Tom from the Stow store is fantastic! He was kind and patient with my never ending questions. I am only going to the Stow location from now on!

Since we have gotten our plan at cricket a while ago, we have gotten nothing but good service. The people at this location respect your decisions and are very kind. And as for my personal experience, they didnt have the phone I was looking for at the time, however the employees were kind enough to point out some locations and websites that would possibly have what I was looking for. (I wasnt interested in getting a new plan, just a new phone.) I came back to their place, and very painlessly, they switched the sim card in what I thought was less that 30 seconds, and we were on our merry way.

I was at the Cricket store today. I brought in my iPhone 7 to get help setting it up. Katelyn was awesome, she had my phone up and running in no time. Later on I returned to the same store, to get help understanding some things on my phone. Again I had great help, with Manny showing me, how to make this phone work for my style. Cricket fits our budget and gives great service.

I am the new manager of this establishment effective immediately. I hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard. Anyone who comes in my store will be treated with nothing but respect. The person that was there was on his phone the whole time and when asking about the code for the account it had to be repeated three times for him to hear. I was really annoyed when talking with him because I had to repeat everything because he could look away from his phone

Bought 4 phones for my family at cricket the 3 galaxy amps are all having the same issue people cant hear you when you call out has to be a defect in these phones and cricket refuses to fix the issue
