I came with some body work needing repaired for my passenger doors and mirror through insurance and also had some other work (bumper and another side mirror) done in addition to that claim. Phillip did an amazing job working with me and my insurance company. Im extremely happy with finished work and they even detailed the car inside and out which included buffing out my headlights. They whole car looks brand new. Id happily recommend them for any body or custom work you need done.

This team knows how to make a car look like new - they fixed a panel on my car instead of replacing it, and its impossible to tell the difference. Theres a lifetime warranty on all of the work as well, which is better than most places. Thanks for everything!

The best experience possible! I wheeled in on a Saturday, unannounced and a very busy Mitch stopped his work on a vehicle to help me. He was my first impression of this business and I was sold. He was courteous, professional and friendly. I returned when Phil (the owner) was there and was equally impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. The work they did on my 05 Subaru Forester was impeccable. It involved replacing a headlight and they went the extra bit to buff out the other headlight, with was cloudy, so they would match. It looks better that new. I love that such an exceptional body shop is a local business.

Very friendly staff. took my infinity in for a dented fender. They suggested to do paintless dent repair to save on cost, and could get it about 95% good. After picking up the car I was 100% satisfied and you would never know there was a dent prior! I also had a deep scratch in the rear bomber that they filled in amazingly. I was initially quoted 300-350. I called a few days later and was told the price had increased up to 500 after they realized what it would take to do the job. All in all besides the additional money, their work is outstanding. Would recommend to anyone.

The service I received was superior and more than I ever expected. This included everyone from the receptionist, to the manager, to the mechanic. Plus, they worked with me to perform the work in the cheapest manner possible without posting any BS additional fees, or trying to pull an insurance scam that would only serve to increase my rates. I definitely recommend coming here for honest, quality service. I do hope that I don’t have to come back, but if another unfortunate event occurs, I’ll be coming back here

This is the second time in 6 years I’ve had to take my vehicle into Innovative, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and auto repair. The technicians and boss are both very nice and helpful! They helped me to argue with my insurance company, which just want to save their budget rather than make the right choice. They are professional and considerate, trying to fix my car as soon as possible, explaining me lots of things I dont understand with great patience! I would recommend my friends to come if they need (hopefully they dont need 😂) .

As a self-proclaimed car not Ive dealt with my fair share of collision and auto body shops over the years. Innovative Auto Collision is by far the best body shop Ive ever worked with! They charge of the same or less than almost everybody else in the valley and yet you can walk in on any given day and see anything from a Honda Civic to a Lamborghini sitting there waiting to be worked on. The fact that they get so many high-end luxury and supercars lets you know that they really do top-notch work.

I have taken my 2008 BMW M3 to Innovative several times. The quality of work and customer service from Phil and his staff is without question the best I’ve encountered. I saw all of the good reviews for this place online, so I thought I would check it out to get an estimate on some repairs for my car. I walked in and there was nobody at the front desk. I waited in there for around a half an hour and no one came out to help the whole time I was standing there. There wasn’t a button to push to let them know you’re waiting. There was even a window into their shop and people saw that I was in there, but still no one came out to help. There was another person who was in there at the same time as me and we both eventually left and went to a different place. The other place had a receptionist who was extremely friendly and I was in and out of there in the amount of time that I waited in the lobby of here.

Awesome experience! Went to Southwest Collision first and they quoted me $920 something for a paint repair to my front bumper. Went to Innovative Auto Collision. Service was super friendly. Philip (the owner) came out to give me an estimate. Instead he told me he thought he could just buff the scratch out, then worked on it for 15 minutes free of charge. When he finished it looked great (could hardly tell there was ever a scratch). I asked him to quote me on getting everything repainted just so, I would know. He quoted me (for doing exactly what Southwest Collision was going to do - repaint the whole bumper) at $633.Super awesome service, not sale-zy, better prices. I would head there first it you have the option to. Talked with others in the waiting area, all had had similar experiences.Ask for Philip.

Innovative Auto did an amazing job repairing my rear bumper. Someone had backed into my car and that persons insurance was trying to have it fixed by cheap means. Phil at Innovative Auto was able to have the rear bumper completely replaced and in a timely fashion. My bumper had been repaired in the past from being rear-ended and I could tell immediately the quality of work done by Innovative Auto was much better. I would return to them if I ever need any body work done in the future.

Phil and everyone at Innovative Auto Collision went above and beyond when it came to the custom work that was done on my vehicle. Not only did they take the time to get everything installed and fitted properly, they did it right the first time. I am very particular when it comes to all my vehicles and Innovative definitely hit the mark for being one of the best in valley. I will surely be back again to have more work done.

They did an amazing job fixing my taillight. They were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday and gave a bit of a discount for paying with cash or check. Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

My Lexus had damage to the roof, roof railings, trunk, a tail light and head light, and various side panels, from heavy items falling upon it while in storage. Phillip worked hard at getting me a fair repair price, and his professional team did phenominal work. 5 Star Service! Ive already recommended his shop to friends and business associates.

From the time I called to the time I picked up my car they made sure to stay in contact and keep me informed and updated on everything that was going on. When I went to pick up my car they made sure to walk me through everything they had done so I could look at it. They made sure they went over all the paper work with me so I would understand everything. It looks flawless and I could not ask for more. These guys were great. They seemed to know their way around insurance claims and and scheduling a rental car. They were super flexible with scheduling a repair and pick up time and date. They seemed to really care that I was having a good experience. My care turned out wonderful. I have zero complaints. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs body work.

I have been getting custom work done on my cars from various shops since I was able to drive. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to the look and quality done on my vehicles. I cannot remember a time when I have requested a shop to do certain things to my vehicle’s where I haven’t been disappointed in the quality, that has now changed since I took my Mercedes to Phillip at Innovative Auto! I was hugely impressed with not only the repairs and paint job that I hired Innovative Auto Collision for, but all of the extra things they did without even charging for them. In addition to painting my car, they polished my headlight lenses which were in really bad shape, they completely detailed the inside of the car, and waxed and polished the whole outside of the car. It was like getting a brand new car! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Took my Honda S2000 here because they were recommended to me. Im very picky about my cars since im a little ocd. Rear bumper was hit at low speed but they managed to get the guys insurance company to replace it instead of just repainting, thankfully. After seeing how good the work was i took in my lexus that needed the front bumper resprayed and they went the extra mile and buffed the car since it had over spray from previous work that was not done properly. I was a pain in his ass but Phil took care of me and ill definitely be back to get more work done.....oh and he also gave me a discount the second time around. cant beat that. Thanks guys

Alright, so I am a career pizza deliverywoman and as such I have had many experiences all over Tempe with the several cars I have gone through, so Im pretty cognizant of car repair mattters and what usually ensues as a quality job. About half a year ago my Honda Civic suffered substantial damage to the front end, and its a pretty new car so I waited and scouted out where to really take her for a good job as Ive never had body work done before. One day I had a business card left on my window and a note from my neighbor highly recommending them, so I went in to check it out and was fairly satisfied with what they told me.The damage was pretty extensive and it seemed like they had a full garage every time I went in --but they kept me updated and ended up taking about a week longer than expected. Which I didnt mind because I was in a paid-for rental and I definitely dont rush a good job. I finally picked her up and she looked like she just drove off the lot for the first time, so I was really satisfied with how good it looked. There were a couple of snaffus but I am still giving a high rating because they quickly tightened the loose nuts and bolts I found without hassle and even put me in a rental car out of their own pocket to do so for the night it took to get fixed. Furthermore they even fought for me concerning a cracked motor mount the insurance said I was liable to pay for and ended up having them take care of it after all, so that was nice especially because without it my whole car vibrated pretty obnoxiously. And this was all on top of also being able to help me out with the deductible, not making any promises to anyone else going the insurance route as I am sure it has a lot to do with the chunk of change they will end giving them after the adjuster deems his mighty judgement, but its awesome they were willing to do that in the first place.So all in all, a lengthy but quality job that has held solid half a year down the line, which I hear is usually a crapshoot when cars are hit in the front end as they are never really the same after.
