These are a bunch of crooked people. So you better be aware of what you signing for. You better read their reviews on the better business bureau website because these reviews are not the real ones. Their prices are too high. You will be better off going to a buy here pay here car lot than them. There cars break down on you quick. When you get thru paying their high price cars off. You will be done but a brand new car twice if not once. So be aware.

I normally dont leave reviews if the are bad however my experience with Drive Time was horrible. So I started with Savannah location sent all my information never received a call back and when I call always on hold. Decided to go in sale person was very rude. I left and decided to try another location everything started off perfect, Then my sales person go busy with another customer. I ended up seeing three different salesmens that was enough in it self. No one seems to hear my needs in a vehicle. Customer services needs to improve. The manage was very rude to my husband because he ask questions. So focus on making a sales forgot they are dealing with real people.

Decent selection. However wouldnt tell us what we were approved for until after we found something to be told it would be over 16k down. The car was way over priced and dinged up. Finally was stern and asked what the hell we could get in our budget to be pushed towards the most garbage vehicles on the lot. Finally found one we were ok with. Was not worth spending all day there for.

The staff are laid back and let you try out as many options you want without pushing you one way or another. They have the best selection in the area for used SUVs. Unfortunately, after all the time I spent there, they are completely unwilling to negotiate prices. I was a willing cash buyer, on the spot, and even had a range of options I was willing to negotiate on. I just needed them to bring the price down a bit. But I was basically sent away without even a moments consideration. They were nice, but not practical. I found a similar model at another dealership, for a similar price, that was willing to negotiate, and I paid for the car that day. Oh well, I guess.

One star for a patient and friendly staff that were not typical car sales types. As wonderful as that is, it does not warrant their fixed price (and overpriced) inventory. The car I drove was not even mechanically sound. The 4 wheel drive was not operational, the inside vinyl was peeling and cracking, which they shoddily patched with some rubbery substance. This was well-hidden in the online photos. When I told the staff member that the car was not working as it should, she nodded and said ok. I guess they were selling a vehicle for almost $15k and werent going to get it working properly? If I ever look at another car there, Im bringing a mechanic with me to inspect. Very suspicious.

If there was an option to leave no stars I absolutely would. I purchased a car from them in February. I was able to drive it for one day and then day two it had to go to the shop because it was having issues. The vehicle has been to the shop twice and I have been able to drive this vehicle maybe a handful of times within the last month. They love to say they will put you in another vehicle if you are not happy with your car, but when you ask them they will tell you that they cannot. So, I am stuck with a vehicle that is in the shop that I purchased a month ago and possibly looking at a big repair expense. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE DEAL.

Had an appointment set to purchase a specific vehicle that was reserved and arrived after traveling three hours to be told the car was being sold. Not a single phone call or apology. Worst customer service I’ve experienced and I’ve bought cars from other drive times locations and had amazing service but this was extremely disappointing. Regarding the Drivetime store in Mesa, Az. Someone at this Drivetime location allowed a customer who stole my Moms debit card number to purchase an $18,000 car. In my opinion this store and maybe all of Drivetime is not a reputable business.
