Really great place. They were informative and really honest even though it meant losing out some work. I brought it in for some dash lights and some steering issues. They checked it out at no cost and scanned they codes first while I was still there just in case it was something simple so I wouldnt waste any time. Turns out the codes indicated a catalytic converter so they told me while they could do the job it would be much cheaper to go to a muffler shop and gave me a recommendation. I had them check out the car anyways because the steering has been loose. They found several issues most I was already aware of and had been just putting it off like the struts, torn boots, and a power steering leak. They broke down each job by price and I just had them fix the power steering leak. After they fixed and was test driving it afterwards the noticed a hard shift which indicates the transmission is wearing and will go out sooner or later. When I picked up the car they told me honestly that I shouldnt put another dollar into it and should probably just sell or trade the car in and get something newer as the repairs would be much more than the value of the car. This type of honesty is very rare and probably has made me a customer for life. Ill be bringing all my work to them from now on.

My truck was misfiring on a couple cylinders after 30 min of driving. After trying a different shop who couldnt diagnose the problem I brought my tacoma to Yota Pros. It took them 1 day to diagnose to fuel injectors and fix it. Truck is running great now. These guys are super honest and do great work. Wouldnt hesitate bringing my truck back here.

Had some worries about the transmission and clutch condition of the used car I just bought. I told them what I was feeling and was hearing and told them I wanted to change the fluid for my Manual Transmission Toyota. They had multiple people test drive it and was beyond honest about everything putting me at ease. They took me seriously the entire time and portrayed excellent customer service and completed the service very quickly! If you have a Toyota this is really the only place you should be bringing it to.

2 shops told me that my AC needed a new condenser, brought it to Yota Pros and they said it was over charged. Evacuated freon, pressure tested and charged to recommended values and so far its awesome.

Ive been taking my trucks there since I had my 09 Silverado, 14 Ram and now finally a 21 Tundra. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicles. They dont steal your money and only perform the work that is needed. They have very fair prices and I will continue to use their services until I cant drive anymore. The guys took the time to help diagnose my clutch problem. They never seemed put out or rushed, they made sure I was satisfied with the plan going forward. When the service was scheduled, I needed my truck to be completed by a certain time, which they met and exceeded. Clutch is great now! and I am very satisfied with their honesty, transparency, price, and overall customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Everyone employed at Yota Pros is great, but Mark and Wes are fantastic. We started coming here a few years ago with Toyota Siennas and have not been disappointed. This shop offers honest, reliable service and it is easy to drop off and pick up our cars when things are too busy to wait. That said, there is a clean wait area and restrooms plus TV if waiting is preferred. I have an almost 10 year old car with low miles and they never push me toward services I do not need. It is hard to find a repair shop that puts you at ease with the $ spent but they always manage to do it. Check them out - they work on more than Toyotas.

Great guys here at You Pros! They greet you when you walk in, are friendly and knowledgeable with all automotive issues. Front lobby is sparkling clean, with very spacious layout, comfortable waiting area, water and coffee accessible with ease. Bathroom was also immaculate as I was waiting for extended maintenance to be completed. All 3 service writers get along great and keep a positive energy throughout the day. Inspection was detailed and meticulous to be sure they didnt miss anything. I worked with Mike and Mark mostly on my last visit but have worked with Wes as well. All 3 do a great job at walking you through what additional repairs may be needed, give you a realistic time table for getting them done, and are even willing to compare pricing with other shops and dealerships to show you how their prices compare to other nearby repair centers. All in all a great experience every time and proud to have them as my car guys!

Went in for just an oil change but also had some concern about an AC hardware issue that they checked out for me at no additional cost. This place is fantastic. Michael the owner has been my service advisor for over 15 years at Tempe Toyota and when he told me he was going to open up his own shop, I was very excited. This place is a lot less then a dealer, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on all aspects of your vehicle. These guys will go above and beyond to make sure you are 110% pleased. So far the range of services I have had is your basic oil change to replacing my blown head gasket to replacing my transmission. I could not be more please.

I moved to the Valley several months ago from a small town. One of my biggest worries was being able to find a mechanic I could trust like the guy I had back home. I took my Highlander here and was greatly impressed with the professionalism. Everything was upfront and honest. They stuck to their prices, and even gave me a discount for being new! Not only that but they sat down and got to know me while my car was being worked on. I believe these guys are genuine. I have found my new mechanic. I was also very impressed with their discount for first responders, which to a daughter of two firefighters and friend of several police officers shows true integrity.

My 2007 Honda Accords air conditioner quit working. I took it to Yota Pros for diagnosis. The car had seen a lot of salt in its day, and also sustained considerable front-end damage in a collision a few years back. The system was down to 0.3 lbs of refrigerant and the condenser looked like scrap metal. The technician expected that the condenser would need to be replaced and the repair estimate north of $500. I told them to go ahead and make the necessary repairs. I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me the car was ready and didnt need a new condenser after all! The bill was under $200 for diagnosis, replacing faulty wiring, evacuating the refrigerant and adding new refrigerant to factory specs. Now the A/C blows icicles and Im a very happy camper. First visit. I brought my Toyota Camry in because it was making a thumping noise in the back. Was worried Id have to replace the rear struts. Mark and Mike lifted it up, took a look and were as honest as can be when they said the struts were still okay and that I could probably solve my problem just with some lube on the bushings which probably hardened up with time. They let me look at it myself and explained exactly what I should do. Cool!I can take care of that myself which is great, but if we ever have an issue with a car in the future, well head to Yota Pros. Support these guys.

Been going there since a recommendation from a friend. Was a loyal dealer customer for years, they did good work, but you paid for it. Yota Pros does the same quality of work for a much more reasonable price. They also are extremely accommodating to their customers. We had the AC fail yesterday (117 F) on our 2011 Sienna, called them this morning and had a new compressor installed today by 4 PM, on a Friday no less. And the price was about half of what I would have expected at the dealer. Cannot recommend more highly.

After hearing rave reviews from 2 friends, I brought my 2001 Mazda Protoge into the shop to get looked at. It had a noise that seemed to be getting worse and Im willfully ignorant about anything mechanical. Right off the bat I was surprised with the cleanliness of the waiting room and the large bays where the real work takes place. Simply immaculate. If you do have to wait while your vehicle is worked on, it wont be an unpleasant stay! They also get parts delivered several times a day, so whatever is needed is literally minutes away. Long story short, they determined my noise was a very minor issue, but a couple other things did need some attention. I felt like I got needed work done at a very reasonable price. Ill be back for sure and can easily recommend them!
