Nice quiet location with very little traffic. People were just coming and going and minding thier own business. Its very relaxing to feel like you can take care of your storage without a party next door, etc.

Weve been renting here at U-Haul of Apache Junction. For a few years. Very friendly very Clean and your able to access your unit 24/7 . Climate Controlled also.

So we paid our storage yesterday at 3pm and the manager wasnt even on site, once we made payment we had to drive down the street to another location to be told that they wont be able to unlock my unit until tomorrow at 8am.Today we arive at 3pm . Lock still on storage unit. Nobody in sight to help, manager not at location. Poor service, misleading, unorganized and unbelievable. I would like to get my things from my paid for storage unit please. Someone needs to meet me and do there job. Asap

The people who run this place are rude and accuse their customers of wrong doing.

It was clean, quiet,24 hour access, which made moving cooler, and a whole lot faster.

The manager John Dod was very helpful when I needed to get a new gate key and Jose, the lot attendant, keeps the facility very clean and is friendly.

They changed my gate hours that where set out in the contract without ever saying a word to me

Pretty typical storage center for uhaul. Its a little dirty and dim, but they have everything you need. The staff at this particular location is super awesome. It was a rainy day and no one wanted to be moving around, but they were quick with the wit and actually a real pleasure to work with.

Second time Ive used these guys in the business has stayed good and always been right on time

The worst storage facility in the East Valleythey have the worst staff members that dont even care about the customers. One of the staff members named Kaylen hardly ever did any work at all. All she ever did was try and get people in trouble and kicked off the property for what ever reson she deemed fit. She constantly harassed me when I was on the property. I really didnt like her. The property is very dirty also. I saw the same piece of trash on the ground for at least 3 weeks before anyone cleaned it. They also had a bug infestation. There was a time when I paid my monthly fee and I went to the facility and saw that it was locked due to non- payment. they told me it was an error on their end. I got no apology at all. The staff stay in their little office all day like a bunch of hermits. they are in the customer service business but yet they are anti-social. The general manager is kind of prickish and his overall Uhaul computer system is slow and usually doesnt work especially when you are trying to pay online. Do yourself a favor and not store your belongings at this facility.

Always planting an employee up in the halls to spy on you, uhaul some of your customers know what ur up too after all some of us have been there longer then the company its self

These people were very racist. Calling me Gringo. Chupa mi verga. Chinga tu madre. Pinche joto . As well there was an occasional misplaced hand one time ........oh my GOD
