I recently had a birthday and my daughter and son in law wanted me to have a new dresser to go with a bed that I purchased last summer from Ashley Furniture.This was my first time shopping here. Michael my sales person was awesome. He hooked me right up with a grey colored chest that was every thing that I wanted. The price was good as well. It goes perfect with my bedroom decor.I only wished that I had purchased my bed from here rather than Ashley furniture store, I am sure that I would have gotten a better deal. This will be my go to place for furniture.

We stopped here after a LONG day of couch shopping and wed given up trying to find the right furniture for our space. Im SO happy we did! The staff was curt and to the point. Pricing was on par with other shops. But the best part was that we had our new couch in our home just a few DAYS after our visit! Couldnt be happier.

I’ve been looking for that perfect bar stool to replace my 10 year old ones. Just happened to walk by Pacific Furniture Gallery in Tukwila after I couldn’t find what I was looking for at Lamp Plus. To my surprise, the store has some very nice furniture and that perfect bar stool I was looking for. There were two sizes and I bought the wrong size. I called back the next day to see if I can exchange for the correct size. They didn’t have the the correct size in the color I needed. But at the end, Matt was able to take care of me by exchanging the longer legs to the shorter legs so I can have the correct size and color I needed. Both Kevin and Matt went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I’m a happy customer.

We just came from Ashley furniture because we saw this place on the way there and couldn’t find anything to our liking at Ashley furniture. Decided to give this place a look and see if they had anything for our small living room. As soon as we walked in, they had better options for me and had comparable prices too. I was so happy because at Ashley’s, there were no options that I really wanted but at Pacific furniture, there were four different couches that I couldn’t choose between. Kevin was very personable and helpful, he wasn’t pushy and pointed out great features on each item we were interested in which in my opinion makes for the best salesman. I am really pleased with our experience here!

Found this place by surprise and walked out with an affordable & comfortable queen-sized mattress for under $500! The associate even tipped me to Home Depot’s cheap truck rental so I was able to pick it up in a flatbed truck the next day.

I have been searching online for new dining room chairs for weeks, but finally balked at buying chairs online because reviews were so inconsistent. I decided that I needed to buy the chairs in person. We walked into the store with no expectations, and were pleasantly surprised to find chairs that were both stylish and sturdy. The salesperson, Mike, was very helpful. It also helped that there was no sales tax this weekend for Presidents Day sales. We are looking forward to delivery of our new chairs soon.

I had a really bad experience with Ashley furniture and I went inside to just browse mike was there to answer any of my questions. After talking to mike and telling him about how I was frustrated with Ashley telling me they had all my furniture in stock and can deliver on the date I needed to move in to my apartment and now they are telling me the couch is delayed and they can’t deliver my bed at least on that date. Mike showed me a bed and some couches and several mattresses and by the end of that and him telling me he could make it happen and get my furniture delivered on that day even if it was selling me the ones on display. They also worked really hard to get me a better financing deal. I would highly recommend this place and I had the best customer service here.

Really enjoyed my experience at Pacific Furniture Gallery. Was greeted w/ no pressure both times I came to the store & eventually purchased 2 pieces. Mike is a great asset to your company & was able to find both pieces that I was looking for. Originally was informed that one piece wouldn’t arrive until September & was pleasantly surprised both pieces arrived together. My Mother also purchased a piece as well. The delivery team was professionally & punctual too.

We had such a great experience purchasing with this team. Kevin was a fantastic salesman, applying delicate pressure in a professional manner. He did not try to oversell us on anything that was not right for us. He spent time to find out what would best suit our needs for our interesting space requirements. After sitting on multiple couches from other retailers (with prestigious names), these products in Pacific Furniture seem to be the most well made and sturdy couches we sought. I am happy with their selection, though over everything Kevin’s professionalism and customer respect is what brought us back to purchase a more expensive couch than that of others we found could potentially work for our home.We are excited to get our custom couch and we appreciated the respect we were given to discuss privately without aggressive pressure. Mike was great. He was honest and gave us a great deal on 3 furniture items. He will work with you and is patient. I had to consult my daughter regarding her piece of furniture and he was patient with us while we went to talk with her and then brought her back. You wont find a nicer salesman than Mike. Also, the store has stock on hand which most stores dont and we appreciated that because in these times its hard to get a decent couch. Definitely recommend this place and to see Mike!

Kevin and Matt were very helpful and showed us all the different options for the furniture we were looking for at a really good price. They were running Black Friday discounts in advance. When it came to paying they were very dilligent in researching for the right financing process with a bank we were already working with, which they also use and they had some of the most reasonable delivery around. Mike was FANTASTIC! I should have listened to him, I could’ve had a new chair. There was only 2 left in the inventory, floor model & a brand new one in Tacoma. I visited 4 other furniture stores before going to Pacific furniture. Other places that when I found something I liked was either out of stock or delivery was going to be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. I neededfurniture delivered sooner as I moved into my new place. Kevin acknowledged my family and I as we walked through the door. He made known that he was available and let me and my family look aroundat our leisure. He was very professional, courteous and attentive. Worst customer experience ever. We placed an order back in Sept 2020 and expected that due to the impact of COVID 19, there would be a delay so we agreed to have one order after two weeks and another one in Nov 2020. We didn’t hear back from them until mid Nov so we called and they said it would be the week after then another week after...We called again in Jan 2021 and they informed us that it maybe arrive in mid-Feb but promised to follow up on the next day for a better ETA... No body followed up on the next day.Today 1/24/2021, we decided to stop by to check again. Still no firm date so we canceled the orders. The worst thing was they don’t even apologize or offer to sell anything else.We have bought many furnitures from other stores and they were so customer service oriented. They kept informing us when to expect and even how the experiences were after we bought their products. That’s how they keep customers coming back.Your store may have good prices, nice products but unfortunately we will not come back.

Purchased a dining table from Pacific Gallery Furniture & was pleasantly happy with my experience. There are no pressure sales tactics. I originally came to the store w/ my daughter whom purchased a couple of pieces. I had been looking for a specific table from Ashley furniture & they were always sold out of it. Luckily Mike was able to find the piece & order it for me. I had the deliver team assemble & deliver the piece for me & the piece looks even better in person. I am so please w/ my purchase.

Went in looking for a bedroom set. I was immediately greeted by Mike who was very friendly and engaging. He directed me to the bed sets and I looked around a bit, he was nearby but not pushy. I saw one that I was interested in, but when I asked Mike if a moveable base would work. He said no, and we chatted a bit. Offered me several catalogs to look through which was great! No pressure, but knowledgeable and I eventually narrowed it down to a set and ordered it! So happy! Takes 6 8 weeks, but thats okay! Thank you Mike for a great experience. I appreciate you so much!12/13/20Follow up, after several attempts to find out the status of my order, and the credit of $409.00 only have told that now my bed should be here in February. They are giving me the run around, have asked for my credit to my c/c 3 times now and still nothing. At this point, I want my money back. Ive had to I initiate all the communication!! Its like pulling teeth to get any service. I wouldnt recommend now. Too bad, as there were other pieces I was interested in. Good things there are other furniture stores around!! If I ever get my over charge refund and my furniture, I will let you know., but am so fed up I am asking for a full refund back to my c/c. I have been nice and patient throughout this process. I bet the set was never even ordered but they dont want to tell me that.12/16/20Update, after contacting BBB, I went back and they credited me for my full purchase. Moved to Seattle a few weeks ago for work and was in dire need of a couch. Unfortunately due to the pandemic every furniture store kept telling me that I wouldn’t receive anything for two or more weeks. I really did not want to resort to using Craigslist or other used furniture websites since you never know what you are going to get. My last ditch effort was to visit Pacific Furniture in the hopes that I might be able to take something home. Not only was I able to take something home that day, but I found a couch that fit everything I was looking for while being within my budget. The staff was very helpful and despite the rain and wind helped me load everything into my truck. I highly recommend Pacific Furniture, especially if you’re a recent transplant to the Seattle area and you’re struggling to find furniture given everything that is going on.

Nice Place to shop for furniture, Staff reach you at the door with a smile, I purchased a lovely dining set, Glass table with 4 beautiful off white chairs. I was not able to take it with me at the time of purchase but they kept it in storage for me for several days. They do offer delivery but I had chose to pick it up myself. I appreciate the helpful and low pressure service. Mike was patient and a good listener. Im a little disappointed that what I thought would be a 2 week turn around is now 4 weeks. I have been without a couch for 2 months and Im getting anxious though that is no fault of Pacific.

We bought a reclining sofa, plus a recliner. It was supposed to be leather. Looked good for about two years, now it is pealing apart and turning into ugly junk, and it is only about 4 yrs. old. We were led to believe this was real leather.I would look elsewhere where they back up what they sell.We are happy with a dining set we bought.

The only reason I am giving it one start is they do not have 0 star rating. My own fault for not reading the reviews. PLEASE RUN, RUN, AND RUN from this place. If you DO NOT shame on you. Long story short, I ordered my living room set back in June 2018. I worked with Norine, very nice lady, she sold us what we wanted and gave us discount. However, she couldve been honest about the history of this place when it comes to delivering on time.We have been told delivery is usually 4-8 weeks tops, 8 weeks being the worst case scenario. Okay no problem we can wait. 8 weeks come and go no living room set. I called several times and I have been told that I had signed an invoice that said delivery is 10 weeks. Okay no worries, I can wait. Sure enough, the invoice said 10 weeks for special orders. Not that we have been told that our living room set was special order.As of today, writing this review, it has been 14 weeks and no living room set yet. I left several voicemails no response. I have been calling since last week and all I get is voicemail. I spoke with nice lady by the name of Sandy four weeks ago at the 10 week mark, she said she will check on it and email me with an update. You guessed it! No email from Sandy. I am out about $2200 and do not know what to do.This is really messed up. As a business you can really do better.

We decided to purchase a couch from Pacific Furniture Gallery. The salesperson was fantastic, and she was able to work with us to find a sectional that fit our very specific requirements and was within our budget. It was a custom order, and our understanding after purchasing was that we would have a new couch within 6-8 weeks. It was our experience in the store that makes me rate this experience a 2 star instead of a 1 star.8 weeks later, we still had not heard anything about the couch. I called and left a voice message, but did not receive a reply. I tried again a couple of days later, and finally got a call back letting us know that the production was delayed because the manufacturer did not have the fabric we selected in stock. The fabric had been received, and it would take another 2-3 weeks to finish the couch.I dont consider this good customer care -- if I knew ahead of time that my couch would be delayed, I would understand. Id like to have the choice of a different fabric, or at least have been notified of the delay ahead of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, this isnt where this sort of customer care ended.3 weeks later, I STILL hadnt had word on the couch. I tried calling, left a message, and again, didnt get a reply. Tried again, and reached a person. He looked up our order and we found out, again, that it was delayed. Expected delivery date 2 weeks. At least, this time around, they offered to waive the delivery fee. He offered to call me again this past weekend to follow up and give us an update.Not only did I not receive a call, I have hit that second week mark with no update on my couch. It has been 13 weeks, and the only updates I have received have been the ones where I initiated and persevered.I understand delays in production. Im not upset that its been 13 weeks for the couch to be delivered, because I know its delay from the manufacturer. However, I am disappointed that Pacific Furniture Gallery has not taken the initiative to follow up with me and let me know the status of my couch. This is not what I call quality customer care, and I will not be shopping again from this furniture store.

My daughter and I walked in wanting to buy a couch for our new place. Kevin was very helpful. We chose a couch with a hide a bed and a chaise lounger. We put 200 dollars down to hold the purchase. Kevin gave us his cellphone number on the businesses card. It was the next day, I needed to speak to them about the down payment, I discovered that the phone number on the card was out of service. My daughter tried twice and I tried once. We did not try the personal phone number, I feel very uncomfortable using it. A trip to the store is always an option, however with my work schedule thats a test. Im going to call the personal number, however there should be a business phone number at the location.Looking forward to having my furniture delivered.

I have been shopping at Pacific Furniture Gallery for a number of years. Sandy and her team of professionals have been courteous, helpful, and understand what is meant by quality and affordability.Sofas and sectionals typically are made in Oregon and California unless you buy some of the less expensive, readily available products.Ordering is more time consuming than buying straight off the floor, but the custom products from Jonathan Lewis, or Stanton are fairly priced and worth the wait!

My review echoes many recent negative reviews on Google and Yelp. This dealer suffers from chronically poor customer service after ordering, and chronically late delivery.Browsing the floor and ordering the furniture was pleasant. Salesperson Noreen and the other staff were friendly and gave me helpful tips on upholstery selection and care. However, that is where my positive experience stopped.I ordered two sofas from a reputable manufacturer 15 weeks ago. I was told it would take 8-10 weeks for delivery. I have checked in with the store regularly since the 8 week mark, and almost daily for the past week. I wish I didnt have to do this, but the staff and manager do NOT return voicemails, do NOT call customers at agreed-upon times (even when I have been told we will definitely call you before noon tomorrow and Im putting it on my calendar now), and absolutely NEVER proactively contact you to update you on your order - only when you catch them answering their phone.I have been given excuses for the delay such as the manufacturer had a problem with your fabric (check other reviews - this happens a lot), my manager is out, my manager didnt copy me on the email, and the manufacturer is not responding to our emails. It is a constant theme of passing the blame. They offered me a purchase discount, but that doesnt remedy the terrible communication.

Walked into the store and was greeted by friendly no pressure sales people. Store had a nice selection of furniture and pretty decent prices. Ended up making a different choice, but would come back here.

We spent over $3,000 on what we thought was real leather furniture here about 4 years ago. The sectional, throw pillows and ottoman are all peeling and we are completely embarrassed by our furniture. I just found out via the internet that what we purchased was bonded leather, not real leather, and bonded leather always cracks. The sectional was about $2,500 so when they said leather, I assumed for that price it wouldn’t be fake leather. At least now I know the specific questions to ask the salesperson and find on the tag. Not looking forward to buying all new living room furniture.
