Emily was AMAZING. I got DirecTV stream through customer service and never received any equipment and the information on the account was incorrect. Emily was able to get everything set up correctly and even set up the equipment so all I had to do was take it home and plug in. She made my experience the best Ive had at ANY AT&T retail location. She fully explained everything to me and took her time making sure I understood everything. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. The environment felt friendly and inviting, everyone worked together as a team, almost like a family! Thank you for all your help it and team!

Emery was most helpful in upgrading our family’s phones and plan at the best cost. He went above and beyond by giving his contact info and helping our daughter out of state in transferring phones and resolving issues in that process. He did this on his day off! We really appreciate this excellent customer service!!

Fantastic location. I have been a ATT customer for years and have never been in a store that was so knowledgeable and fun. Emily and Darian made my experience ONE OF A KIND! They were chipper and excited to assist me every step of the way. They explained the benefits of putting me on a new plan to not only save me money but also got me and my daughter 2 new watches to go with our new phones for a cheaper price than I was paying when I walked in. The two ladies were full of jokes and had us laughing the entire time. From the moment we walked in the employees were all connected in a team way. They set our phones up and explained any questions we had in great detail. I will always come back to STOW! Thank you for making us feel like a priority and thank you for all the help!

Not gonna lie. We walked cautiously into AT&T expecting to not buy new phones. We were greeted by Emily, with a smile. She immediately took it upon herself to get us the best possible deal on our phones, and then she voluntarily asked to try and save us money on our monthly bill. Before we knew it we walked out of the store with 4 new phones and a new price point for our monthly services, and we were paying less than we had been! I jokingly told Emily that I have never had a customer service rep actually take pure joy in helping us save money. Never…ever! This young lady was amazing.

I had to wait a very long time even after I made an appointment to come back an hour later. Lotasha really saved the experience as she was patient, kind, intelligent, professional, a great listener. Unfortunately the other team members were not so impressive. I wanted a phone that was compatible with my existing phone. The walls were filled with another type, but only a teeny spot in a corner for the type of phone which I picked and no accessories! Also, none of the display phones were in the right places. Long story short, I think that I spent five hours including travel time. Waiting. At my third visit the store was empty. Four team members stood around with their hands in their pockets. Maybe they could have used that time putting the inventory in order. One guy was particularly rude to me. The others just took no initiative. If you want to waste a whole day of your precious time and be treated rudely, then go to the Stow ATT.

The text message function on my iPhone stopped working on Fri 23/oct. I went to the AT&T store on 59 in Stow on Monday morning 25/Oct. I was met immediately by Lacey and she started on the issue. It was proving to be difficult so I left the phone w her and went to run errands. She continued while I was gone. When I returned it was still not repaired. Rather than handing me off to someone else or sending me to Akron, she contacted Apple and they were able to fix it in about 20 minutes. It had to be done by Apple. I am so grateful for her persistence and patience.This is not the first time that I have had great service at that location.Thanks!

They signed me up for a plan that should have been 10$ cheaper, as listed on the website, as well as had almost 10$ in hidden monthly fees and 30$ in activation fees. also their website hosts ads past your sign in page, and their website is broken in MacOS Safari, and also all across iOS platform. childs play!

Apparently it was corporate policy to let ONE person in the store at a time. I had to wait side for 20 minutes. The lady that helped was very knowledgeable, and I did purchase a new phone.

I was not at all impressed by the knowledge of the associate that attempted to assist me. She seemed to lack the knowledge to help anyone with anything more complicated than paying their bill. I will not return, and am very grateful I do not live in this area.

Went to store on 5/4/19 to talk about phones as we had checked in with loyalty department on chat page. salesperson Jordon came over and would check us in and i explained the chat info. To which he replied where does it say in the conversation to come to the store!! we do not do that here (price online att vs. store) we have not done that for 5 years. Well Jordon we have not upgraded in 5 yrs or more. He has a anger issue and talks loud and demeaning to people as with the customer behind us she had lost then found her phone and was trying to get service restarted but he made her feel terrible because she did not know all the rules of getting service restarted> he is need of anger management and should not be in contact with customers at all.

The sales and then I had named Phil was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He tried to put a screensaver on my phone and didnt work so he took it off and says we cant help you with that. He wasnt just trying to sell me something for nothing!

The customer service is horrible. They quote you one price and it will never be that price. I have dates, times, names, badge numbers it doesnt matter they say there is nothing they can do. The person before them quoted you the wrong prices noting they can do. They give you the run around every time. I would never recommend them to anyone!! It seems great till you sign the contract and then you get your bill and its not what you agree to. They then tell you sorry you must pay cancelation fees because youre in a contract. Worst company ever!

Ronnie and Kevin have been the best associates Ive ever met! Both the Chapel Hill store and Phone support had given me the run around for 3 weeks. Ive been in tears, who knew trying to give your business to a company could be so stressful. But the team here at this store have been nothing but professional. They know what they are doing and they will bend over backward to see you smile and clear up any wrong doings.If you plan on switching to AT&T, whether its phone internet or tv, I really recommend coming to this company store on Kent Rd.They are fantastic and deserve the praise!

Cheaters. They told me i am eligible for tablet it will cost me $1.99 and later I found out that I signed for 2 year contract on tablet data plan that will cost me $10 monthly . Also later I found out that its only 1 gb of data is free for using more i have to pay. I was charged $54 for overused data and THEN found out that only 1 gb is free.. why not tell about these details on time of offering free tablet.
