Excellent service. The sales person, her name is Royal, that served us was very helpful. Spent over 2 hours with me transferring everything on my old phone to the new one. Even researched on line to figure out some of the steps to transfer one particular set of data to my new phone.

I must say, we were actually ready to change service until we mer Brody. HE IS BEYOND AMAZING! He takes customer service to a whole new level and should be the basis of how to treat y’alls customers. He gave us the best service that we could have and just like that, we totally changed our mind and kept Verizon as our service. Please please give Brody the commendation he deserves. I am a new immigrant to The States and this kind of service makes me love American more and more. Thank you, Brody and thank you Verizon! ☺️☺️

Brooke ( I believe that was her name) took care of me with getting my number ported after being on hold two separate days with a collective hold time of 3 hours just to port a number. She works at the Longview store too and I bet shes just as amazing there. Excellent customer service. Took my issue and made it hers and got me taken care of immediately. 10/10 recommended. Amber was extremely helpful and friendly I had a doctor appointment in an hour and she worked hard to get everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone and I had over 9000 pictures and over 4000 emails. She accomplished it all and I made it to my appointment on time. You couldnt ask for a more accomidating, professional young lady.

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE THIS IS INFINITY WIRELESS AND YOU SHOULD GET SERVICE THROUGH A REAL VERIZON STORE VERSUS THESE SCAMMERS. Was promised a BOGO deal that was not honored. I have the signed contract that promises that Infinity Wireless will pay for this. Brought this to the attention of the current manager Mara on December 17 and it is now January 21 and I am getting the run around. The timeliness does not matter to this company that works for Verizon. Honestly, Verizon you can do so much better than this non credible company.

Went in right after Thanksgiving to pay my bill and it did not get posted to my account. A few days later our phones got shut off so I called them and the manager he had been waiting for for call. Now I have to pay reconnect fees for 6 devices he told me that they would eat the cost and our phones were back on. A month later I go to pay my bill and they are still on there. Called the first day and he said he would call back and nothing called again the next day and nothing. Finally I called customer service and they took care of what he should have done in the first place. Should have just went to Russell Cellular in the first place.

I was having a terrible time with my Asus tablet and happened to see this Verizon store in the mall. I was helped immediately by a gentleman named Jack. His knowledge of all the products they carry is very impressive. He knew immediately what was wrong and, although it took almost two hours to get it straight, he got it working as it should have when first purchased at another store. I am very grateful to Jack and his extreme attention to detail. Nobody can now say that I dont know Jack!Highly recommended!!

Testimony about the Hum. On Thursday night my daughter was driving home from the school after a basketball game. I was calling her phone with no answer, and then Hum sent me a red alert. Her apple watch allowed her after rolling her vehicle,(my God) to see how to get out of her seatbelts she was hanging from to get down. She was able to find her way out after the car was filling up with smoke. I was sceptical about this device but I am a sold. This store is phenomenal. They told me when I bought it, that it would be perfect for my teenage daughter. This store staff is phenomenal.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This by far is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. Not just because of the products but because of the guys that work there! I was very pleased with their customer service and how they went out of their way to help me. Ive been to other Verizon stores and honestly have felt like I was just being given the routine spill. I always dreaded to have to go and take care of stuff for my phone and would try my best to avoid a trip. But the guys here made me feel at ease, made sure I understood everything and made it a great experience. I highly recommend this Verizon location to everyone, the guys there really impressed me. I have been a customer of AT&T for 12 years. Today, I made the switch to Verizon to join my husband on his plan. Im writing this review because I feel like people are so quick to complain about a bad experience, but the good ones mostly go unnoticed. To who ever may be reading this, I want you to know that I have never been treated so well as a customer as I was today at the Verizon in the Broadway Square Mall. Nic was so helpful, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs of making changes to the account, and although it was a lengthy process, not once did he seem put out or bat an eye to do everything in his power to help us. I am very pleased with my first experience at Verizon and feel confident that with team members such as Nic, that they are doing something right.
