Gates always tampered with! Office is always closed (even during business hours) the elevator sucks! Takes forever to come down and open. ( I usually run to the top through the staircase to trigger the elevator) I feel its overpriced for so many inconvinces.

The Broadway location has an excellent crew they have a new new lady that there her name is Kira shes great its real clean well-kept very nice well ran great crew you guys I would recommend renting a place here for the good customer service Ive gotten from all of you and also the cleanest thanks again you guys great place to rent a storage

I had to quickly get my stuff into a unit. The online booking feature really helped with that I even got my first month for just $1. Upon arriving I just went in and accessed my unit without greeting the staff because I was short on time. A few hours later I missed a call from Warren in the office. Iater went in and was kindly greeted and he made sure everything was good and I was happy. It was a good experience!

We had an emergency situation and needed a storage unit right away. I called Public Storage at 1910 E Broadway Rd in Tempe.I spoke with the Manager, Brandi England. Brandi was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I arrived Brandi took me to see the unit to make sure it was adequate. The unit was clean and ready. Brandi went though the rental contract thoroughly and that was that. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

I came into this location the other day looking for information on opening up a storage unit and the service was amazing. I spoke with an employee named Joe and he was extremely helpful. He made it a priority to tell me about the price ranges and the information on the storage units, as well as showed me a few units that were available. He provided me with amazing customer service. Good prices, air conditioning, and great service.Update: Prices have gone up significantly several times. Good for short-term use, but don’t stick around for too long because the prices won’t.

Joe helped me check in and I was able to use my own lock which was nice because other places I checked made you buy theirs. The property is not well-kept. The doors to the indoor units are wood, and many of them are damaged/patched. Same with the inside of the units. There are not enough moving dollies available. On the pro side, the manager is very helpful, professional and organized. Units are air-conditioned to protect property. Wouldnt rent there again. There are nicer storage businesses nearby.

At property 21107: So Im just storing some of my invaluables over the summer, and this was a very convenient location. Jim was very helpful and pleasant speaking with, gave me a look at the unit I was looking at renting. For a rather low rate, you can easily store what you need in a climate controlled building (important to note in Arizona).

Its obvious that the majority of these are paid reviews and that makes this outfit even shadier then if they had only 1 or 2 stars. This is a chain storage facility its not hard to figure that out. Just as a warning to all of my fellow humans. This place will tell you they dont know if the lease will go up but they will continue to crank up the rent and once you sign the lease then they will tell you it will constantly go up. I been renting here for 2 years always paid my lease way earlier than the due date and today I had an issue getting my payment in so it was like 12 hours late. so I got dinged with some outrageous fee a Late fee they call it. No its more like we want your stuff in your unit fee so we are going to give you these high fees to make things as difficult as possible even though we know you have been a perfect tenant for the last 2 years giving us are money way before it due. Im curious what makes this 5 stars. Thats a pretty high rating, wake up!
