The young lady who sold me my phone was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of the questions that I had and went out of her way to ensure that my needs were met with my service. I was very happy and relieved with the customer service and will return the next time I am in the market for a new device.

Went in yesterday because my Samsung Note 10 was glitching uncontrollably. Had not been in this store for a while… left extremely impressed with the staff and look of this location. Owen was very helpful, got my phone replaced with an iPhone 13 (love it!). He got me hooked up with a new watch as well and the process was done in an hour. I ended up having to stop in after work because I could not figure out the watch, Baileigh helped me finish up and I was out in 10 minutes. You all were excellent and I couldn’t be happier 10/10!

One of the worst experiences that I have ever had! Had a problem with a Verizon phone and was near there and they sold me a new phone over retail. That phone gave me issues and returned it within the 30 day period and got another phone (over retail but I was expecting it this time) and they completely screwed up my Verizon account including putting the new phone on the wrong number than trying to double charge for Verizon service. (I had a jetpack for $20 a month that turned into $90 a month along with my other line!!!!After several days and several hours the Cellular Sales Customer Service Team Representatives basically said they would do nothing about their mistakes since THEIR mistakes at the store would have to be corrected by Verizon representatives and that it was unreasonable for me to expect to be put back to the plan pricing and status that I was at before walking into to the store. I Reiterate that anyone that goes to non-corporate Verizon store is doing themselves a disservice.
I only stopped in to buy a new phone charger but they welcomed me and helped me as if I was buying an actual phone. Katie was the woman who helped me with my purchase. She was very nice and didn’t try to oversell anything or get me to buy something I didn’t want.

Ellexis at the Stow store was a big help. She was very patient with me. Found the problem and replaced my phone. She said to come back if I needed help with starting the new one up, which I got in the mail the next day.Of course I had to go back and Ellexis was busy with other customer so Owen helped me. Between the two of them it was so easy! I hope the stores don’t get rid of the help I received from them. We all need help with this new technology & their the best! I went in there to ask a question about sending a phone in that I had upgraded. The agents were not helpful at all. I am quite disappointed because when it was a corporate store they were professional, and very helpful.

Upgraded two iPhones and iPads. We were able to schedule an appointment with Ellexis Tracy, wireless sales consultant, and had no wait time. She worked with us to identify the products and plan that met our needs and made us aware of promotions that expanded services, saved money, and gave us better devices. Ellexis Tracy was professional, pleasant, and PATIENT. She spent considerable time explaining the plan, promotions, billing, and product features. We didn’t leave until all questions were answered and she and we were certain everything was done correctly. Upgrading devices can be painful; not this time. I highly recommend working with Ellexis Tracy at cellular sales/Verizon in Stow.
It was not good I was there 20 minutes and nobody tried to help. They were to busy trying to sell and not helping people who come in. They had 4 people leave and they did not care.
What a joke, nothing but lies to make a sale. Will not honor defective items. They argue with you about it. They treat you like you are a child. Try to find a corporate store.

Absolutely horrible was lied to about free iPad. I even questioned it and was still lied to. Got charged monthly fee for two years!!!!! He told me it was only for tax purposes. Never ever will go back there again. Manager was horrible told me I could go somewhere else then.Don’t believe what they say. Nothing is free. What a shame have to lie just to get I sale. Beware this is not a corporate store anymore! I know a few people who have been to this location and got lied to about “free” items. If they offer you a “free” item do not take it! And when they throw it in your bag anyways take it back out!!! These “free” items aren’t actually free and you will be charged a monthly fee for them but by the time you notice it will be to late and the return window will close. And since this isn’t an actual Verizon store they won’t help you!!!

Purchased a new iPhone at the Stow location. Good Buying Experience. I was supposed to receive a monthly credit for the discounted purchase price of the phone. To make a long story short it didnt happen the way it was supposed to so I reached out to Corporate Verizon on the 611 line since the location was closed due to Covid. They were NO HELP at all, in fact to the point I would drop Verizon....I then contacted the Sales Person (Miranda) that sold me the phone, she took care of EVERYTHING very quickly. If not for her I would still be trying to get what was promised at time of the sale.GREAT JOB Miranda !!!
It was a pretty good experience the only thing I noticed was that when I got set up with my new phone there were a couple details I wish the representative had informed me of before signing the papers

I stopped in here to replace my phone, not even realizing it was Black Friday (and I worked a decade in retail, so shame on me)! The store was packed, and the man who took my name to queue me up was very friendly. I was amazed at how quickly I was seen; the line, as long as it was, moved very fast. I already knew which phone I wanted, so getting set up was pretty quick for me, as well. The woman who helped me offered a selection of colors, I chose one, got my case and other accessories, and it was all finished quick and easy. God bless the staff for being so efficient, helpful, and friendly during my visit. Black Friday is NO picnic, and the fact that everyone was chugging along cheerfully despite that was both astounding and refreshing. I try not to shop on Black Friday out of solidarity, but having completely forgotten what day it was, there I was regardless, and I couldnt have asked for a better time. Thanks, guys. Yall are troopers. 🙏👍

They really took good care of me on an overnight ship for a new phone when my recently purchased new one has issues. They even offered FedEx overnight by 10:30am the next day for slightly extra (which went to FedEx not Verizon). The whole process in store was quick and they showed me how to very easily transfer everything to my new Google Pixel phone myself just by plugging it into the previous phone at home before I return shipped the old one for free. So I didnt have to go to the store to activate the new phone. Everything went really smooth and Im not being charged for anything Verizon was involved in because they honor their insurance plans. I dont know why people even bother going to Sprint or AT&T.
Staff is super nice and always very customer service oriented. Even if you have to wait they check on you to make sure youre good, tell you how much longer your wait is going to be and ask you if you need anything. Its definitely a pleasant experience every time Ive gone in there.

I went to look at purchasing an iPhone X but wanted to understand the difference between the iPhone X and the iPhone 8. Cameron Lucas was extremely thorough with his demo as well as explaining the options on my phone trade in. Not once did he ever seem impatient. Hands down, the best retail buying experience Ive ever had. Make sure you go and see Cameron.
Once I actually made it in the store before the doors were locked I had no issues and actually quick friendly service compared to other stores I have been in. I guess you cant really expect too much if you catch a retail place at the closing buzzer so I removed my previous annoyed review. Personally I would still crack open the door for someone that just missed the cutoff to at least see what they needed.
After visiting 2 local Verizon stores, I believe they must all be trained to work the same way. Customer walks in, Rep signs them in, they sit. Wait can be very long unless you want sales. Sales seems to be the exception in both stores. This store does not offer stools for customers to sit when talking with the reps and that is really unprofessional & makes it impossible for elderly. We had to go a service ctr, online didnt work, direct phone call didnt work. All we wanted to do was pay off our phones!
Great service, gave me a return after 4 days swapped covers at no charge. Employee walked out to my car and returned 10 bucks I left in my old cover. Thanks guys

Quick service and will do what they can to help you out. its a cell phone place so remember they are there to make money not give it away. i bought a phone and took it there and a few minutes later it was activated and i walked out happy. so much faster than online service through Verizon. Go before 4pm and not during the lunch hour and youll be in and out quickly.
Better experience than I recently had at a different location. Kim and the other 2 employees were down to earth, helpful, and knowledgeable. I liked Kims assertiveness.
Just switch to T-mobile UN-Carrier... saving 50% of what i was paying to Verizon for unlimited plan. I am not experiencing any problems with T mobile coverage in ohio. T mobile Tuesday, Netflix, many other perks. I recommend to switch. Stop giving more money to corporate save money $$$

Walked into the store looking for the new iPhone X. I thought I ran into Steve Jobs himself. Cameron, the Verizon store employee, knew everything about the phone I was interested in. He even aided me in the set up process of my new phone. Definitely recommend seeing Cameron for your next stop to the Verizon store!
Absolute horrible customer service. They’re liars and so deceitful just to make a buck. If you’re going into this or any store, make sure you get an invoice before you give them your money or card. They’ll sneak fees in and won’t stick to their word for discounts being offered by THEIR sales team. Already in contact with their corporate office because after 2 visits, they still lie. If you’re in the market, by online. At least there’s no one sliding in hidden fees on the website. I’d run the other way before stepping foot into this store, or any Verizon store.
Had a problem with SYNC between my phone and my truck. Couldnt figure it out. Tried for quite a while and finally stopped at this store for help.Nope. Was told they are not allowed to go out into the parking lot to help. Interesting. It was raining at the time.Went to another store and they came out and got my phone set up again.Terrible customer service as there was NOT ONE CUSTOMER in the Stow store at the time. Lazy people.
If I could give them 0, I would. They screwed up practically everything they did. They ported our lines incorrectly. My wifes messaging isnt working and everyone wants to change her phone settings and thats not the issue. They did a horrible job backing up our phones. They even screwed up the transfer of our contacts list. This after spending 3 hours there and paying them $30 activation fee for each line. They say Sprint is bad but I never had these issues with them. I figured a corporate store would be better than the others. Yeah, not so much.
The only person who seemed helpful here the last time I visited was the new guy who didnt know anything yet. The rest didnt either listen to what I was saying, snatched my old phone out of my hands, or told me misinformation which wouldve cost me a small fortune if Id taken their advice. Im going to go to any other Verizon store from now on.

At this store I was given bad advice and short answers to my questions. You might as well just wait on hold for 4 hours on the phone with the 1 800 number.The extra time it would take you to drive to the Howe Ave. Verizon or the one in North Canton is well worth it. The service at these other Verizon stores has been far superior.

Went in to upgrade. Terribly understaffed for a Saturday afternoon. Walked around looking at phones for 15 minutes, nobody even said hi. Two associates on one customer while people waiting. Verizon makes waayyy to much money off the backs of its customers to minimize these locations like they do.
Only gave it a star because it didnt have zero. So rude and I have had Verizon 21 years. I do believe it is just this particular store as I never had any problems before this but I also never I have been so badly treated as this. It was embarrassing and extremely frustrating. Please, dont put yourself through it.

I normally dont do these reviews but I felt like these people deserved it. i recently left the phone industry so i know how many hoops you have to jump through sometimes to even do a simple upgrade. Sara treated my girlfriend and I like friends. I was porting my number over to her account and they were very accommodating since we had to make a few calls to sort things out. Also they took my broken lg g4 as trade in and gave me a case, a screen protector, a wireless charger and a gear vr for it. Thats good customer service.

A least one representative was extremely unhelpful. No name mentioned. Verizon had a recent computer error informing certain customers they were over their data limit when they were not. Instead of helping my Mom, a representative at this store simply told my Mom that she used her data. and got charged for more. The representative did not even check my Moms data usage. We called 611 and got real answers.
