My Metro Store is not listed, US41 across from Bill Buck near 776. A very delayed shout out and five star review to my customer service rep Julian Enos who assisted me two weeks ago. Its my first new phone in years and Julian was so kind and helpful, always demonstrating the features I would need to learn to use. What a great employee with such a wonderful attuited! Customer service and kindness abound with Julian Enos and I wanted to thank him appropriately for going above and beyond in assisting me! If you need service, a new phone, a new plan, have questions - Julian is your man! Thank you Julian!

I went yesterday Sunday around 330 pm gary very professional guided me to a phone I purchased he had 7 other ppl in the store but helped me and all others ty gary.

Matthew was tenacity times two! He worked diligently to solve my issues and even made phone calls. I was very impressed with his highest caliber of service. I can easily see him becoming upper level management at Metropcs. He was confident in his ability yet very cordial and emphatic with a techno challenged customer.

The blonde women with face pericings is very rude. Talks over you.Told her errors I was getting on my phone and she said that they dont exist. As if I was lying about them ????????Very rude and talks like a know it all and will not listen to what your saying.Uses phone jargon that regular customers dont know the meaning of. I guess to make herself look good.Because of her I will be going to another phone carrier.

I have been in the MetroPCS office in Venice Florida and have dealt with Karina and Anthony both have been exceptionally helpful for my friend this is not the first time that we have experienced this kind of great customer service at this MetroPCS I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a phone!!

The two guys at this store where very good help they not only lead my mom to the right phone but also fixed an older plan she was on. Anthony was very accommodating and made the experience very easy hooking up the phone to moms car . And matt was good and ready for our questions thank you guys yo all rock.

Been with Metro for 5 years and their plans are great. For $30 you get unlimited talk and text.

They have done a really nice job cleaning it up and much nicer staff.
