I paid 650 to get my catalyst converter replaced last year. I just attempted to sell my car and after inspection it has been brought to my attention that not only was my catalyst converter not replaced but my old one was taken and in place a metal pole was put in and welded on in its place . I have given management 2 weeks to return my call so I have no choice but to post this and attach my photo of this business that took advantage of me because of my ill knowledge and maybe me being a female and also stole my money . Please if you have had any work done here please verify that it was done .

I’ve had a 2002 New Beetle that I love! The only issue was it didn’t have AC. Finally this year I was over the heat and decided to find a shop. This one was down the street from me and stopped by. Juan was very helpful and found the issue right away. I got the part and he installed it within 2hrs. Car now has cold ac and feels like a completely different car.This place is busy busy… which is good!!! It’s busy for a reason. Very good customer service and prices. Thank you guys!

Juan the shop owner is honest and can be trusted which is a big deal these days. Hes honest in his work and the needs of your vehicle and isnt out to try and do unneeded unnecessary work. He will show you the problems and solutions to fix it as well as if you have some time before the repairs are needed. I trust him to where Ive sent my parents to him and am now taking my daughters vehicle to him

I went to have an oil change service done. Id made an appointment a few days prior, and within a 1/2 hr, I was on my way...they made an estimate of 20 minutes..and they did deliver!! Good job! fast and friendly!

I went with various issues on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Juan was great. He was courteous and was able to find the issues quickly. He quoted me a reasonable price and kept me informed though out the process. He even helped me with a few issues (My rear tail light housing) I didnt know he could fix. He returned my car repaired and at the agreed upon time. I would highly recommend Mile Auto to if you want quality repair work and honest prices.

My car was overheating and I was lucky enough to get it to the nearest auto service station in time. They were closed but I found Juan’s e-mail address on the website. He responded right away and allowed me to leave my van there over the weekend until he could look at it on Monday. It needed a new radiator so they installed it at a reasonable price. So glad I let them service it rather than having it towed to the dealership. Very attentive and competent auto service.

I went to two different mechanics before here and might I just say I should have just came here to begin with!!! No one knew what was wrong with my car nor cared to figure it out despite no apparent lights being on. Juan got my car fixed that same day for a low price and my car has been running like a champ ever since!!! Great work and done efficiently I will be back here again for sure for all my car needs. 10/10 recommend!!

I took my car there after receiving a quote from another shop due to it being closer to my work and being able to drop it off. I gave him the estimate from the other place. He took a look at the car and said i didnt need a part which the other shop said i did and saved me $500 that i was ready to pay for. he had my car taken care of the same day. He was recommended by a friend and now i can see why. i would definitely use him again. its nice to know a mechanic that you can trust and does great work. thanks again!

They always give you a fair price on what you need fixing. I’ve not gone to any other professional mechanics after finding out about Miles Auto. Had an oil leak and went to get it checked out and jiffy lube (yes I know not the best place to get it checked at) told me it was 1200 job. Not knowing much about cars I kinda believed him but once I took it to Miles he fixed it for less than 200.

I dropped my truck off and in about an hour he called and it was done! Very prompt!

I read so many good reviews about this spot and my guy Juan is a man of his work! Needed to just get my car repaired to pass my emissions test and got it done super fast and passed my test! Will definitely be back for more work to be done!

Ask for Juan he will take care of you, great service. Not the typical mechanic trying to charge you an arm and a leg, I’ve taken a couple of cars here and can’t say anything bad about the spot! Cycled through 5 mechanics for an issue I had that no one could find.

I called in to have a battery replaced and asked for a quote. I called a number of places and Mile had the most reasonable price. They were able to order and replace the battery with a quick turnaround. No complaints on my end.

These guys are great. They fixed up my old Toyota truck and got it through emissions. They explained everything (Like the Toyota drive cycle) and let me come back the next day to test the computer system to insure I wouldnt fail the emissions test again. Great mechanics and customer service.

I have nothing to say but good things about Mile Auto. I am an older person who lives in a 55+ community. I had heard from one of the people that Mile Auto was a good place for getting my car serviced. They are not only a good place, they are excellent. In the last year, I have had intermittent problems with my 99 Taurus. They have kept it a few days a couple of times trying to find the problem. Things would be better for a few weeks and again I had trouble. The third time, they finally found out the source of the trouble and they replaced the fuel pump. They were very concerned about my safety and aware of my financial situation and took wonderful care of my car. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Everyone there is a gentleman and knows their business. Its not often that someone will go out of their way like Chris, Juan, and Carlos. They are to be commended.

For the past two years (if not a little longer) I have been taking my truck for all my repairs and they have given me beyond excellent service. Not only on my truck but their customer service alone is 5 star. They had very open communication about the services on my truck and worked with me regarding planning future repairs (it’s an oldie but goodie). As a woman going into an establishment dominated by men I never felt taken advantage of or talked to like I didn’t know things about my truck even during times that I didn’t know things about my truck. :) They were always very helpful if I had any follow up questions even after services had been rendered.Prices for the services were also really budget friendly and I so far never had any problems on what they did service on. They are also extremely respectful of time and have on multiple occasions had my truck completed faster than anticipated!They have a great personal touch to their follow up and even though I have since moved to Chandler I just recently returned for another service and another great experience with Juan and Mile Auto Repair!

Cant say enough good about these guys. They dropped what they were doing so I wouldnt be stuck in Phoenix (I lived in Tucson at the time) and replaced my alternator in like 2 hours. Ive subsequently taken my car there and they have had many opportunities to take advantage of me but havent. All repairs have fixed the problem and didnt have to be done twice. Cant ask for more out of a mechanic.

Without question this was some of the best service I have ever received. I was visiting the area from California when my serpentine belt broke. Unfortunately it happened at about 4:30 p.m. when most shops are getting ready to close. I called around and could not find a mechanic who was willing to stay late and help me out.....until I called Mile Auto Repair. I spoke with the owner, Chris, on the phone and explained the situation. Chris mechanic, Carlos, agreed to stay late and work on my car. They were able to get the serpentine belt for me before the parts places closed, but when my car arrived at the garage, Carlos discovered my tensioner was also toast and they could not get that part because of the time constraints. I called Auto Zone and they told me they had the part. Chris then took me to Auto Zone, but when we got there we discovered the part would not work. When we discovered my car could not be fixed that same day, Courtney, another employee, arrange for me to get a rental car for the evening. Chris then took me to the airport so I could pick up my rental car. The car was fixed and ready to go by the next day. Chris then took me back to the airport to drop off my rental car. Chris, Carlos, and Courtney were all so helpful. I hope they know how much their service is appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Mile Auto Repair to anyone who appreciates great service, fair prices, and quality work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I waited to write this review but the NEW OWNER of this shop recently took over from the old one, so all older reviews may reflect previous owner. I asked for an oil change, and problems with my suspension and squeaky brakes. I get there after they had the car all day and they changed the oil, but didnt call or offer any fixes for the other 2 issues saying they couldnt find anything wrong. I took it to another shop and found out I had a shock that had a broken seal that was so easy to see by just looking at it. Just lazy tech work and terrible customer service. To bad because I had been taking my car here for years and now just sad.

Hands down best auto shop, they are quick friendly, and never try to up sell you. Best prices in town.

I WAS DENIED SERVICE!!! Been a customer for about 3 Years. Went from a Honda to a Audi and NEW OWNER LITERALLY denied me service. For an OIL CHANGE. First warning me that it would be expensive (130 which is fine) then told me HE WONT DO IT, ITS NOT IN HIS INTEREST. Lol! Professionalism out the window! Thumbs down

Very impressed with their honesty! Car was running very rough .. cylinder 1 kept missing. After their inspection I was told there was a bad plug wire and that they fixed it. They didnt even charge me extra for the repair. I highly recommend!!

Well run facility and honest. Came in with an overheating problem and they diagnosed and fixed the problem for only $45. They didnt try to upsell me or shake me down for unnecessary work. If I lived on this side of town I would make them my regular mechanic.

My friend recommended this place to me about two years ago. They are honest friendly and will sometimes drive you back home if you are close to the shop. My friend doesnt live too far away so I get a ride to her place and get to hang out with her while they fix my car . Theyll show me whats wrong and the parts that need fixing if I ask which is great and dont try to upsell me on things I dont need. They also call to tell you how things are progressing. The only cons are:they dont do alignments, the seating area is small and finding it from the street is a chore. Otherwise Id give it 4.5stars
