I bought a phone and didnt buy a case for it right away. Unfortunately, I dropped it within the first week. It landed right on the bottom corner and cracked the screen. I consulted a few repair shops, and all but this one couldnt tell me how long it would take to get a replacement screen because their sources didnt have it yet due to the phone model being so new. Mobile iRepair said they could get the screen within a week or so and would charge less than the competitors. I asked about a warranty and was told everyone gets the same warranty. I dont recall what they said the warranty period and coverages were, and I believe they told me they didnt have anything to give me in writing. Still, I engaged their services to get it done faster and for less money. After the screen arrived, they replaced it quickly. I asked how they were able to get it so much faster than everyone else and was told the owner has connections. I felt very satisfied until I realized that the fingerprint scanner no longer worked. I found that it was no longer an option in my settings menu where it once had been. I returned to them and was told that sometimes the screens they get are faulty. They said they would order a new under warranty. I have been waiting for months! I gave them multiple chances and checked in periodically. They assured me every time that the screen was ready to ship but then went on backorder and that they would call me as soon as it came in. They didnt call. I went back, and they claimed that they couldnt call me because they didnt have my phone number in the system even though they confirmed the last few times I was in that they did save it in their system. I was told it was still on backorder. I get the impression that they will just keep telling me that it is on backorder until I give up. The manager has never been at the Stow location when Ive gone there either. I was always told that he was at the Akron location, so the staff called him every time I stopped by to get a status update. His answer was always the same - it didnt come in yet. My husband opened the phone to discover that it wasnt a faulty screen at all. They severed the fingerprint sensor cable! They also taped the battery in place. They should have been honest with me. After spending over $100 to repair a phone that only cost $250 new, I regret not being more patient and paying slightly more to have it done correctly elsewhere or just buying a new one.

They fixed my iPad in the spring, the screen was cracked. They had to order the part than a full day to fix. So in the spring they opened at 11 (i think) but didnt show up till 1115. Oh well. Fixed the screen all good till November. The screen started to pull a little away from the tablet. Went back on a Saturday morning. They kept it till Monday. I had to call to see if it was done. They stand by their work and didnt charge me to repair. Not 100% satisfied, should be open when said and should call when complete. I cant blame them for the delamination, i am glad they honored their work.

I brought my Google Pixel 2 in for a new battery. They ordered the correct battery and it works like a champ. I also asked them to look at the charging port and now the cord stays in properly. Thanks again now I dont have to spend hundreds on a new phone.

Fixed both LG Q7+ phones I brought in, one wouldnt charge, the other had a broken screen. Although they specialize in IPhones and Samsungs can also fix other brands, and very reasonable pricing. It was hard to find a place that fixed other brands besides the main stream one. I am very happy with my repairs and will only use this place for further repairs

I hope it was worth ripping somebody off for a 79.95 item. I really do! Going to spread the word how a owner can just buy an item and cancel payment then keep the item when he is a seller also, and let alone runs a business.Edit: item was bought through eBay platform and the funds were canceled same day shipped out. Brad Powell was the buyer. No communication after calling and emailing. You own a business and should not rip people off on any platform as it can look bad. I would of deleted this review had it been payed or item sent back.

Best repair place in stow.. don’t trust your phone with anyone else

Spoke with the owner/operator of this business.......and I felt assured the repair needed for my phone would be completed satisfactorily due to reading other reviews. The gentleman that performed the repair was polite and knowledgeable and the repair was completed within the quoted time frame. However, when the repair was completed, there were issues with the phones operation. I waited for this fix to be completed, but it wasnt completed in its entirety. I was asked to return another day. I returned two days later and the fix could not be accomplished at all by the technician. I have a phone that powers on and off by tapping the screen and the screen was the initial repair - it was fractured from falling off of a table onto the floor. The phone will power off by screen tap but NOT power on and the stylus function also does not work at all on the replaced screen. Other functions are also inoperative. The technician offered an apology for the inability to accomplish the fix (proper screen operation). They were initially to have installed a screen protector on the phone as well. I was told it would be ordered and be put on after the new screen was installed. I was informed on my first visit that it accidentally was not ordered or did not arrive with the replacement screen, so NO SCREEN PROTECTOR EITHER - I would have given a five star review had this not happened, but currently I am VERY DISSATISFIED with this companys service........TOO BAD FOR ME, HUH? AND, as evidence provides, all of the responses to kind reviews......my review at FIVE DAYS posted......no response from owner! DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GAMBLE ON THEIR ABILITY TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY? Best to go somewhere else that has ZERO negative reviews than one that ignores someone who has a valid complaint! No concern for problems = NO CONCERN FOR YOUR SATISFACTORY OUTCOME!

Went here to get my 6s+ fixed they had great prices I also got a tempered glass and an otter box while I was here. They were very helpful and full of information and had a quick turn around! Fixed my screen while I waited and it only took like 10 minutes !

Guy who works there was cool got my screen fixed quickly but thats the only positive about the place. Ive had even more problem with my phone since I went there plus the screen cost $150 for an iPhone 6s repair and cracked in an otter box within 3 days of having it without me ever dropping it and there nothing they can do apparently. Just a low quality product and would just advise anyone to go to apple and pay the little bit extra.

Dissatisfied, after having a screen replaced a few hours later the phone quit working completely. After some more time / several days, I was told they had not had enough time to look into the matter .

After checking around most of the other local repair places i settled on mobile irepair, They seemed to have the most reasonable prices in the area and the most professional staff. They repaired an iPhone xs screen for me in about 20min.

Their hours are weird, but I was able to get in and get my iPad screen replaced quickly and easily. It cost me more than I was hoping, but it was much less than replacing the iPad all together. The screen replacement is great, works perfectly, no dead pixels or lines in the screen that I can see at all.

TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE from both staff members I dealt with and reasonable pricing!! Recently had problems with my Att&t iPhone 7 after giving it a software update in which I suddenly lost microphone features with disabled me from making calls, FaceTime, and recording videos with sound...Both Att&t and Apple were unable to help me with the issue. So I finally came across this place and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately and presented me with a solution to order a new audio IC chip and do their best to fix the problem and they even told me if they couldn’t fix it that I wouldn’t owe them a penny! Luckily they were able to fix my phone and it’s working like brand new! HIGHLY RECOMMEND very friendly and helpful staff and I seriously can’t thank them enough!!

Got my iPhone 7 fixed, they had the lowest price that I found and only took 20mim

They use refurbished screens. I got my phone fixed there and the erase key glitched from time to time. Next, the paint of the white screen on the inside of the glass started coming off. Then I dropped the phone while I was bending over to tie my shoe (fell a very short distance) and the whole screen shattered. Now the phone no longer works and glitches out of control. Not to mention I had an otter box and a glass screen protector on my phone and the glass screen protector never even had a scratch. If it was a real screen used this would not have happened. Very disappointed.

Mobile iRepair is one of the most unreliable businesses ive ever experienced. I gave them my tablet and they couldnt fix it but Im not going to hold that against them simply because its beyond repair. However, they said they would call me when the found out what was wrong with it and they never did. I had to call them to figure out what was wrong with it. It took them around 2 months to figure out what was wrong with it and, again, once they found out what was wrong with it, I still had to call them. Also, I went there at 11 AM to pick my tablet back up after they told me that they cant fix it, and they werent open until 11:30. This business is completely unreliable and if you need a mobile device repaired, I dont recommend going there.
