The gentleman in the office who had helped me upgrade my storage was very helpful, professional and made the process effortless! He was very knowledgeable of the property and the storage units and was able to get me the best deal possible. The staff have always been helpful throughout my time here, which is now 4 years! I feel safe having my belongings here as well. The property is well maintained and cared for. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart as an excellent place to store your precious belongings!

There were a few obstacles after booking online. The lock was not found in the unit assigned and no staff was present to assist even though it was during business hours and the sign said “open”. Other than that, booking online was very easy and more convenient. I’m happy overall.

I was a tenant for5 years at this location it was sold to cubesmart about 2 years ago and the difference in service and attention from the team that worked there was Phenomenal. Never an issue and the attention to my needs was beyond compare to the other storage companies that owned it before if you are looking for a secure place to store your belonging this is the place to go

It was filthy dirty, we had to clean it before we could put anything in. We were told it was temperature controlled but there were no vents, no nothing. Movers were great but manager was very rude and not at all helpful. If I could give them a negative 5 I would.

The staff was responsive, explained the fees and process well, and answered any questions along the way.

Easy and convenient. Location seemed safe and secure. Door was difficult to open and latch sometimes would jam but never minded enough to complain - probably should have been fixed before I moved in but it wasnt terrible. Easy move out and good communication. Will be back if needed again.

They have been great. This summer have not charged excessive late fees oh and Ive been late . original review I somehow only hit 3 stars ment to make it 5 they have been great. Fantastic

Easy sign up process! The door to my 10x10 unit was smaller that I hoped for, but it worked, and the light didnt work on move-out. 5 stars because the site manager, Joe, is very nice and easy to work with.

I came here all the way from Quartzsite to store my little camper trailer on my way up to Colorado.I ran into unexpected traffic and arrive about 7 minutes before they closed.When I pulled in, there was someone cleaning their car in the driveway, which I thought was odd, but I proceeded inside to find an empty office with a ringing phone.I said Hello? and looked around for a bit for a sign or a bell or some sign of life, but no one was around. So I looked back out to the person cleaning their car, but they kept on cleaning. And I wasnt sure what to do.Eventually, the person pokes their head up and says Is this your vehicle? And I say Yes, and without another word spoken, she walks into the office with me.She then tells me its too late to sign a lease because the process takes 10-15 minutes (and at that point, it was about 3 minutes til they closed).I explained my situation and said that Id need to haul the trailer all the way to Colorado if I couldnt get it stored, and she said she couldnt stay any later.Mind you, I had a reservation, so all the paperwork shouldve been ready and waiting for a signature.I was severely inconvenienced, though Ill at least say that she was nice enough to let me pull in through the locked gate so that I could turn around (otherwise, I wouldve needed to back out onto a very busy road, with a trailer no less).Ill also say that the operator I spoke to on the phone (who was clearly not the same person at the office) was incredibly helpful and friendly. Its too bad the person in the office didnt also reflect this friendly professionalism.I wonder if her boss realizes shes getting paid to wash her car and ignore customers?Anyway, needless to say, I wont be back, and I would at least caution anyone else considering giving their business to this place that you will likely also be met with the same apathy.

They were very helpful in getting a reservation for the summer. And even more helpful when we had to move in earlier than expected.

This storage business has change so much. You can tell just by driving into the business that the new owner has made changes for the better. Bob the manager is a multi-tasking person who is very helpful and left a positive impression. You must check out this storage facility for the great deal and price that I received. You better hurry because the empty units wont last.

I was dropping off a food delivery order and my GPS took me to this location instead of the building just south of them where the food was supposed to go. I asked the employee who quickly and expectantly greeted me if he was the customers name I had. He said he was then took the food order.Ten minutes later I got a call from the actual customer and then I realized that my GPS took me to the wrong address and the employee here just stole the food by pretending to be my customer.Thats pretty terrible thing for a person to do. Yes, I made a mistake but an honest person would say no, they werent the customer and they didnt order food instead of just lying and saying it was theirs. It caused me all sorts of problems, my customer problems and the restaurant problems all because of this employee stealing food. Id never do business with them if they employ people like that.

Very easy to rent and use.

Paul at CubeSmart bends over backward to make sure clients are happy. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my stuff in this storage facility, knowing how much Paul cares about his customers. Hes easy to work with, flexible where other storage places are strict, helpful where other storage places made me feel like I was lucky to do business with THEM, and a genuinely friendly person who prides himself on customer service.The location itself is pretty standard.....good sized, clean units with lights.Im so glad to have given CubeSmart my business. They made my move from Texas so easy!

I am highly satisfied with my storage purchase at this location. The service was friendly & the purchase process was done in less than 15 minutes. Paul was very friendly & helpful. The premises & units were clean. They just did roof renovations with an upgrade to a roof that will not leak when it rain which is obviously very important to protect your property in storage. The process was very easy & convenient. I searched many prices online & found their storage prices extremely affordable & competitive. From my search they were the most reasonably priced in the area.

This is by far the best storage facility I have ever worked with. Paul Dyre and Jenny were phenomenal with their service. Right after my reservation Jenny called to confirm and assist in anyway she could to make the moving process easier. We then went down and met Paul the week before and his service was also quite exceptional. He allowed us to bring our dog in the facility and we were able to review our unit before rental. He gave us bottled waters and was nothing but kind to us and helpful the entire time. Our move-in day was very simple and easy. And Paul allowed us to use their box truck which was also very helpful. Paul is definitely management material, and I hope his managers take notice of this review. Thank you for the great service you gave us, keep up the great work!

I actually ended up not renting a unit from this location, I had to go to the sister location on Country Club. However, I started here and Seresa and Jenny were extremely helpful and polite. Jenny even took it a step further and referred me to their sister location because she knew my situation and they had an amazing deal going on. Thank you so much for all your help ladies!

I, was unable to pay my storage, Paul knew I was struggling to keep my storage, I was in Louisville, Ky Trying work . When I got back to Arizona I was not working right away, I might have gotten two months behind trying keep a place. He turn me down for the money I had to work with and I just needed till oct 1th, Have all money. I was a joke he said he will try mail my papers said his Mom work at the Postal Office, and his Dad at UPS Office . Piss In My Face Told Me its Raining old saying he didnt do nothing. Robin Was Rude To Me every time call or tried to come get my papers. They wanted my storage, all I needed was my papers and pictures. it would be Nice to see Storage Company allow you get your personal papers. Sold was a joke to them.

Phenomenal customer service.The staff is very friendly and helpful! I walked in covered in sweat, and was greeted with a warm smile and a bottle of cold water. Paul did an amazing job to make my transition effortless and was also very informative with any questions I had.As for the storage units themselves, a 10x10 which is what I rented out, should be big enough to fit a one bedroom/living room. The storage units are made of concrete wall so even the none-climate controlled doesnt get too hot during the summer. I do recommend getting some DampRid and putting it in the storage unit just in case, for humidity control.

Best customer service of any storage place Ive ever used. Incredibly flexible and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Serese and she made sure to take care of me, even after the office was technically closed. The rates here are excellent and the quality of the units is excellent to. I recommend this business.

This location had a particular configuration that met my needs perfectly at a reasonable price. I was able to reserve it for approximately two weeks at no cost and, when I did sign up, the process went very smoothly. I have been very satisfied with the experience.

Well where should I start CubeSmart thinks they own. Storage world you cant do nothing unless you got their permission and you cant stay in there too long theyre not open long enough for open early enough theres so many of them in the prices are still way too high and they are quick cup Action Pawn off all your s***

The climate controlled storage

I called and spoke with a woman at Trojan storage to reserve a unit to store my college daughters things for the summer. I told her i was flying in and would be there to sign the lease between 3-4:00 on a Saturday, which since they closed at 6 would be no problem. We got there at 2:30 and the sign said she would be back at 3:00. We returned at 3:30 and the sign said she would be back at 9:00 (which I assumed meant 9:00 am Monday morning when they reopened). I called twice and left messages both times, never received a call back. HORRIBLE customer service. This really put us in a bad situation since we were leaving Monday and live 1,000 miles away. We did get a unit at All State Storage, they were open, actually had someone working, were helpful and professional.

I recently moved out of the country and rented a 5x15 unit. The unit was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful and I felt they genuinely cared about me and my belongings. I would recommended them with the upmost confidence.

I have never been so satisfied!! I was in need of a storage for only two weeks, so I was looking for storage places that offered some type of promotion for the first month. I inquired at CubeSmart and Public Storage since they both offered the $1 promotion for the first month. Originally I chose Public Storage in Mesa because their location was close to my new home; however, their service was terrible and their pricing was significantly different from what was quoted over the phone, so I went a different route. I talked to Paul, the manager, at CubeSmart and he was AWESOME!! Before I even went into the office, Paul was cable of breaking down my total price upfront and minimized my frustration with Public Storage. When I arrived we viewed different storage options that still qualified for the promotion, and I even saved money with their moving truck for an unbeatable price! I high recommend CubeSmart because of their outstanding service & great pricing!

If I ever need a Storage again I will be using Cubesmart for sure! Such an amazing experience from the very nice and helpful staff to the clean units. They are very accommodating and I highly recommend them!

Would have gotten 5 stars if they would have let me open an account in MY name so it would be easier to move the contents of my roommates unit out of the unit when his lease was up since we did NOT have a truck, or any vehicle for that matter, to take the bigger contents like furniture and big boxes. I was told that the lady in the office said it was something about Conflict of Interest or something like that.... Not quite sure why though. Hes NOT a relative or Boyfriend, they did NOT know he was my roommate when they said No!, it would have been in MY NAME(which I have the physical copy of), and it was a whole NEW unit!! Maybe it had to do with their whole 1st month free special thing they have going on currently, I dont know. Other than that they were very helpful, quick to return calls and questions, kind, and organized. Or so it seemed anyways. I was not the one who rented the unit, I was just there for a few interactions between him and the employees and he told me some stuff as well.

My other half and I were searching for a place to store my mother-in-laws moved household goods while we search for a new home for her in the area; she just moved from the midwest following her husbands passing away. In the midst of all that is going on, Seresa, the manager, was a beacon of calm and focus, incredibly helpful, remarkably kind, patient and thoughtful. She helped us facilitate getting the large moving van into place to unload, she explained everything in detail and slowly for my mother-in-law, and she was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. If Seresa is representative of the management of CubeSmart, then you have - as in her - the very best personnel working for your company that I could possibly imagine. She was fantastically helpful and we are profoundly grateful to her for her help, her insight, and her kindness. Thank you!

Seresa, the General Manager, was superbly helpful, friendly, accommodating, informative, engaging and welcoming. Shes a rock star as far as a manager goes and she fully explained all of my options, showed me a few of the units to consider, drove a fierce golf cart between the various possible units so that we didnt have to walk far, and gave me multiple options for renting a unit based on my needs, my material, and my schedule. I cant possibly do justice in describing how helpful she was. Not only was the facility just what I needed, Seresa made the experience and the choice to proceed a real pleasure. I was looking for a storage facility on a Sunday and went to one in Tempe. I got there around 3:03pm and found out they closed at 3pm. I decided to drive to a few other locations and found this CubeSmart. I pulled in and checked the hours, it closed at 3:00 also. Before I walked away, though, A woman came to the door and let me in. She helped me find a unit and rented it out to me well-past close. She did it all with a great attitude too. Thanks for sticking around Savannah!

Charged me $25 after I left. Claims I didnt put gas in the gas tank. No attempt to tangibly validate their claim. Now theyre attempting to charge my card without my permission.Jennifer was initially kind and professional but turned on me. Called me after hours to tell me she knows that truck very well and you didnt put any gas in the tank, its very low.

What a joke this place was bought a few months back and the new management does not have some one on site. Dont rent from this place you will not be able to get to your stuff!!!!

Place is infested with mice/rats both whatever so be prepared for everything to be covered in droppings and pee. Add that to everything having an additional fee. Look elsewhere!!!!

Arranged to store a car here today. Was told to bring the car insurance, registration, and ID which I did. But when I arrived to do the paperwork I was also asked for a home owners policy covering it, something not previously mentioned. Could have brought it along if it had been specified.Couldnt get access to my home owners policy while there so eventually had to buy their policy to duplicate it.They said lots of people have to try to access their policies online to prove coverage while setting up a unit so clearly this is something that isnt being communicated to new customers at the proper time and is surprising them and costing them time and money. It needs fixing.So the end result was a sign-up process which took far far longer than it should and cost me more than agreed, which gives a terrible first impression.

Probably the 10th stprage Ive had in my life. So far this has been the best experience of them all. They made everything stress free. There is a truck you can use to move in. Lowest price Ive ever paid for storage. Place is secure, no worries about things going missing like other storages Ive been to. Staff is friendly and able to answer all the questions I had. If you need storage is highly reccomend this spot.

Was bought out by someone from out of state changed hours from 24 non gated access 7 days a week to monday thru saturday 9am till 6pm . ridiculous i rented there for 3 years and never had a problem. Until now
