My boyfriend went in to sell some things and the guy was very rude and uninterested in every item he took in. Additionally, he was not wearing a mask! Nor was his coworker. I dont see why everyone raves about this place. He basically told my boyfriend to f* off. The entire vibe was very off-putting and I would not take my business there. Another guy walked in after him and they were just as disinterested in him and his items.

The man who helped me I assumed was the owner, he came out to my car so I didn’t have to carry tools in, just in case he didn’t want to buy them. He did end up buying them and gave me roughly ten dollars per tool and I personally thought that was a fair deal, he was friendly and Efficient at his job. This is the second pawn shop I’ve been too ever, and this one is by far the best one in Tyler in my opinion. This shop feels a lot cleaner and safer to be honest

Wonderful people, great stuff and a parrot named Chico. What more can you ask for? Brad, Lee-Anne and Tony are always helpful when buying and selling. I highly recommend A Plus when you get the urge to find something you just cant live without or you want to get rid of something you no longer need. They live up to their name and get an A Plus from me!
