This shop is a highly recommended place my battery just went bad and I called all stores and they telling me $85 for a battery replacement but this guy did it for 25$ and was a good quality now my phone is safe from exploding lol it was hard for me to change the battery but I did it

Came for a iphone screen repair and left with a gauge battery damage from them prying the screen off. tried to make me pay an extra $100 for their mistake and would not fix it.

I have had multiple phones repaired here and never had any problems. Service is quick. Just had another phone screen replaced. Unfortunately you have to be careful with the quality of screens nowadays. I have noticed a slight problem sometimes a letter on the keyboard doesn’t want to work.

I dont even like to write reviews but I did have a bad experience here. A few months ago I walked in there to see about buying an iPhone. I looked at the selection and he offered me an iPhone that was not even charged up. He plugged it for a few minutes and showed it to me. It was what I was looking for but the phone is trash... It turns off and restarts all the time. I doubt that the seller did not know about the problem. I do use the phone because I never connected it to my phone carrier but it is very unreliable. I do see that here apparently they have a five star rating, but I dont even know if the reviews are real. Im not even sure that this post will be here or last long because I dont know how this ratings works... good luck to yall.

Went up to get my phone screen repaired, the whole thing costed $230, my phone screen is less responsive and my battery now wont charge. If you live in Tyler and need your phone fixed I do not recommend them

I went in a few days ago to fix a small crack in my screen. After they fixed it I kept getting a no SIM card alert. We thought it was the case so I got a new one and it worked a few hours. Now it’s been two days and I can’t use my phone at all. I put my sim in another phone and it worked fine so the card wasn’t the problem. Basically I went in to fix a cracked screen and they completely broke my phone. Haven’t been able to call them cause they broke the phone and I live an hour away :) I’m going back tomorrow and will review again if they are able to actually fix it.

I brought in a Moto X with a broken power button. Gary checked it out and said unfortunately he cant get the parts to fix it. Instead he was able to create a receipt so I could submit an insurance claim through my credit card. Gary was very helpful and friendly. Brought in 2 phones. One they reset to factory settings the same day. The other needed a screen replaced. Was told that it would be ready on the following Monday. Here it is a week and a day later and we now have it. When I asked what they were going to do to compensate for doing without my phone 8 days longer than expected, the guy asked the manager and basically was told nothing. Will not be back.

I came in town for a business meeting and had an incident that caused my cell phone screen to shatter. After searching on google, i came at this place to have my screen repaired. From the outside, this business might not look to great but it was the staff and the clean stores inside that makes the difference.
