Great service and communication. I was having a hard time finding a shop that was able to take my car on short notice and they were able to. My catalytic converter was stolen and they delivered on time and quality service.

I brought my car in with my check engine light on. Being a Volvo I know repairs can be difficult but Tony said he’d do his best! And man, he and his team did excellent! They were awesome and diagnosing and explaining to me what was happening and what we needed to do even for someone who doesn’t always understand car terms! The price was by far the most fair I’ve seen in a long time! They had it done quick and it is running so smoothly now! I couldn’t be more happy with these guys, definitely will be go to shop! Highly recommend!!!

This is the most ethical auto shop experience you can find. My dad has been going for 20 years. When I moved out I tried other places, but nobody beats the prices and integrity of Tony and his team.They never over-sell; in fact, Tony has often discouraged us from getting repairs that he doesnt think are worth it given our vehicle and situation. The prices are crazy low; for an oil change they charge about $50 less than anywhere else Ive tried. They never charge for diagnosing, only actual repairs, and they even have looked over used cars I was thinking of buying in detail without charging.I live within 0.3 miles of Christian Brothers in Gilbert, but a couple years back when I went there, they charged $70 to diagnose my car and told me I needed $750+ of immediate repairs. I brought it to Oasis, they charged $0 to diagnose it and fixed it in great shape for $300. But dont think they are low quality because of the low prices; they just only recommend what you really need, and they bill ethically. I will always drive the extra 15 miles to go to Oasis.The only downside is that everyone who goes there knows theyre quality, so they often have long waits. I usually just drop my car off in the morning or evening and they give me a good estimate of when it will be ready to be picked up. I imagine if you really need a rushed service you could maybe pay a premium for that, but I havent asked about it.In conclusion, if youre worried about being taken advantage of at the auto shop, just come here and youll be in good hands. Tony is a really good guy.

I replaced the battery on my SUV a few months ago and was impressed with the staff and work done so it was a no-brainer for me to come back for my synthetic oil change. They were able to fit me in sooner than expected and all my fluids were topped off and my tire pressures done as well. This Oasis out performs all the other repair shops Ive frequented. Ive been going to Oasis for at least 4 years now and I always receive excellent service within a reasonable amount of time. I would always be given the runaround or be overcharged when going to other shops (especially the dealership) because Im a young woman. Tony and his team always take the time to explain the issue and always give a fair price. Making them my primary mechanic for my troublesome child was the best thing I ever did.

Our Family has been dealing with Oasis Auto Center for 25 to 30 years. When my daughters started driving we had 4 cars to maintain, and that went on for about 14 years. I have been looking for a good auto shop for years, and I finally found it after trying at least five different shopsThe staff at Oasis have taken care of me. They are straightforward, they dont annoy me by constantly trying to get me to get other services done, and they have good prices.My SUV had a ringing during acceleration that had been occurring for over three years. It was also very loud since I had the fan clutch replaced over three years ago by a different company that is big locally. The company that originally replaced the fan clutch told me that my vehicle would quiet down after a few thousand miles, but it had not after over three years. It turns out that my fan clutch was causing the ringing and it was a low quality part that was causing both issues. Oasis took an in-depth look at the issue, replaced the fan clutch with a better quality version, and my vehicle is more quiet than it has been in the past several years.Oasis also replaced my motor mounts, off-road tires, and camper tires and their prices were unbeatable. Tony and Jeremy are very friendly and the shop has a low-key, service minded feel that you dont get at the larger companies.

Had issues with my SUV,explained that it was shutting off at weird times when i was driving at low speeds and idling.They diagnosed and found out it was a battery cable end that was not making good contact.the Pros replaced it and charged me a good price...These guys dont give you the run around and will not overcharge you...THESE PROS ARE ON POINT...Thanks Oasis i will return in the future.

My car had an A/C problem with the vehicle overheating when idle.They charged me $447.70 to have cluster assembly of the Temp Gauge replaced. I didnt see my car for a week. When I got it back a week later, disappointed to find out problem is still not solved. I opened the hood of my car to check for overheating causes and found this wrench part (pictured below) just left underneath the hood loose. Very disappointed.

The service today was. Excellent. Information given of repairs was explained so was satisfied of the work done.

This place is incredible. Weve been going here for years, and Tony and the crew have ALWAYS done right by us. If there are any issues with a repair (which happens with any vehicle), they will make sure the issue is corrected. I have been taking my vehicles to Oasis for over 10 years now and recommend them highly. There is absolutely nowhere else I would take my vehicles. Oasis has an amazingly loyal clientele base and theres good reason for it. Tony (before Tony, Johnny) and his team are honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I have had two vehicles inspected before purchase. The thorough and on point inspections were excellent. I ended up buying both those vehicles and have had no major problems or issues with them. I lifted my truck and was in desperate need of an alignment. The typical local offroad shops were asking $120 for alignment and their availability was weeks out. I also had some specific requests in regards to the alignment, and these offroad shops were just laughing me off because I wasnt a mechanic, I guess. A friend recommended Oasis Auto Center and I am so glad that he did. Not only did Tony at Oasis beat the price on alignment, but he could get me in that very same day. He also was willing to listen to what I wanted rather than the typical i know what I am doing mechanic attitude you can run into. My alignment has now been completed exactly as I wanted. Having an off road bumper installed soon, off road LED LIGHTS and a front side panel replaced.

The FIRST time I went in I got an oil change. That was all I asked for. They looked at my car and told me that I needed additional work for about $900 AFTER I already had someone replace the things he said I needed fixed. I brought my parts and asked them how much labor was and he said $250 then it turned in to $270 then the last of my bill turned to about $330.00 The worst part was I explained I couldnt afford anything over $300. This guy did NOT care. The part he replaced was a radiator cap and it was $7 at Penny Pinchers. Some how mine turned into $70 for a cap!!!I would never recommend this place to anyone else. They over charge for EVERYTHING. They wanted to charge me $60 to put coolant in my car...I went across the street and bought it for $15!! The only reason I came there was because it was next door to where I was staying at the time. And I couldnt drive my car any further. I was so angry I just paid them the bs amount and decided to give a bad review 👎. I know everyone is struggling but for a business like that to take advantage of someone is bad karma. No words.

Quick and extremely helpful. They knew what the problem was within a minute of us being there. Staff was friendly and welcoming which is always appreciated, especially early in the morning.

This place was great. They got my car seen about fast. Fixed the problem and were very transparent about price. They even took the time to make sure my car was ready for emission test, multiple times, so that I wouldnt waste my time in line. They answered the phone promptly and as a woman, I felt I wasnt being taken advantage of despite my lack of knowledge in car mechanics! Would definitely recommend going here in the future!

If youre like me, you dread going to the automotive people. They can do and say anything they want, and I wouldnt really know if they were being honest because I dont know enough about cars. Ive been ripped off before, even had my car held hostage when they took the engine out without my approval and forced me to pay them to get it put back in. This place is the first one Ive been to since moving out of my small town and into Phoenix that feels as if they really care about the customer. The other day, my sunroof suddenly stopped opening and the vanity lights werent working. I called around to get quotes and it was going to be over $160 just to get my car looked at by the dealers. O Reilys suggested that I go to Oasis before I go to the dealer. Before Oasis would do a diagnostic (which would be 1/2 of the price of the dealers) they looked at the fuses first and saw it was just a loose fuse, not a major electrical issue. They pushed it in and sent me on my way. It was so nice to have an honest shop. They could have told me anything- at the very least made me buy a new fuse! They wouldnt let me pay or tip them. Theyve got a customer for life now, I trust them and have been telling everyone about them. Thank you Oasis for being honest and taking care of your customers!

When my truck started stalling out I wasnt sure if I was going to make it to my usual oasis auto location, so I decided to try this location instead. Even though they were already busy they had no problem getting to my truck. Great service. The staff was awesome checking to see if I needed anything while I waited. Definitely showed that its not just the one location thats great. Id gladly go to any of the oasis auto centers.Even as Im writing this review they still keep going the extra mile. Amazing sevice. I went to Oasis for an oil change and a/c recharge. They kept me informed of everything going on, and even fixed a few a/c O-ring leaks at no cost. This is my second visit, and both times the service has been fantastic. I will return for any other repairs!

I was traveling through Phoenix and my car broke down on Friday around 1 p.m. on the interstate. I called AAA to tow my car and they recommended this auto shop. I called Oasis and they said they could look at my car within the hour. Within 4 hours they had found the part (idler pulley assembly) and got me back on the road. Best auto repair experience I have ever had!

Team Oasis Auto Center is the best. When my vehicles need any kind of repair or service I take it to Oasis Auto Center because I Know Tony and his team will do a fantastic, honest, timely work. My son and I go to the Tempe Location. I always recommend Oasis Auto Center, they are the best :)

I have tried two other shops in the area and I am done w/both of them. Oasis is the place. It took me awhile. Just go to an auto parts place in the general vicinity and ask who they recommend. You dont even have to ask about the other places. Oasis is the place!

1. They didnt give me a call as discussed.2. They ran a diagnose on 2 problems that I didnt want to get fixed.I talked to Tony the manager and told him that the money they asking for a diagnose I didnt ask for is expensive. He said that they put the time in so I had to pay for it.At first the manager gave me the keys and assumed I could just leave without paying. If I wanted to I could have but I had the heart to ask how much their services costs, because I did want to pay for the diagnose I asked for, turned out that tony didnt care and still charged me for something I didnt want.Incredibly disappointed, after a good friend of mine who I trust referred me to them.

I went to the Elliot shop for the first time, they inspected the sound I was hearing for no charge and took the time to find a KIA TSB (recall) to cover my issue. Instead of charging me and doing the work they helped me get it fixed for free at KIA, Ill definitely be a return customer.

I am very upset with the service I have received here. If I could rate a 0 star I would. $900 and three trips to this shop later my car is still leaking. They are quick to shift blame. This new leak has nothing to do with our previous leak repair. I wouldnt be surprised if they bolster their reviews here with fake accounts. A lot of these sound too generic to me. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Tony and his crew has served my husband and I for the past 8 years. When I first came to the shop it was by recommendation of my sister. I was taking my vehicle to the dealership for service where I had previously purchased my car, they came up with a list of repairs that would need to be done and used phrases like, it is time for your transmission fluid to be flushed you should have it done right away it will cost $500.00. Before I went into Tony I asked how much they would charge he gave me a much more reasonable price. So I took it in expecting to get my transmission flushed assuming it was in great need to be done. He came back out after looking at my car and told me that my transmission fluid was clean and there was no need for a flush. He looked at other possible issues and gave me a timeline by which I should have things taken care of. Completely surprised I left that day without giving him any business but was not long before I came back to have those other repairs done and since then Oasis Auto has always been my car shop. I trust them, they do not trump up charges and they are reasonable price.

Honest service

I felt compelled to write this review because of an apparent lack of technical understanding on the part of Tony....and what it would have meant if it had happened to a customer.My Lexus is300 was taken to Oasis Auto Center for a pre-purchase inspection.The inspection noted that the transmission slipped 3 times on test drive. Tony then verbally to my mom (she was doing me a favor and picking it up) made several remarks about his concern regarding the transmission and was told that it would cost about $3,000 to replace the transmission. Tony had convinced himself that this was exactly what was happening without any further analysis or inquisition.Concerned, I had my Lexus taken to the dealer (Right Toyota). They reported that the transmission was just fine and after a further discussion, came to the conclusion that Tony (or whoever test drove it) simply doesnt understand the traction control system on a Lexus. If you aggressively step on the gas pedal in a turn, the anti-slip feature of the traction control will kick in and reduce power to the power train (and get an accompanying warning orange icon). In fact, if you google this....this is a common complaint of the is300 in a turn. Well known for anyone familiar with the Lexus traction control system.I brushed this off as a mechanic who simply had a lack of technical knowledge. However, I thought about this further and realized.......if this had happened to a customer (aka: You) who didnt get a second opinion, youd be paying for replacing a perfectly good transmission......costing perhaps $3,000.Furthermore, the K&N filter was noted as being dirty and the inspection noted that it needed to be cleaned or replaced. Why in the world would an experienced mechanic suggest a permanent K&N filter less than 2 yrs old and costing $75 suggest that it be replaced?--as a pilot who interacts with mechanics all day long and is responsible for a coherent and comprehensive technical understanding as to how systems operate (and to recognize and identify a mechanical failure or impending failure), I can assure you that this experience would be enough to keep me from ever getting my cars serviced here. And, anyone who would like a copy of the invoice/statement from Oasis as well as that from Right Toyota for comparison is free to email me.Also.....what is interesting to note is that a YELP review of 8/14/210 references a negative review....yet no negative reviews are listed. Makes me wonder what kind of censorship is going on.....

BEWARE!!!! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!Avoid this location at all costs. I’d like to think it was employees and not the actual way this business operates. Either way, this company/location is not to be trusted!I’ll try to attached a photo that shows two receipts. Top one is Oasis. I brought my 2014 Terrain in for a simple oil change (first time using this company) when I picked up my car, he told me that my rear shocks were completely blown and oil was leaking profusely. I asked how long he thinks that has been a problem and claimed at least a couple of months due to the amount of leakage.I picked up the car at 5pm and was set to head out of town the very next morning. I asked if this was something I should delay the trip by a day to take care of. He said a week should be fine, to just bring it in when I get back. I was driving my car down to rock point and he assured me the car would be safe to drive down in it’s condition.Well .. I got back into town and figured I should call around to verify the price he quoted me of $366.97 was a fair amount for the job.The first shop I called, Sun Devil (2nd receipt shown) asked me to bring the car in for them to further evaluate. He had doubts considering how new the vehicle is and since it’s not used for any off-road adventures, other than the occasional rocky point trip.Sun Devil took my car back and did a full evaluation for me. He then walked me out back to allow me to view the car while it was up on a lift. First time ever seeing under a car by the way, so that was pretty neat!Either way, he pointed out the 2 shocks in question. Since several days had past since the oil change with Oasis, there was dried up, dirt covered oil on the shocks. It appears Oasis sprayed oil on the shocks to make it appear there was leaking going on.Sundevil did a thorough inspection of the shocks and assured me there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. My husband recommended I get a 3rd business to look at them just to be safe.. well the 3rd business also assured me nothing was wrong with the shocks.The receipt from Oasis stated Tony Stewart as the service advisor and “Chris” as the tech. I don’t know if this was a joint effort to cheat me out of my hard earned money or if there is a single person to blame. Either way.. SHAME on them! Being a business owner myself, it’s very disheartening to see people running their businesses in this manner.Needless to say, Sun devil has earned my business for years to come!

BEWARE!!! I was recently at this specific location for an auto pre-purchase inspection. This is a dishonest and unprofessional auto shop.When we were in there, we were help by Tony, the service writer up at the front counter. we waited there for about an hour for the inpection. Tony got the result back from the mechanic tech. Tony told us the car has some problem that need to be done. He gave us a lists of: power steering fluid little over filled, rear brake pad 25% and rear caliper has moisture (that is a sign of leaking), lower control arm bushing crack all together will cost between $900-$1000 for repair. Well these are not the problems that really bother me most, because I understand that they have to cover their rear end by listing all the problems to show that they are doing their job and to avoid any problem that comes up in the future. The problem is Tony was way out of line by telling the buyer how much he think the buyer should pay for the car. That had nothing to do with him as a mechanic or in need of his advice.After the deal is off, I took the car to my mechanic to have the car look at. There were no leak in the rear brake caliper, rear brake pad still has 40%, lower control arms bushing has little cracking is normal for the car at its age. I really has nothing else to said then to write this review.
