My wife and I have been here for years, and Ive never met a staff so welcoming before. Randy is always super socialable, and Daisy is such a sweetheart when we talk with her. And they always seem to be available on call if we do run into some issue. We only interact with them about once a month, but so far our stay has been nothing but pleasant.Plus, the site is super cute and quaint, the brick look on the buildings makes the site feel like a part of the neighborhood unlike the big warehouses weve been to before.

The staff is very gracious. We have 2 units and 2 parking spots. It’s a clean facility and when there is a gate issue it’s tended too very quickly.

This place is great! The prices are fair and the front office manager is very nice. You can drive right up to the door and its easy to get around the place. I would recommend Store Quest.

StorQuest is great. The property is easy to navigate and the manager is a great guy. The specials are good too. It is easy to access the managers.

2.5 Stars. Over all this place wasnt bad. We got tired of the constant raising of the prices. Started at a reasonable price and moved into one of the most expensive units near us. THATS INSANE! I never had a problem with the workers though. They were always nice.

Very clean and secure storage facility.Didnt care for being forced to take their insurance, just another way for them to tack on an additional 10 dollars minimum. And the fact that you dont find this out till the end of the rental agreement. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

Ive been looking for a place to store my belonging before I move (havent found one yet), but this review is more on the customer service side of things. I had sent a chat request last night with some questions, and received a call the next morning from the manager there, Giovani. He was honest, helpful, and even called up some other locations to get me better options and pricing. He took the time to make sure my questions were answered, and understood my concerns about my belongings vs just trying to sell me. Once I am ready, they are definitely on the top of my list!

Just recently rented a unit here, very easy to complete the majority of the process online. Lots of options when choosing the size of your unit and the online chat representative was beyond helpful in finding the right size for me. You will have to visit the office to verify your identity but the staff was very courteous and quick. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained, and the units are easy to access and drive up to. Access is not available 24/7 and the gates do lock at 9:00pm, but this was communicated to me up front by the staff. The prices are great and availability of the in house insurance options are convenient and affordable. Wonderful experience so far and I feel confident my belongings are safe, would definitely recommend.

Hate the hidden charges.....Forced insurance $10 per month. Are you kidding me? Access was advertised as 24/7.....After showing up with a full truck I was told it is locked 9PM till 6AM...... I feel taken advantage of!Will never do business with them again.
