Nice laid back experience.Just found out that my custom order recliners will not be here as I was told.(I had to call) Only to find out that my complete order will now not be here until the first of October. I wonder when they were going to let me know?
Nice showrooms and great selections with knowledgeable sales staff. Great quality furniture. The only downside is if you want a specific style and fabric it might have to be ordered and the wait could be up to 4 months or more any ordered furniture.
La-Z-Boy has has the most comfortable sofas and recliners I have tried. My son said we could buy anything in the store because it is beautiful.The sales team were helpful without being overbearing. When we decided to make our purchase the transaction was simple.This is the second La-Z-Boy sofa I have owned, the first lasted nearly 20 years. We checked out other stores as well but came back to for our purchase because of the comfort and overall quality.
My sister Linda & I were looking for a recliner to fit our very petite frail elderly mother. She had a used bulky recliner which provided no support & took too much space. Lazy-boy furniture had exactly what we needed. The store sells recliners for any person’s needs/wants, size, shape, and price too. Our sales rep Linda (a coincidence) was so helpful & knowledgeable. She aimed too please & did just that! We are satisfied customers & highly recommend at least checking out this furniture store.

Very bad experience, double charged and couldnt get that appropriately fixed due to inexperienced customer service. Was not delivered on the date set because the date was never set by Linda who was our sales person because when we called to inquire about our delivery another customer service person said there was not a record of any date set. The worst was this brand new furniture being delivered with no protective coverage at all! No box, no plastic wrap, nothing. Just delivery peoples hands on it and who knows what else. So disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone. I would not give 1 star to this place but I had to to comment.
We went in 30 minutes before they closed. Friendly staff & good selection. We asked the associate for the name of the sofa we were interested in, but she ended up giving us a brochure & her card without what we asked for.
Delivery truck blocked only the street to my home and then refuse to move for nearly half an hour despite it taking them about 30 seconds of effort. They should try to stop embodying their companys name and actually do a good job.
In November we were shopping for a new couch and a couple of new chairs for our living room. We looked at many different stores and La-Z-Boy Furniture had the selection that best suited what we were looking for. We bought a floor model chair and ordered another just like it, and put a hold on a couch that was already on order by the store and due to arrive around Dec. 21st. The second chair was due to arrive the first part of March. We were hoping to have the first chair and the couch by Christmas. Unfortunately the couch did not arrive until the end of March. They did not deliver the floor model chair until they delivered the couch. The second chair was delivered the middle of April. While we are very satisfied with the furniture itself, we were very disappointed in the length of time it took to get our furniture. We realize that most of the that delay was out of the hands of the store and due to shipping backlogs across the country. We would shop from this store again, but probably try to choose something that was in stock.
Wonderful sales experience at the store, but horrible experience waiting for our order. One update from the store since our purchase in January, little understanding from customer service when I’ve called to check in. The initial 4-6 month wait time quoted while at the store is now pushed to 8-9 months — NOT WORTH IT. We are out a good amount of money with nothing to show for it. This was our first experience with La-Z-Boy and most definitely the last. An over-promise, under-deliver situation; very unfortunate.
The sales lady understood what was needed and quickly got the product needed and set up delivery!
I’m giving 4 stars for the excellent service we got this week but it is estimated to take 4 months for our custom order recliners to be made so we have to see how the final process and product turn out. We are excited about all options that were offered and the 30% off we got for the Presidents Day sale. Thankfully the sale time period is more than a week leading up to the holiday so we did not feel rushed but the day we went the small staff were pretty swamped. They were really nice and helpful though.
I had the best experience ever. My sales person, Michelle took the time to explain the Lazy Boy experience and quality that goes into each piece. Michelle explained how I could customize and get exactly what I wanted... and I did. I am sold. I believe my bad back problem has been solved. I will not hesitate to use this store again. Michelle was excellent and made it a very enjoyable experience.
The customer service was awesome. Most stores are completely out of furniture but our sales associate went above and beyond to get my wife and I a chair to take home same day. Thank you!

We had a custom made sofa sleeper built. Because of the pandemic, production seemed to take forever but it was well worth the wait. Great piece of furniture!
Jennie was thorough and so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend working with her for your purchases. Connie the designer was great. Took her time at our house and store for fabric selection and furniture design. Fabric selection were pretty good as were the selection of furniture styles. We were replacing our 35 year old lazyboy furniture, which was still in great condition, only because it needed updating.
Floor salesman was very helpful when we were purchasing our new Great Room furniture. Most all items were on sale which was a bonus for us as a retired couple. The store had pleasing displays of furniture groupings so we could see what was available and envision what the furniture would look like in our new home. We decided to order specific fabric for our new Sofa and Chair so due to the Covid Pandemic the wait will be longer than usual. That is understandable. Every salesperson who we met were pleasant and friendly. We are replacing Lazyboy furniture we purchased 20+ years ago. Quality is good.
I think I made a mistake. Should have thought about it before signing up. Chair is great, but I may have to wait half a year to actually get it. My back hurts, right now.
Great experience. I was looking at power lift recliners. I had looked at several other dealers.This Store has more on hand to demonstrate all the different features. When looking for features and thinking about price, you really want to try them not read in a catalog.I am well pleased with the entire experience and excellent service.
I hate going shopping just due to the crowds. But I really got in and out quickly. The wait on custom furniture really stinks right now. However, I did get a beautiful rocker recliner being delivered in 1 week! Thank you Lay-Z-Boy, I cant wait to take a nap in my chair!
It was a great experience! Michelle was easy to work with and very helpful in choosing a recliner. She listened to what we were interested in, she described each chair and there differences, and once we decided between two, she checked the inventory. Luckily, the recliner we chose was available. We also loved her sense of humor. We highly recommend La-Z-Boy.

I went early in the morning on a week day, when I did not need an appointment, and yet I thought it would not be crowded. I was the only customer, and I was helped by a very friendly, courteous, and helpful salesperson. There was no pressure...only helpful information, along with options. Since I put in a special order, it will probably be 4 to 6 months until it is delivered. I appreciated her frankness about problems with the supply chain during this pandemic. I would definitely recommend this Lazy Boy Store located in Tukwila, Washington!
Very helpful and not at all overbearing sales; lovely selection and fine chairs. We came by on a Sunday evening to get a recliner for my third trimester wife and were able to pick it up at 8a the next morning. Relieved to be able to get her comfortable, and delighted by the quick turnaround.
Jennie our salesperson was delightful. We told her what we wanted and she showed us the section to look in. She said call me if you have any questions and left us to look. No hovering, no pressure. We found 2 chairs and called her back with questions. We picked one and paid for it and she helped load it into our car (my husband had back surgery). Absolutely delighted with our service and this will be our 5th Lazyboy over the last 30 years. Great quality and comfortable as can be.
The quality of the recliner is really not what I expected. After only a few months the rocker appears to.be broken or at least out of alignment. While rocking in the chair I hear the springs making noise as if they are hung up on something underneath. Also the arms of the chair can use a little more padding.
Salesman who helped me was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and listen to the criteria that I wanted in the chairs I was buying. The only glitch we had in the transaction was a problem with the online program needed to hold my selections and complete the sale. He was able to adjust and meet my delivery requirements. We had a great experience at the La-Z-boy gallery in Tukwila. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We worked with salesman Noah who was easy to talk to and helped answer all our questions. We chose La-Z-boy for our new recliners because our old recliners are La-Z-boys from the early 80s and still rocking but getting worn out and threadbaren.
We were looking for a loveseat for my Mother’s new apartment that would complement her recliner that she loves from La-Z-Boy furniture.We needed it within a few days not knowing the delay factor that currently exists. We couldn’t wait till next month. The salesperson was exceptional in showing us only loveseats that were available for purchase that day. Ehren was a huge amount of help. Shortly after walking in he was at our attention, very informative and friendly. Allowed us to try out couches and ended up ordering one. Ehren was very clear throughout the process, and made for a very pleasant shopping experience.Highly suggest asking for Ehren if going shopping for furniture at this store!
We quickly choose what we wanted. It took 45 minutes to write up the receipt while they complained about their new computer program. There were no other customers in the store. In the meantime I wandered the store while waiting. It advertised 75% off table top accessories. I choose a birdcage sitting on a table. They said it wasn’t included because you could hang it. So I choose something else. They could not give me the discount without the help of the manager. The manager was talking in the phone most of that 45 minutes we waited. They could not tell us when product would arrive closer than the end of December. Six weeks!! Only the product impressed me, nothing else.
We bought our recliners from Ehren Ellison just after Christmas. He was very knowledgeable about the products and availability with Covid delays. I felt he gave us honest answers, not a sales pitch. He was low pressure, yet always near-by to answer our questions as we sat our way through the showroom. Delivery was on time with two very courteous drivers.
Our sales associate was excellent. She understood what kind or sofa we were interested in. She showed us options we were not aware of. When we learned that the sofa we wanted was no longer available, she was willing to research other stores for the possibility that one might still be available. She enlisted the help of the tech support person who was actually responsible for finding the last remaining sofa in the entire region. They went above and beyond standard help. Linda, the salesperson at Tukwilla store was very helpful and personable. I first went to Lynnwood store, and the salesperson was underwhelming. He was trying to get me to buy a sofa on the floor, which I made clear I didnt want. And the prices were much higher than on the website. I was so unimpressed with the Lynnwood store that I purchased the sleeper sofa from the Tukwilla store. The only reason for no more stars is Lazyboys ridiculously long wait time--4-6 months. Very disappointed Lazyboy does notstep up and hire more staff to build the furniture. I would not be surprised if many customers go elsewhere. Very poorjudgement on Lazyboys part. After this purchase, I probably wont shop with them again due to the very long wait.
I decided it was time for a new recliner. My old one which was aLazy Boy was pretty worn out. So I went to the Lazy Boy place downnear Southcenter. They had a great sale going on and I was met bya very nice man who showed me where the recliners were. I didntwant one that had electric parts to rock or help you stand up. Thebig ones were mostly leather which I didnt want either. He helped me find several and there was one with the color I wanted and I sat in it and it was very comfortable and I sat therea while longer and it was just what I wanted. I bought it and canhardly wait for the delivery next week.
Very nice people great product. Quit messing around and buy a real quality recliner..There expensive but they are worth it.

I found the La-Z-Boy representatives/employees to be very helpful, friendly, and honest. I basically came in to a store after doing my homework and investigating on line. I came in wanting to see the furniture up close and personal and just ask some questions. Sandy, the salesperson I worked with, answered all my questions and actually helped me make a more well-informed decision on the actual sofa that would work best for comfort in my home.I appreciated her honesty and the time she took to show me other options I didnt pay attention to on line. I have purchased from La-Z-Boy before and I will again. The quality of the product, the warranty they offer, and their great customer service has been proven time and time again.

My exsperience at La-Z-boy has been amazing! I am a 1st time home owner & needed so much furniture. I was greeted by David Rutan he was so nice & welcoming. I fell in love with the white couch at the entrance of the store & he took the time to explain everything about it. I told him I was at a loss on how design everything in my home so he recommended their designer Connie Liles. She came to my home & really helped with design ideas & recommended a gorgeous dinning room set that I would never have known about. Dave was also good at price matching all of the furniture. With the La-Z-boy furniture my home is more beautiful than I ever imagined! I bought at La-z-Boy after extensive comparison shopping around Seattle and Tacoma. The deciding factor was the quality of service I received from La-Z-Boy salesman, Dave, because several products elsewhere were acceptably similar. Daves patience, knowledge, professionalism and courtesy were unsurpassed. He is an excellent communicator and listener. The quality of the product and value for the price tipped my decision, but I would not have been able to weigh those factors as carefully without Daves assistance.

We found out when we called to check the order. Also, Jim is gone/ We should have known better. They did the delay in shipping gambit before for some other reason. The manager reluctantly agreed to a very small price reduction and very little in the way of a reason we werent notified before we called.Once fooled, shame on us, Twice fooled, shame on Lazy Boy.Buyer beware.

Canceled a purchase two days after the order and 12 weeks prior to be delivered, the 50% down payment has not showed up in our bank account after two weeks of cancellation. when we called we were told there is no body to process the refund for us and we have to wait another 4 days, and finally got yelled at by our saleswoman and got hung up on. we may kiss our money goodbye.

Rod was very helpful and not pushy. I’ve been to furniture stores where they follow you around trying to sell you something but that wasn’t the case here. Rod greeted me when I came in and then pointed me in the right direction. He suggested I meet with their design consultant, Connie. She came to the house, took measurements and pictures of the room we wanted to furnish. She called me to make an appointment to come into the showroom. Her layout of our room was fantastic; it really incorporated our style and colors. I thought they would do the “hard sell” at that point but it was very causal and again no big pressure. We took almost a week to decide and no time in there did Rod or a Connie call to pressure us. It was a wonderful experience and we are so excited to get our new furniture. I would highly recommend this store and Connie and Rod! Very happy overall

We waited 20 minutes to meet a sales person and then it was only because the interior decorator went into the back and got someone to help us. Love the products, service poor.

I researched companies for 8 months went I tried out 5 plus furniture stores. I settled on La-Z-Boy in Lacey. I went in knowing what I wanted & a delightful associate named Glee (and yes her personality matches her happy name), listened and took my order. I ordered 2 special order recliners. The delivery service couldnt have been better. I was thrilled with the care to detail that was taken to ensure my purchase went outstanding. I went back & ordered the custom couch to match...I dont have to buy quality furniture often, however I have raved to every one who sits in them or is looking for QUALITY service and product to stop in at the Lacey showroom to experience how wonderful it is. Thanks to the Glee & management for making it amazing...
First time in store. Looking for a recliner. And did I find one. Michelle was very patient with me and showed me leather ones and upholstered ones. I picked a leather one. I love it. Delivery guys were great. Nice selection.
We purchased a chair from this location a couple of years ago. We used to swear by Lazy Boy, but after the quality of furniture we received and after purchasing the extended warranty we are left with a chair that constantly breaks. I would save your money and troubles and go elsewhere.

He allowed me time to decide on what I wanted while also coming back to check on me and provide additional info to make the best decision. Best furniture-buying experience. 5 stars as always, I bought my first chair in Sept of 2010 while I was pregnant. Im now buying my second chair and its worth every penny. Friends and family told me not to buy the 2nd chair because of the price but you cant put a price on comfort when you are hurt. My new chair will bring me years of comfort on those nights I cant sleep.

I had gone to three other stores looking for a rocker recline. I sat in one for 45 minutes and not one salesman approached me to answer my questions. I walked into the La-Z-Boy store and Dave greeted me and helped me find the perfect chair and matching love seat. I am looking forward to the delivery in 8 to 10 weeks. I would highly recommend this experience to friends and family.

My wife and I dont like the fact that it takes 3-5 months to get our sofa and chair. We ordered an Ivory colored Dexter sofa and chair. It comes in Ivory, Brown and Cinnamon. They stock the Brown and Cinnamon but not the Ivory, so we have to wait for it to be built. I would think it would be store police to carry at least one of each color in their warehouse at all times. We also paid $129.99 for delivery and they refuse to hall the old sofa and loveseat away, even though its furniture we purchased at their store 7 years ago. This is not what I would call good customer service. This will be our last purchase from La-Z-Bay furniture.
I walked in with my husband looking for recliners that looked like chairs. We were greeted by a friendly guy named David who helped us find just what we needed. I came back with my sister a week later and there he was again to walk us through the final steps of picking fabric etc. Love shopping at La-Z-Boy.
I took my mom in to buy a leather recliner and the sales lady Michele treated us like family. We found what we needed, they honored the sale price which didn’t start until the next day and we left with not one but two La-Z-Boys! Nothing better than making my parents a couple of happy ((and comfortable) campers!
I dont have my sofa yet, but I am very happy and excited about it so far.The one like it that I sat in at the store is wonderfully comfortable.I was also able to change my mind about my fabric choice two days after my initial purchase, so I really appreciated them holding off on immediately submitting the order.

After a horrible experience at the new Issaquah store, we decided to give the south center store a chance to make up for it since we really liked the furniture we had picked out. The sales associate and manager at the south center store were both awesome, explained the policies and processes and helped us get our custom sectional ordered. Very happy with the service we received.
It was closed to closing time. The saleswoman rang up half of my purchase, because that was all I had room for on my card, then I asked if I could pay the rest on my debit card, and she didnt want to be hassled with having to go back to the machine, so now I have to wait to pay the other half when my chair is going to finally arrive (10 weeks from now!). Seems like she couldve gone the extra mile when someone is paying $1000 for an accent chair!Nice stuff though!
I stopped at the store on my way up the street atop buy recliners. I stayed. Rob, my salesman was polite, knowledgeable and thoughtful. The store is beautiful, there is great selection and right now the lack Friday sale is awesome!

I dealt with Rod and I Need to tell you he’s one of the best salesman I’ve ever come across in my life I was in sales all my life as well so I’m picky about who I deal with Rod is one of the best his corporate material all the way you should keep an eye on this guy and put him where he belongs you should be training everybody I know for a fact this is the type a guy that needs to be at the top if you haven’t noticed this guy by now you need Have him training everybody else I was the top salesman for 25 years in several different companies I know the best when I see it in because of him is the only reason I bought from your store I don’t know him but I will keep his card and I always will deal with this guy Wright is the best and you need to use him to do more for your company than just sales
