Awesome! They are friendly knowledgeable. Ive had no complaints with my service my phone has service 99.99 % of the time, the 1% is if Im out on an island its spotty. My daughter had no service at all on the island and she uses t-mobile. Id say cricket is a really good choice in a phone provider. Theyll always have my business ☺️

I feel for the staff at Cricket. They are unable to help customers with their account issues, it has to all be done online, not even the CS phone staff can help unless you want to pay an additional service fee. All these folks can do is sell you phones and cases.Me contract was canceled because of a snafu on my part, I thought I was ok by updating my credit card expiration date, nope I had to make a payment and because I missed that by one day, canceled! Of course you can’t talk to anyone that can give to a break or help you out....so an additional 15$ to get back on line! Just to be clear, it’s not so much about the money as it is being able to speak with someone that can actually help you and provide a real customer experience!

I am doing this from my daughters google account, Corey (Corey was on the name tag, but receipt says Stephen) was absolutely AMAZING, the most helpful salesperson i have ever encountered in my 50 years of shopping. I was out the door faster than I ever have been in a cricket store. My phone had gotten stolen earlier that day and he was nothing but exceptionally helpful. I recommend this cricket 100%.

Caleb acknowledged me in a very polite manner. He was professional and understood that I wanted all uninvited apps off my phone. He was incredible with his knowledge concerning every question I ask him. Wow!I was sorry Caleb Daniel was no longer at the store. He was also exceptional. Caleb Daniel guided me in a reset of my phone. I tried to get help at two Cricket stores on a cross country trip across the USA. Tried Google overseas associate, had to pay $5.00, no help. Thank You, Caleb Daniel, I hope you find a good job.

Terrible. Cory W had me spend 14.99 extra for a cord claiming that the battery pack I had purchased from them for 39.99 didnt come with one. When I tried to return it 45 minutes later they wouldnt take it back and when I asked for their phone and store number he gave me fake information.Would give them less stars if I could.

Great store. Nice people. Great phone and service. And then this happens.... I buy a new Motorola phone, case and, glass protector. The guy puts the protector on slightly off center. The case touches the bottom corner and within 3 days the protector is bubbling everywhere. I couldnt make it back till 7 days and Im told that I should have come back in the first day so they refuse to install a new one. $26 my cost for a new one. Ill install it myself. Thanks for nothing

Well i went to see about a phone upgrade... Regrettably wasnt able to dont have my dads pin but had the cash in hand ready to upgrade... My phone sits in my pocket at work and gets its beating... I work around heavy machinery... Though the care for the security... And the knowledgeable staff would have me come back... Its not everyday that somebody knows of info such as 192.168.0.1 or Android studio...
