Recently visited the store, was in a rush. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They’re quick and professional. I visit this store frequently and the owner is super nice. The reps are awesome and friendly.

I had a simple request. I had a glass screen protector put on my phone. The lady was super nice and it costed me $17. They have a wide variety of iPhone products but very little for Samsung.

There’s Disney World, there’s the beach, and there might even be a heaven... but Wireless Expressions is truly: the ultimate happiest place on earth. Gen was the kindest soul I had ever encountered. When I brought in my broken phone, she explained to me in great detail what needed to be done, and her and her staff had it fixed very quickly. Gen was so intelligent in what she was doing and the other employees were just as kind. I have never been treated so well by an establishment. Not only did Gen fix my phone— she fixed my soul right along with it. Ever since I walked through those clear doors, my crops are flourishing, my skin is clear, the world’s order is restored, I have 20/20 vision, I’m sleeping soundly, my grades are up... and most importantly... my phone is good as new. Went in asking for a screen repair. The repair was quick but shortly after the screen detached and lines appeared we took the phone back just to be told they wouldnt honor there warranty 0/10 will not do business here again.

Do not recommend. Salesperson lied when I came in looking for an Otterbox for my new Galaxy S20. I was told that they do not make an Otterbox for this phone yet and convinced to buy one there. He lied and they do. Slimy sales tactic.

I was never interested in getting a case for my phone because i thought all of them were too bulky and refused to get one. However, i walked into the store one day and Gen helped me find one that fit slim but also protective. They have amazing deals and i always recommend people to them! And offer a tempered screen protector for only $10 with a repair! Prices are the best in town! Plus theyve been in business for 20 years that says a lot about this company!! The best customer service!!!! My husband was in need of a heavy duty phone case. The service from Mrs. Zai Smith was attentive, informative and the cost of the products purchased was just right! We both left with new cases and screen protectors. My phone looks amazing!! My husband works with heavy duty equipment and recently broke the case we purchased a year ago. Due to his schedule he was unable to return to the mall and purchased a case from another store. It was broken within a week. We returned to Wireless Expressions and Mrs. Zia Smith provided an excellent replacement with exceptional service!!

Told us which case to buy - put it in our hand and said it was compatible. Then refused to give us a refund when it wasnt. A no refund policy shouldnt apply when the store is at fault. You made an error, you make it right. Ended up buying stuff I didnt need just to use up the credit so I never have to come back.

As someone in the cellular business also, I know a lot of people and competition in town. Wireless Expressions is always my go to place to refer people for phone cases, accessories I dont carry and repairs I cant do. Their new store is nice, easily accessible and the staff has always been pleasant from what Ive witnessed personally. Even we we compete on certain things, Zi is always friendly, reasonable and respectable which is why I never hesitate to refer people here.

This place is time proven! I have used them for years. Friendly service, awesome selection with the latest styles. Some other reviewers complain about a cheap case, well then dont buy that one! Amazon has cheap cases that break as well trust me! The staff is very helpful on selecting and trying out cases. Their repair is excellent. I have had about 6 screen repairs for me and my kids. One did not work right after the repair, I took it back and they fixed it with no hastles. Other places have sprung up like weeds, but these guys are quality!

Good price on fixing an iPhone 6s Plus screen but they are not authorized through apple. They did not say that it was a risk of the Touch ID no longer working. They redid the screen twice to make sure it wasn’t the screen and still didn’t say anything when I paid. Everything worked when I went and got it fixed. They wouldn’t even give me my money back or any kind of composition for it no longer working. I wouldn’t recommend them fixing any apple products with the Touch ID but that’s just my personal opinion.

Wireless Expressions provides great customer service no matter who is helping you. They have the best selection in Tallahassee as far as cases go and their repair prices are dirt cheap compared to other shops. I would definitely recommend them when looking for a repair on tablets or phones and cases for them as well.

This stores return policy is NO RETURNS and no exchanges if the product is used, which this store takes to mean the box was opened regardless of the condition of the product when returned. Thanks to this terrible and inflexible policy, I was unable to exchange the cell phone case I bought at this store after trying it on my phone exactly one time and putting it back in the box.And local businesses like this wonder why they lose customers to the big box retailers like Best Buy and Staples?

Ive been a customer on several occasions for screen repairs and cases, and the staff has been really helpful and nice. Pricing was in-line with other companies, but the customer service makes the difference, especially when you need something last minute and they jump right on it and get it done.

Ive Been dealing with this place for many years. Cutomer service is great and selection is the best. Real brand name not fake ones like the other stores. They stand behind what they sale and repair.

I know that these are not the most expensive cases made, but when I spent $20 on a case, I assumed it would at least be as good and last me as long as the cheaper ones I bought off of eBay or Amazon. WRONG. Whenever the guy put the case on, the top left prong broke off and made the case loose which I didnt know; I thought it was because of the plastic protector I had on it. Then the first time I dropped it, the second prong broke off. It is the cheapest plastic Ive ever seen. Now I am out $20 and I have to buy another case to replace this one.

I bought a case for my samsung 8. I had it for 9 days and it has already snapped. I went in to see what they could do for me and they sent me away, but not before trying to sell me an even worse case. They sell cheap cases for high prices. Its a waste of money, and a waste of time.

This is a great place to get any cell phone, Ipad or Iphone fixed at. I came in with my home girl cuz she needed her galaxy S3 screen fixed and not only did we get it fixed but they asked if she wanted a different color screen. She got the mirror purple one and it looks soo cute!!!! I asked them about cases for my new Boost Maxx since no one really seems to have cases for it, and they actually had some really cute cases that may actually protect my phone. Def a good place to go to find cool cases at a decent price.The employees were really nice and there is this old man who works there who is really funny. He had me cracking up because he seemed really serious but is actually really cool.Cant wait to come back for some more cool cases.

I went to this place to simply change my battery and when I got home ...theres lines all over my phone ..! I called and showed up to let them see it and they said theres nothing they can do ....sorry for u ... horrible place to fix any thing ..!

Went for a cleaning the dust from rear camera. Cleaned and returned. Went home and the glass came off of the camera. Called back and TORI said we are not responsible for that. Not going back this place & not recommending anyone either. Thanks TORI.
