I had a great experience with Phone Hero! My iPad took a nasty spill and completely shattered. I thought it was damaged beyond repair, but decided to take it in anyway. The staff quoted me 24 hours for the repair, but it only ended up taking 2. My iPad is as good as new! The price was very reasonable and staff was courteous and friendly. I would give this place 10 stars if I could— highly recommend!

I have used Phone Hero and their staff multiple times for your teenagers Iphones. They have been able to repair cracked screens or other phone issues very quickly and cost efficiently. They also have wonderful protective screen covers with great warrantys. These protective covers have saved my kids phones multiple times and when they crack, or get damaged, they have replaced the covers for free. Great business! Highly recommend!!

After owning many different iPhones for the past 7 years, I shattered my first screen. They repaired it the very next day, within 20-30 minutes. I made the appointment online, which was very straightforward (also accepts walk-ins). I did have a slight issue with the home button acting funny afterwards, but a quick call and a mere five minutes, they fixed that too, free of charge! Wonderful experience.

Drive 30 mins one way to come check their selection. Theyre closed on saturday with a sign up on the door, for no apparent reason, and dont care to make it aware to the public by letting their google page show they are closed or announcing it elsewhere . They also are constantly spamming FB with free ads claiming they buy phones. The problem is, theyre doing it in marketplace where your supposed to be aaaaballle to find things for sale. It renders marketplace. Useless for what its meant for, as they appear in every other spot. If you want to have ads on facebook, either pay for them, or if your using the free ones, then DONT SPAM, and use them for what they are meant for, for selling things.. Im looking to spend anywhere from 500 to 1000 on a phone and they have lost my business.

First time here. Swatted a wasp off my arm while doing yard work and after two years of ZERO damage to my phone, the screen smashed. iPhone 6s plus. I had Verizon Asurion but the deductible was $150 plus time. CapitalTech got it done in 20 minutes and for half the cost. Makes me wonder why I even have insurance. Highly recommend this place.

I have used Capital Tech twice now. They have terrific customer service. The prices are more than fair. The turn around time is always blazing fast.My last experience was with an iPad that I swear is cursed. 5 days after they repaired the broken screen I dropped it and smashed it again. Apparently the drop screwed up the home button ... etc etc. it was a mess but they took such good care of me through it all!!! Side note: anybody want a possessed iPad? Haha. CapitalTech is wonderful! High quality work and very quick! A few months ago I got my screen fixed somewhere else. Unfortunately, it was done very poorly, and my entire screen had peeled away from the rest of my phone. The men at CapitalTech took a look at my phone, diagnosed the problem (which was basically cheap parts and poor workmanship) and within 10 minutes had fixed it. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We came to capita tech repairs to get an iPhone 6 screen replaced. The customer service was great. The took the phone in the back right away and within 15 minutes we had it back. Also the prices were really fair, especially compared to other places in Tallahassee.

Brought it into these guys on a Saturday and Taylor, the manager, took care of it right away. I took my phone into this location; they did the work. Replace the screen like I asked because I had a shattered screen. The next day the screen comes off. Volume control stop working, screen went dark. The worst technicians ever. Dont waste your time. I am headed to an Apple Store.
