Very pleased. Had an intermittent problem with my 97 Jeep that another mechanic couldnt solve n was just changing parts - Auto Alley found the offending part and replaced it. Drives great! I will go back again but hopefully not too soon!!

Fixed my ac in a 2015 Rogue. Took longer than they expected, but that was due to nissan part number problem. Will go back if have other issues.

Every single time its a very pleasant experience.

I came here on two separate occasions and both times were great experiences. The mechanics are honest and dont beat around the bush, and the prices are extremely reasonable. My check engine and VSC lights came on, and when I took it in it was expected to be about $300 for a part and the labor and such. They later figured out it was something else (after getting the part) causing the issue, they let me know and lessened the price to about $150. I was kind of shocked because they could have easily just charged me the $300 and I wouldnt have known the difference, so I really appreciate their honesty. I will be going here for future maintenance!

Disappointing experience. Repair technician relayed incorrect pricing info which led to an unpleasant conversation, and when we tried to change the talkers to deal with the owner instead and keep things professional, he refused to acknowledge that the conversation didnt have to be that way and refused to complete the repairs. We were forced to tow the vehicle elsewhere for service. While we understand backing your guy, finding a professional median to move forward should have been the goal.

These guys are great! I took my sons car in to be looked at and they did a through looking over and discovered what was wrong gave me a very clear estimate and all the options of what they could do. Did not charge for the estimate. However, the car was not worth the repair. I will recommend them and use them in the future. Very professional.

They shouldn’t be AAA approved. They did absolutely nothing for my car and charged me so much. The steering wheel was still 20 degrees off after getting them to fix it TWICE (another mechanic checked for me).

Had a friend take his Jeep in to looked at it was running HOT. They got it in, the same day. That afternoon was ordering parts for it. They talked to us, want needed to be done. Great SERVICE.

I wish I could do less. I went up there with my steering wheel loose and scared. He said it had to be left. I told him i had no one to get me anytime soon and could he just check it to see if it was safe to make it home. He said it would need a tech and if I couldnt leave it he couldnt help me. I crawled home scared. Busy or not....he could have st least checked to make sure I wouldnt lose control of my car. Offered to get me a ride home so I could leave my car. Nothing but sorry. I Will never go here again

What more could I say about Jacob and his entire staff at Auto Alley?!.. Wow... Stellar service and so kind and accomdating!My family and I were evacuating from Hurricane Dorian. Unfortunately, my Lexus began to overheat and we were like.. what now?!.. So we got turned around and pulled to the nearest gas station and low and behold one of the mechanics just happen to be walking out. He kindly led us to their shop and Jacob greeted and said... hey.. lemme take a look at it and Ill do my best to get you in right away! I was shocked.. he did just that. Not only that.. gave us fair pricing and got all our parts scheduled and ordered exactly as he said.They went above and beyond to help us.. a stranded family in a city we were unfamiliar and did just that... treated us as family!This company is legit and fantastic!TY Jacob for your kindness and helping us to get our car on the road right away! They never try to sell you something you dont need. I heard grinding in my brakes. Took my car in, it turned out to be only the rear brakes. I had no idea and they could have easily said you need all your brakes replaced. They are very honest people. If they quote a price and find out its going to be different once they get under the hood, they dont do anything without calling first. I would highly recommend them especially if you know nothing about cars and you want someone who will not take advantage of that.

Wonderful company. Answered all my questions and showed me my options without pushing sales at me. Time and cost estimates were very accurate! BEWARE of this place! I was coming back from my grandfathers funeral and passing through Tallahassee when my jeep started to overheat... I Googled local mechanics and this place popped up so I took my jeep there. They charged me $60 to tell me my engine was blown and that they could replace it with a used engine for $4,200! They said there would be no way for me to be able to make it home... First red flag, you can get a used engine for $500 just about anywhere... They even offered to scrap my jeep... So I take my chances driving back home to Tampa while watching my gauges very carefully, and get a second opinion. Come to find out it was a bad thermostat... A simple $40 fix. Thanks for nothing Auto Alley - Karma is nothing to mess with!

Good experience, the staff was very helpful in answering questions and explaining their pricing and what was wrong with your car and what needed to be fixed. I would recommend them again and definitely take my car back if I need any other work done on it.

If the person only has 1 review dont believe it. Its a fake account that the owner probably created to get a better rating look how many I have a my loyal thousands of followers. Ok so heres my God honest review of this place was overpriced and over charged my bill was 100 more than agreed during drop off.i know what was wrong with it they could have dropped the trans pan to check valve body or just told me what they told me before they ran a scan tool on it. Oh but I literally had that plugged in to the obd2 port upon dropping off. But I have no clue what Im doing. Like I told Kenny and Jeff assuming they are the owners that I can do my own work but needed some time off and to take it easy. Well I get my bill and the day it was a half hour to do the work....hmm half hour at 102.77 or 107.22 sorry dyslexia may be kicking in. But what is half of 102? 51 am I right well labor says 128.89 they ran a scan took on it for 74.95. Well if you charge for that how can you charge another 45 mins to do that it doesnt take a lot of work to hook up a tool and press some buttons heck you dont even get your hands dirty. So your saying its 74.95 plus another 45 mins it took you to drink coffee or work on someone elses car I dont think so. Ill call you back or you can call me but I recorded the call for evidence and either you can make it right or I will dispute the entire transaction

Quick, good communication, good rates

OVERPRICED. WRONG. They gave me an estimate for thermostat hoses gaskets, etc. $1200 w parts. Im at another shop thats doing all that & timing chain for less than $700. You lost me w/you wont find the parts cheaper. You lost that w/me only spending $116 for all my parts.

Not totally happy with the service. To be fair its possible, the problem was out of their control. Nevertheless I feel a need to proceed with caution, regarding auto alley

They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right, I thought I had a transmission problem, turned out the main wiring harness had a broken wire.
