do business.

Took my vehicle in for regular maintenance today and they broke a part and tried to charge me for replacing it without even telling me. Couldn’t get a straight answer and I made a complaint about cost and my vehicle was supposed to be finished but they had to jack it back up and couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me what they were doing! Not going to be back there for sure!

I will never be going back to the mr tire in stow Ohio. Not only did they not call me when my car was finished for a simple oil change, it took 3 hours later for me to figure out it was finished MYSELF. They also new that my wheel barring on my front passenger side needed replaced. It was not that bad yet. With no noise or any kind of sounds on the way to the shop I was informed by the employee named “Dan” that it had gotten worse. Upon leaving I heard a brand new noise and felt a new vibration! Dan also had the nerve to try to over sell me and time it out with the next oils change! I will never be back to this location!

Went to get free flat tire service. Was a slow leak but of course its more than the 1/8 of an inch which isnt covered of course. Wouldnt have felt so bad about it but the reasoning from the tech was the fact that the tire wasnt completely flat was the reason it wasnt free. And the same tech tried to over sell an Audi owner over $200 more on repair that would be cheaper at his deslership! Cheapest labor in town HA more like most scammed labor in town. Stay away if you like honesty.

Awful!! Online says $70 for mounting and balancing 4 tires, when my husband got there for car #1 it ended up being $95!! Supposedly, theres extra fees... $25 in extra fees?? So we went back the next day for car #2, they already had the tires, my husband got there at 3, didnt get home until 5:17, there was only one other car there and we had an appointment! So he goes to check out, now the total is $110! What in the?! 3 different prices. Waste of time. NEVER going back and would not recommend them to anyone!

I had an appointment to get an alignment today. My boyfriend went to drop my car off before work only to be told they had double booked and we could not get it done today. This was very disappointing as I needed it done for a work trip tomorrow. I ended up having to take it to Monro Auto which was more expensive.

I am now a lifelong customer of Stow Mr. Tire . The staff is friendly and thoroughly explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle . They took their time and made sure the work was done correctly . My truck runs 100% better now ! And not to mention, the price was a lot cheaper than I thought . Dan and his team are doing great ! Will defiantly be back for tires this fall .

I am 100% sure I did not and point out no markings on the hubcap or tire, but I entertain the conversation as a polite paying customer should. After having the manager explain to me that my less than 24 hour old tires condition is the result of my poor navigation skills, I am eager to get a resolution to the issue.I tell the manager that I should avoid any possible problems in the future by purchasing a better set of tires and ask how can we do this amicably?He tells me that he will give me 65% proration on my less than 24 hour old tire purchase. I agree to pay for the more expensive tires minus my 65% prorated discount.4:30 pmAfter calling several times to see what progress has been made I finally get in to have my agreement fulfilled.***** Now pay attention to this one folks.***********6:16 pmYou already know the ending is a Tech curses at me while I am in my vehicle leaving not thinking I would hear him or address him for his disrespectful behavior, well the same Tech who installed my tires less than 24 hours ago cross threaded one of my studs on the rim opposite of the damaged tire I returned to have fixed. Here is the kicker. I was not told that they would torch off the lug burning my hubcap in the process and had to walk into the bay to ask what happened. Now mind you MR TIRE OHIO tells me it would not cost me for their error and their means to correct it but no apologies for the damages to my hubcap. I pay my bill remind them that my stud was damaged by them and that I should not have to pay for it and my hubcap was damaged during their correction of the installation that was performed 24 hours ago.6:19 pmA tech yells F%^$ you as I am leaving the parking lot. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. Had a set of high priced wheels balanced and they scratched them all doing a simple balance.

Super fair prices, fast and great quality work done, the people who work here are super helpful and let you know full details on what they do, At the front desk Amber was super helpful and she got us in and out super fast!

Dan and his crew help save lives! I run an animal rescue and if I cant get to animals in need there is a chance they wont survive in some cases. I need to provide daily care for animals from cats to horses. If im not rollin no one is helped. So Dan and his crew make sure Im always able to continue my mission. Went online and found a economy tire for $78.99. When I went to the store the employee told me that Mr. Tire does not stock ANY tire in my wheel size (16). I was told he would have to order the tires from an outside contractor at a price of $90.00 each. Once I agreed I pulled out a coupon that was mailed to me from Mr. Tire. He refused to honor it but dropped the price to $85.00 a tire. Very dishonest practice.
