Stopped today to switch providers. The Rep Valencia was AWESOME! Great customer service, especially considering it was busy and she was the only worker there. Outstanding patience, thorough explanation and service. That young lady deserves a raise! I hope everyone waiting was good to her. Please remember most places are short staffed, have patience and be kind to the ones taking care of you

Joe and Noah are the best ! I went in one night after work to change over my Sprint SIM card, I showed up about 5:40 (the store closes at 6). I felt bad but figured it wouldn’t be a super big deal, just switching SIM cards shouldnt take that long. Turns out Joe had to call and get something with my account figured out before doing it so we had to sit on hold for some time. What was supposed to be a quick and easy fix turned into almost an hour on hold resulting in Joe and Noah having to work a longer day. But both gentlemen were super cool about it. They’re so friendly and I would definitely come back in to see them! Thank you Joe and Noah !

Sold me a defective device and refused to honor their buyers remorse policy when trying to replace the defective device.T-Mobile as a whole is fine, but I can’t recommend this location given the service I received from their manager.Don’t worry though. He’ll throw his experience and how many stores he has in your face as a reason for why he won’t help you. 😉

The manager is a horrible human being. She is rude and an obnoxious person. 2 times I had to report her to customer service and I prefer to have her fired at the stow location. Howe Rd has better services and treats their customers better than this store.

Absolutely terrible customer service. When I walked into the store, no one even looked at me or said hello. Both the man and woman working this evening (10/19 around 5pm) were helping customers. The man was helping two customers, neither of which was wearing a mask, and his mask was below his nose....most likely because it made it easier for him to yell all of the information he was providing to the customers and what I am guessing was customer/employee support--he was also on the phone. Secondly, the woman was so dismissive...she finally said something to me after I was standing there for 5-10 minutes...Do you have a question? Uuuuummmmmmmmm, really??? Do I have a question??? No, Im standing in your store seeing shelter from the zombie apocalypse. How about Hi! Ill be with you in a minute. Or Hi! Welcome to Sprint, what brings you in today? Nope...she was as rude to me as the customer with whom she was currently working. She acted as though the current customer and I were bothering her by coming into the store.....I mean, how dare we patron her store!!??

I usually go to only Corporate stores but was told by customer service this location is now corporate owned. So I went in for a new phone there was a new guy in training that greeted me. He struggled a bit but he kept pushing the entire time and there was a woman guiding him through the process she was very helpful towards him while helping me too. I will definitely drive the 30 minutes to this location over my location local to me.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Amidst Covid 19 I went to the store because I was having trouble activating my new phone. I reached out to Sprint customer service and after about a half hour or so on the phone they suggested I go to the store. So I went. Store policy said no more than 2 people in the store and that you must wear a mask. So I did as directed. The lady met me at the door and wouldn’t allow me to come in. Told me to go to sprint.com to fix the problem and gave me no further assistance. The store was a ghost town and I was treated like a burden. I wouldn’t recommend that store to anyone. Sprint is great overall. She was terrible though.

Had such a good experience at this store this weekend. Went in to switch my devices and, as soon as my husband and I walked in, we had an employee greet us and immediately start helping. The employee who took care of us was named Dave L. and he was great! He answered all our questions, did his job quickly & efficiently but still took the time to make conversation with us. We were in and out within 30 minutes and had no issues.We found our new favorite sprint store... Great job, guys!

Easy. We only went in to do a little homework and get some ideas about switching my account from Verizon to Sprint to join my wife and daughter on their plan. Trevor who helped us was great. He took the time to answer all of our questions and inform us of how the process would work. His knowledge gave us the confidence to make the switch that day and he handled the process for us and it went seamlessly. Now we are all on the same plan. Trevor and the staff at your Kent Rd. My daughter was just treated deplorably by the woman behind the counter. We just switched our account to Sprint 4 days ago and she was there to add her line. She wasn’t added as an authorized user (an oversight on our part which is being fixed) but the woman actually ROLLED HER EYES at my daughter. My experience with the staff at this store has been absolutely horrible. The staff will seem friendly, but dont be fooled. They can sell you things, but they are utterly incompetent when it comes to actually meeting your needs as a customer or servicing the sale. We were outright lied to with regard to the amount of our monthly bill even though we gave the rep a monthly amount that we didnt want to exceed. When we asked the rep to confirm what the regular monthly charge would be the rep told us he would follow up the next day and proceeded to take the next day off with no follow up. We went to switch a line to a different phone and the staff were so incompetent that it took over an hour and a half to make the switch and an additional line was erroneously added to our account in the process. We spoke with the manager about our concerns and he did follow up with the sales rep, but then proceeded to be completely unhelpful with regard to our concerns. We went to return two tablets that had originally been added to our account under the guise of being within our monthly budget even though they werent and the manager refused to do so because we didnt retain the original boxes. We were told by the manager that there was absolutely no way to process the returns without the boxes which we also found to be untrue when we called customer service ourselves while we were still in the store. The manager made no effort to call customer service on our behalf to try to rectify the situation. Its really disheartening that we even had to call customer service ourselves despite the fact that we were already supposed to be in a place where people could directly help us. Do yourself and/or your family a favor and avoid this store like the plague!!! Find somewhere else to take your business because youll only experience disappointment, incompetence, and a complete lack of regard for truly meeting your needs as a customer here!!!

Great customer service the time of service was very proficient. The store manager Mark was great as well he checked to make sure I was treated with great services. Friendly and helpful service! I got to this location a little early before they opened and Trevor was nice enough to talk to me before they opened. This meant a lot because I had a few questions about my policy and only had a short amount of time. I ended up upgrading 3 phones and adding a line of service. At this point there were 3 associates helping me and my family expedite this process to make it as quick and simple as possible. The best part was right before we were leaving he knew it was my little guys first phone and gave him his extra case. What other cell phone place has ever done something as nice as that??? If you are switching to sprint or currently have sprint this is where you want to go! The level of service far exceed my expectations, thank you Trevor and of course the rest of the staff for a great experience. Btw I dont normally write reviews but this deserves to be mentioned.

I stopped into this sprint location late last week in desperation. Prior to my visit I had spent hours on the phone with customer service reguarding an upgrade.Eddie stepped in and offered me help. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on with my bill, my upgrade, and everything in between. On top of that, the entire staff engaged in conversation with me and made the entire process an enjoyable one.I will 100% recommend this location to my peers and colleagues.

I went to this location yesterday with the intention of signing up for an account and getting a new phone. The employee (Maxwell I believe) seemed to be so helpful. Boy was I wrong. He started writing numbers down on a paper and gave me the amount for my monthly bill for two phones. He told me that Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Tidal would be included with my service. He never told me about other plans, or gave me any other options. When ready to finish up, he told me my down payment would be $1225 for two phones, so $612 per phone. I left without signing up.As soon as I got into my car, I went to Sprint.com to sign up through that. For the same phone my down payment was $375 so $240 some dollars less than what Maxwell told me. Then when looking at service plans, I noticed that Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Tidal were all extra add ons. Maxwell had me signed up for the most expensive plan and paying for add ons that I didnt need or ask for.Be very cautious if going to this location. Know your facts about service plans before going in and maybe run your information through sprint.com beforehand. Im so glad that I left the store without a phone, I would have been out of a lot of money. Im disgusted with how I was treated.

I came in this weekend to upgrade my phone and was greeted by everyone in the store. The associate who helped me, TJ was very friendly and knowledgeable about my service plan and new phone. While the upgrade did take a lot longer than I had expected the associates offered several refreshments and were really apologetic about it. TJ even applied a screen protector and case to my new phone for me! I will defiantly be coming back to this location again! Thank you!!

I give this rating of two stars because I purchased two Samsung phones last year in the fall. I was told it was the bogo free deal. But I was and still is being charge for the second phone. The manager of the store has told me many times he was going to correct the situation, then I was told I would get a sprint gift card for $500. I never recieved it. I have left messages at the store. I have also talk to the manager on ohi e and in person and still he continue to lie to me about the gift card. Since he stated the gift card was becuz when I purchased the phones the deal was actually over. Even tho for months after I was told I was just waiting for them to adjust my bill. Long story short, I continue to be lied to by store manager at Stow, Ohio and now he does not return my calls. I am still trying to fix the situation. Im thinking maybe calling corporate headquarters and the news

We were shopping for a new phone provider and after a horrible experience at T-Mobile next door, it was late and we were just ready to go home, but my husband said lets just go check out Sprint. We walked in at 7:30 not realizing they closed at 8:00! We walked in and it was obvious the two salesmen were ready to go our guy immediately saw us coming in and sprinted to the back to take his coat off and came running back out and asked how he could help us!! We said Im sorry are you closing, he said seriously no worries how can I help you! We told him we wer looking to get out of our current plan with Verizon and switch but were shopping around and asked if he could help us!! He was the most knowledgeable sale rep weve ever experienced.. without even looking at a computer he started spitting numbers at us and after we offered to come back he invited us to his station and started imputing our info so he could show us exactly what we would be getting into if we decided to go with sprint.. needless to say its 9:00 and were walking out with brand new phones, a great plan, a bill were very happy with (50$) cheaper then Verizon and I seriously do not think any of this would have happened without Markell!! He got us cases, glass protectors, new I phone 7 plus s!! Were thrilled!! He sat with us for an hour and a half, and all while helping entertain our crazy 17 month old daughter who was running around laughing and playing the whole time. Also the other sales rep (TJ) came over and helped out towards the end, he also stayed the whole time even though it was 1 hour past close, he offered my daughter snacks and a drink from his own personal lunch, and he was also just such a nice guy, helped activate and trade in our old devices!! Im telling you 100% we would not be sprint customers if it werent for these guys.. if your already a sprint customer or if your looking to switch seriously go to the stow store and see Markell and TJ, but especially Markell!! Ive never experienced customer service like it!! Im in the customer service industry and Im telling you he is amazing!! We have a sprint literally on the corner by our house and we will be driving the extra 20 mins to see him if we ever need anything again!!Thank you guys!! SERIOUSLY!!

This place is abysmal and has given me nothing but headaches and problems. We signed up over 4 months ago and over this time period I havent had a consistent billing cycle where something wasnt screwed up by these guys. We somehow went from a 4gb plan to 40gb plan without being told or asked, then assured it was impossible because that plan isnt even offered anymore until we brought the bill in to show them. It took 2 weeks for them to correct it which consisted of paying the massive charges and then getting credited which again wasnt even done correctly. On top of the billing issues, we also signed up when they had a contract buyout which still hasnt been received. I have gone to this store and talked with almost every employee there about 2 times a week trying to get this sorted out. All Ive gotten was some garbage about Having to email their boss, well call you in a day or two and give you an update I havent gotten a single call from a single employee, I have no idea whats going on and its the same garbage every time I go in.If theres anything I can say about this place its dont even bother going in. I dont know a single person who is willing to try Sprint now because of the terrible service Ive received and I honestly completely regret switching to Sprint myself. Save yourself the headache and hassle and just keep going until you find a different place.
