I gave it 2 stars just because the fact that they have an attractive store inside and out. However when I called I Im guessing they may have been closed because of covid but no one answered the phone and I called twice 5 minutes each call and I called two more times in the afternoon then two more times in the evening for a total of 9 to 10 minutes of dead time and Ill never get back I just wish they had a quick answering machine a quick auto answer which is very easy to do. Want to save me and probably a lot of people sometime. But once again Im only reading this at you based upon that experience but if I were to write it based upon an overall interaction I would definitely give it a five

Walk-in service, however I had called in advance to describe my issue and identified my phone details. They provided me their available hours at this store as it isnt open full time. Phone repair took less than an hour.
