Shawn Castle is the owner of this business and the work he has personally done on my 2004 Toyota Tundra has damaged the truck beyond repair. He changed out the timing belt and water pump as a maintenance item and the job lasted about 20,000 miles before the entire cooling system blew up and left me stranded on the road. It took him a week to replace the damage he did and it was hard to understand why this company did nothing to make it right. Luckily I used my American Express and was able to contest the charges for the poor quality of the work done.The owner also checked my brakes twice stating there was nothing wrong with them. I found this difficult to believe because I could tell they were not working properly. Another mechanic immediately diagnosed the problem as rusted calipers and fixed the problem in less than an hour. It is unlikely the owner of this business ever looked at my brakes and was lying to me when he said they were fine and needed no repair. This was a dangerous lie to tell and its lucky nobody was hurt.Do not use this company for any reason, they do all the work for Ultimate Image Auto and you will not be treated with any priority. I waited outside for hours for the truck to be ready and then had to get a hotel room nearby because it wasnt ready at the end of the day as promised. There were other people waiting for their cars as well, they were turned away disappointed.

Ive been using Auto Tech for years. They are knowledgeable and fair on their price. They also stand behind their work. They stay pretty busy, so be sure to make an appointment in advance.

The receptionist isnt very helpful over the phone and they dont return phone calls in a timely manner. Ive played phone-tag with them for several days and still dont have the answers to the questions Ive asked about my vehicle. In my case, their repair work is questionable as a part was put on my vehicle with zip ties.

Recently brought my Nissan 350z in to get a clutch replaced. They did a great job for a great price. Very professional staff, highly recommended.

Auto Tech is a great business and I am very lucky to have them to address my issues that come up on my 14 year old truck. It is a pleasure working with their professional staff and they always get the problem fixed.

They will half do a job. Shouldn’t have to take my car back to them 3 times in one month.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...I payed 900 dollars for 3 simple jobs. Oil change, two tires and two brakes which isnt a problem. It took them 3-4 days to complete that job and they didnt even give me a call to let me know what was going on. Get the car back and the drive shaft need to be replaced. Which was 600 dollars. It took 2 WEEKS to fix my car, and they didnt call me once to let me was going on. They acted like they didnt know. The sad part is Ive been going going to them fore years, but they wont get other dime from.
