Dropped some knowledge about my situation and any questions I had, also didnt push me to buy anything or charge me extra for anything, very great! Will use for all my phone endeavors.

This is the second time I have used them. Both times the promise was like three hours and about an hour later my phone is ready. Underpromise and over deliver is a great way to do business. I did some research and decided to go ahead and use them. I was NOT disappointed. CPR was thorough and detailed in their work. Fairly priced and very knowledgeable. My electronic was handled with care and returned to me fully repaired. I feel very confident they solved my issue completely and with full satisfaction. My mobile telephone is not the typical iPhone or Samsung, and its repair required some very precise micro-soldering. I had my doubts that they could pull off the repair, but they did! I had my Fitbit screen fixed, some back story I had it sent in to the protection plan I had to fix, when they sent it back to me I noticed the screen started to lift from the base of the Fitbit so I tried to get them to fix it, since its due to them not putting it on correct, at first they refuse but after a bit of back and forth they said I could go to someone local and they would reimburse me. So I called around and thankfully I found CPR repairs and they where able to glue my screen back on and it was only $10 so definitely recommend them.

Went in cause I had a stripped the screws for my MacBook Pro batteries while trying to replace it. Went in there to try my luck since Best Buy couldn’t help me and a guy (wish I asked his name) right away pulled out his tool box and found the screw the would work to pull out the stripped screws. Thank you SO MUCH! I appreciate that kind of customer service.

I had attempted to change my iPhone battery myself and was stymied by the horror of the tiny tri-screws. After many hours of fumbling around, I conceded defeat and found CPR.I basically camped at the door before they opened and the technician was incredibly kind to me despite my onslaught of problems I threw at him immediately upon his arrival at work. When we spoke, the tech made be feel validated in my own knowledge in regards to what I had completed. He was also able to explain things I was not familiar with in a simple and straightforward manner that was easily understoodI felt completely comfortable and safe leaving my phone, which contains all my personal data, with the technician and the company at large.My phone was completed on time and I am very grateful for the service that was all beyond anything I could have hoped!

Fixing a phone (that was designed to be replaced instead of repaired) at a 3rd party store is hit-or-miss to begin with but these guys did a pretty good job. We had to return to fix a mistake they made but they didnt charge.Our second visit they lost our order form and had to be reminded 2 days later that that they still had our phone. They fixed it quickly once they realized they had it. For being helpful but disorganized, I give them only 4 stars.

I went in to have my iPhone screen repaired. They were very friendly and explained the cost and the time it would take. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes, and when I came back in 30 minutes, it was ready! It looks and works great. If I ever need my cell phone repaired again, I will definitely go there.

I needed to have the back glass replaced on my Galaxy S8+. It was replaced quickly and professionally while I waited. The cost was pleasantly low and the person who did it was friendly and helpful. I could not ask for anything better.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! My wife dropped my phone off at 14:30 and by 17:00 they had it ready to go when I got off from work. I had purchased a new screen with digitizer and new glass back, new battery and screen protector. They rebuilt my phone for me. (I tried to do it myself and made it worse) They did a GREAT JOB and I highly recommend them. Nice people that are professional. We had a great experience! We had previously used someone who “did repairs on the side” type thing and did not have a good experience. And come to find out, they did all kinds of things wrong when replacing the screen. This time, when the screen broke for a second time, we came to CPR and Cody, who worked on our iPad, was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. He informed me every step of the way and asked for my consent before purchasing additional needed parts and doing additional work, which would require a slower turn around time. We just got the iPad back and it is working and looking better than before! Highly recommend.

I live out of town and made a special trip to Tallahassee to get my phone repaired. I thought it would be simple and only take a little bit but I didnt really realize just how much work it was to take off the back glass and get it fixed. Regardless of that, even on a busy Saturday, Aaron got my phone fixed for me the same day! Amazing service and Ill definitely be back if I need any more repairs.

My PS4 runs like New! Every problem I had is fixed. The controller Bluetooth connection, the HDMI port not working, and the loud fan everything works perfectly. Should of took it here first

We took our desktop in to see what was wrong with it after already spending $95 one day and another $25 the next day at Jeffs Computer Repairs and it still didnt work right. Turns out the motherboard is bad. We could have saved $$ had we gone here first. Also a a few weeks ago my wife took her laptop in for the free diagnostic and it was a simple matter of airplane mode somehow getting turned on which they fixed in about 2 minutes and handed it back. She was very happy. They know how to treat customers and talk to them about their computers. A pleasant experience.

If you’re looking for a phone repair place, just stop looking and go here. Seriously. They’re really nice and did a great job working on my phones. Both of my phones took a dip in the Gulf, and Chris managed to retrieve all of my data! I am very happy with my experience at CPR.

Had a huge issue like a year ago and I was a little iffy about bringing my phone up here to get it fixed but I figured I would give CPR another chance and so far so good. Right off rip I was assured that the employee that repaired my phone last time was no longer there and they would take care of me and that they did. I appreciate it!

I went into the repair shop with my computer they charged me 35 dollars to tell me what was wrong with it they said they would call me never did end up calling back to see if my computer was done and they had said yeah it was the motherboard so I went to picked it up when I was there he continue to elaborate that it was the motherboard I can’t even believe they didn’t even test every component in the computer they might be able to fix phones but have no clue how to check what’s wrong with computer keep in mind I order another motherboard and that wasn’t the issue at all it was the processor all long please stay away

Best.Place.Ever.I called at 5:55 (this place closes at 7:00) panicked because my phone wouldn’t charge. I asked if there was anyway I could get it fixed before they closed. The super friendly guy, Chris, that answered the phone said, “yeah! Bring it in”. I got there at 6:10... Fast forward to 6:20 ... I’m walking out of the store with my phone charging port fixed. Best part is they didn’t charge me a dime because it just needed a solid cleaning. These guys are honest repair dudes. That’s tough to find. They’ve earned my business for life.

These guys were life savers!! I went to 3 different stores; Florida Pro, Best Buy/Geek Squad, and Computer Repair Doctor. All 3 stores couldnt fix my phone until I went to Cell Phone Repair. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also will analyze the phone and try to get it to work multiple different ways as opposed to giving up after the first try like the aforementioned stores. Dont bother calling Apple Support just go to these guys. Apple Support will drag you through the mud and make everything seem worse than what it is. Thank you Cell Phone Repair!!!

They dont honor the Lifetime Warranty. On 8/1/16 I had the port replaced on my phone. A little less than 9 months later I have the same phone charging issue. This location hardly looked at my phone and said it is charging . I can leave the phone on the charge for 10 hours starting with a 15% charge, if Im lucky I get a 63% charge. I emailed corporate and 2 weeks later no response for them either. I will never have anything repaired at the chain again.

CPR was very kind and helpful every time we engaged via telephone. Upon arrival at the store, they were quick to begin working on my device. With the nature of the damage, I did not expect the phone to work at all. Even though my phone was very damaged, I am VERY PLEASED with the repair. CPR allowed me to fix my phone to about 94.83% functionality and allow me to hang in there until the time I am ready to purchase another.

This is the best place I get stuff repaired. Instead of just ordering the first part they saw regardless of the price, they took the time to look for a cheaper one. This was a good thing as I was on a budget. Needless to say, the staff here is knowledgeable, and careful!

Had a problem with the charging port on my iPhone. Took it in and they looked at it while I waited. Turns out that there was an accumulation of lint in the port that was preventing the cord from making contact. The good folks at CPR Cell Phone Repair cleaned out the port and did not even charge me! It only took five minutes of my time. Friendly and courteous service! I will not hesitate to return for other needs.Thank you!

My Samsung Galaxy 9+ needed a new screen. I bought it new at Walmart and purchased the warranty. (In February) the screen got cracked. I filed my claim through square trade and got a claim number. Called CPR and ordered the right part. I was able to come down drop it off and pick it up within two hours of dropping it off. Only took a week to order the screen. I highly reccomend using them if you need repairs.

Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the short time it took to have my cracked screen fixed and pleased that they called to let me know it was ready. Only thing I didnt like was my device had sticky stuff all around the screen, I figured it was whatever adheres the screen on and I dont hold that against the employees.

Let me start with a Thank you CPR...........maybe? No one likes to have problems with their phone or be without a phone. When my phone started to have problems, I jumped on line and came across CPR. I gave them a call and got a quick free diagnosis over the phone that I had a bad battery. I took my phone down to their shop, they got the info they needed to order a new battery. I returned several days later to have the battery installed, they were quick about the battery swap. I was happy, went home and wrote them a nice review that night........THEN my phone started doing the exact same thing the very same night. So, I went back to see them today. My opinion of their customer service took a prompt 180 when they wouldn’t give me a full refund for the battery that I didn’t need. They did give me a 40% refund. My free diagnosis turned into a $35 diagnosis, which turned out to be the wrong diagnosis. No one ever mentioned a diagnosis fee until after their mistake was discovered. This was simply a way to keep some of my money, POOR customer service. My original inquiry was, Should I replace the battery or get a new phone? They steered me wrong and then charged me money for their mistake, poor way to run a business. Their actions prove that your money is more important than them being right. I retract my original review, I won’t return to CPR or recommend them. The $35 they had to keep meant more to them than a good review and this customer. A good businessman pays for his own mistakes rather than charge his customers for his mistakes

The manager, Chris, was very friendly and helpful. My phone was fixed in the time he said it would be and he was also helpful in informing me about looking into a warranty replacement for my old screen protector.

I deal with the manager Chris Martin regularly. Every experience I have had with CPR in Tallahassee has been affordable, fast, friendly & efficient. I dealt with Amir today & my experience couldn’t have been better. I refuse to use any other facility for my phone, computer or tablet repair needs.Fun fact: if you invest in any of their screen glass protectors, they have a lifetime warranty. If it cracks, they’ll replace the screen protector at no charge.

Went in to have an iphone battery replaced. Chris said about 1- 1/2 hour. When I returned, the battery was done, but a cable ribbon for the volume buttons had gotten torn. Chris owned up to the mistake, and told me he would take care of it. I took it back the next day for the new ribbon. That ribbon ended up being defective- the flash/ flashlight didnt work. Chris offered to come to me to pick it up. Two days later, I took him up on his offer. When I got off work, I called, phone fixed!I recommend these guys, simply because they made a mistake, owned up to it, and took care of it. Another thing- they were $20 cheaper than other shops.

Unfortunately, not very helpful! I took my macbook over for a diagnostic that I thought was free (from google reviews) and was told its a $35 charge and that the motherboard of my laptop is probably the problem... paid for the diagnostic that was supposed to take only 1-2 days and never heard back from anyone until I decided to call and ask for an update about 4-5 days later. The person over the phone told me that the technician that was working on my mac was not there, but that he would call him, ask for an update and call me back in a couple minutes to let me know what happened...he never called back. So the next day I finally went in to pick up my laptop only to be told absolutely nothing more than what I was told before the $35 diagnostic, hope the process is much better next time!!
