Had front end replaced in 19 4Runner. They did well working with insurance to get everything covered. Did not receive all my requested parts back when I picked up vehicle, but they did still have them. Front end cover looks as tho its an aftermarket one and isnt as clean cut or aligned as well as the original one. Also not sure if alignment was covered, but it has a bad shake around 70 and I figured that would have been something that would have been taken care of when replacing the front end.

Chris made everything so easy and was amazing at making sure I was happy with the service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Cannot thank him enough. I was happy to see my vehicle and it looked just as new!! 🙌🏼

What seemed like a simple repair took over a month. No updates unless I reminded them they had my car. Milked so much money from my insurance company. (3x the est) Cant say the work was bad cause the job should have been strait forward.

Cargo and brake light on cab replaced very pleased with all the work

Lets just say if the rating had a zero that would be my selection. Had my car at shop for antenna problem on Malibu 2016.shop had my car for almost a month. All work was covered. When i finally got my car back, dirt and parts from some kind of sandpaper in car. Dings on car and something left over from when car was tape up . Lets just say Im pissed. Wouldnt recommend them

Had work done here through my insurance on my Toyota Camry after an accident. Matt Zema was awesome and kept me informed every step of the way. I also had some dings that were unrelated to the accident that he offered to take care of. I had to pay but these were things I wanted to get taken care of anyway so it ended up working out. Matt is awesome. I was emailed with the status of my vehicle on almost a daily basis. My vehicle was not quite ready by the time they had said it would but I understand that estimated time is just that, estimated not certain. they were definitely fast fixing my vehicle and man they do good quality work. this a place I recommend if you need repairs done to your vehicle after a collision.

I was struck pretty severely by a driver and took my car here. Paid them a pretty substantial amount of money for the fixes. After the repairs were done I received the car back with 2 broken arms and a tire wobbling. I drove it around for a month until my girlfriend realized and we took the car to get repairs at a different repair place. If your getting your repairs done here BECAREFUL!!!!!!

AutoNation was professional, efficient, and informative throughout the process of having bumper work done after an accident. I worked with Matt and was impressed with his level of customer care. I was especially impressed with the care they took for an estimate that was a little under $1000 as opposed to a much larger job. Its been many years since Ive dealt with an accident, and they coordinated everything, even arranging for Enterprise to get me. The work is top notch, and they did some extra clean up of a part of the bumper pad that faded at no extra charge. I got a washed car back. Id definitely visit again if such services are needed.

Its an ok place to service your car. The service people were nice and the waiting area was clean and well-kept.I came here after my car was hit, and unfortunately my car could not be salvaged as the engine broke. This is not the fault of those who work there. In fact, the repairmen there tried their best and did everything they could to fix my car and even offered alternatives of the next best steps. (The price of fixing that engine was quite a sticker shock though- understandable but expensive.)

I had the unfortunate experience of someone backing in to my brand new 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid’s front left headlight. I asked the car dealer who they would recommend and AutoNation came out of their mouth immediately! I was very, very impressed with their customer service and immediate follow-up with a phone call to let me know the progress of the repair. It was finished way before the planned due date and their work product was excellent! You can’t tell where the repair was, and that’s the best sign of all. This is my second experience with AutoNation Collision Center and both have been better than expected. Communication is great, estimated time of completion was right on, and customer satisfaction was a priority. Good job!

I was quite disappointed with the length of time it took to repair the front and rear bumper of my vehicle. I was told it would be repaired within 7-10 days and It took 22 days. When I came to pick it up, there were 2 noticeable deep scrape marks on my front bumper. In the meantime, I was accruing rental car fees and my car still needs to be returned to a shop for repairs. Also, I track my mileage for work and noticed my car was returned on an empty tank and had been driven over 200 miles since I had dropped it off at the shop 22 days prior. Shady!

Only giving a two because management has worked with me post-collision repair to make my vehicle right. The low rating is a direct reflection of the terrible customer service I received from the repair tech whom wrote the estimate, AND the quality of work (or lack therein) by the body shop personnel.Don’t tell me scratches your body shop put on my vehicle we’re there prior to being in your shop. 😡

Did a superb job with my pickup. It looked brand new. Afterwards I had a problem with my door lock. Talked with Bryant in Tempe. He got it fixed within minutes. Totally professional.

I took my Veloster to Autonation Collision thinking they are a Hyundai dealer collision center that it would repaired correctly. Anyhow they had my car for one day short of three weeks for a less then 5 mph fender bender, after two weeks Chris call me told me the car was ready to be picked up, I told him Id be there in the morning to pickup my car, when I got there the car was far from done the right fender was still buckled, the dent in the right door was not repaired and the body lines were way off and the fresh air intake duct was missing, I had a good friend drive me 40 miles to pickup my car to find it like this, not happy . So left the car, 6 days later, Chris called me said the car was ready this time, I said to him are you sure it is fixed this time, he assured me it was, so another 40 mile to pickup my car, and it was not ready, they had put the fresh air intake duct on, fixed the buckle in the right fender and the dent in the door, but the body line on the right fender was way off, it had buffing burn marks in the hood and they had left some of the old pin stripping on the left fender and painted over it and the new pin stripping they put on the car was gray not black like the original, again not happy, so this time I waited for Chris to get in so I could go over the car with him, and get my car fixed correctly. Now Chris is a very nice man he took my car right back in and got the problems corrected while I waited 2 1/2 hours later it was done finely . For a $6600.00+ repair bill for a less then 5 mph fender bender you would expect better quality control . Now if your not a car person and you dont know what to look for on the repair I would tell you do not take your car here.

Based on past experiences with other collision centers, AutoNation proved to be a all-round pleasant experience. The receptionist handled the required paperwork efficiently at both the intake and release. The assigned service advisor, Bryant Stodola, demonstrated an understanding for both my time issues and repair concerns. Considering that I was having repairs on a 2016 vehicle with only a few thousand miles on it, I wanted a like new restoration on the final outcome. I felt this was accomplished with no discernable different between the original new vehicle and the repair. Im a very picky design engineer who would recommend this facility.

They did an excellent job on my, matching the color perfect. Will use again if needed and already telling friend and family to go here .

Picked the car up and had to inspect the work in the rain. Found liner bolts loose along with push clips not fully seated. The second day out of the shop the battery crapped out. Not happy with the service!

I can’t give this place a lower score. They kept my car FOR ALMOST 6 weeks. To make a long story short a tree fell onto my car and the shop DIDNT BELIEVE ME and they kept saying that the scratches were not from the tree. We had to fight them on every part of the process and it wasn’t until we got the GM involved that stuff actually got taken care of. My fiancé was so stressed and upset because they were rude to her about everything and I cannot believe a business is run like this. We will be filing something with the KBB and the attorney general. NOONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS
