Very honest and trustworthy. I was traveling with two children and could have easily been taken advantage of. They saved me from unnecessary repairs and got me back on the road! Already recommended them to family!

This place is unprofessional the mechanics messing up cars and taking your money for things they claim is done told me I’ll get my car in 3 days turn around 2 weeks later... Went to them because I use to work with one of the guys there.

The owner operator and general manager operator are both good guys. They offer fair prices and they stand behind their work They have enough tools and equipment to handle all of your automotive needs. They have quality high-end mechanics that are skilled and competent in their trade. I definitely feel comfortable doing business at Tallahassee Auto repair.

I had freeze plugs that needed to be replaced. RJ worked with me on the cost and, even with an unexpected part replacement, stayed true to the estimate. In fact, the final bill was only a dollar and change over the estimate. What more can you ask for?I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys due to their integrity, courtesy, empathy, and technical knowledge. You will not be disappointed if you get your service done here!(I ecpected that, since they were helping me out in a pinch, I would be a low priority. In truth, I was treated just as if I were one of their best customers. These guys rock. )

Best auto shop Ive ever been to! Ive always had a great experience at Tallahassee Auto Repair and recommend them to everyone I know. I drive a 2004 model and the older it gets the more frequently things break... They always help me out and theyre very economical. Cant say enough.

I had a subtle whine in my rear end. They told me my whole rear end needed to be replaced. They told me my gears were too gone to work with. Turns out my gears were flawless and just needed new bearings. They either dont know what theyre talking about or were trying to up sell me 250%. When I confronted them on the issue they were not rude but did not seem to want to rectify the situation. Needless to say I think being honest is huge in the service industry and honesty is not what I received here. I will be taking my vehicle else where from now on and I recommend others do as well.

I take my Toyota here for everything. I used to be a part of a company that needed constant fleet vehicle maintenance and repair. Tallahassee Auto Repair took care of the problem every time with no trouble. Great staff and customer service too.

This has become the only place I will trust with my vehicles. Every time I need something they are honest and friendly. My car broke in the middle of the night and I had it towed to them while they were closed. I called the next day and they began working on it. It turned out to be much less of a problem than other places stated and saved me from having to replace my transmission. This is the second time they have saved my bank account from being cleaned out by others. RJ truly goes above and beyond for every customer!
