By far the best AT&T experience I’ve ever had in a store. I won’t go to any other store now. Nick made sure my business was taken care of and got us really good pricing on our account. I’d highly recommend you come to this store if you want to be treated right and get the best deals.
It has been an absolutely terrible experience working with this AT&T store. The manager sweet talks you saying that we qualify for certain discounts and promos, and promises no strings attached contracts. But when you speak to customer service representatives over the phone (and pray they know what theyre talking about), they tell you that you qualify for none of what was promised, and are on the hook for thousands of dollars. Avoid AT&T as much as you can.

Nothing that was on their site was in stock (phone color model and size) . Tried to settle on a different cell option but they would not sell it to me at a flat rate. They wanted a finance or payment plan instead of letting me pay out the 1,000 + dollars all at once. Disappointed in this store.

I had issues trying to get my billI contacted att on line and although I talked to 3 people the problem was not fixed. I went to the store for help and was helped by Adrian. He did a fantastic job for me. It was difficult but he continued to work at it until it was correct. Thank you, Adrian. You are so fortunate to have him as part of your team.
This is the second time Ive upgraded my phone at the Vernon AT & T store. Both times the customer service has be excellent! Adrian is so easy to work with and has great knowledge of both iPhone & Samsung products.
The manager helped me with anything that we needed.He was very knowledgeable and helped the family new phonesI would highly recommend using them if you need any other items

Went in tonchexk phone port as it was saying it was wet and the girl looked at port and told me to call warranty to replace. i called warranty and they asked me to check sticker which is hard to see and i have great eyesight. the employee at the store should have checked it knowing they would ask me that. now i have to go into another store. very annoyed.
Came in twice to buy 2 new phones. Both times I stood around for 15 mins without getting greeted or acknowledged. Usually if a store is bust they let you know how long to wait but the second time i was completely ignored with only one customer ahead of me. Just bad customer service.. what a shame

I definitely do NOT recommend anyone buying a phone from this store. I went in because I wanted my phone faster than ordering via sales over the phone...BIG mistake! Unfortunately, they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. These dudes not only ordered me the wrong phone, but sent it to the wrong address. I gave them plenty of chances to correct their error, but they (including store manager) chose not to. I attempted to have my problem corrected by ATT customer support, but it was too late for them to fix the error. So now I have to wait to have for the phone to be redirected by UPS back to the sender then once that return is fully processed I have to reorder the phone. I am told this is going to tie my upgrade up to about two weeks. I also want to note that I did a three-way call with att support and the store and the manager got caught telling me even more lies. I hope your experience is better than mine.
I have upgraded twice at this location...staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
Can’t even say I’ve had an experience here every time I try to go in they have a sign on the door that says be back in 15 min and 20 min later still no one I don’t know how they stay in business if no one is ever working I’m not even going to try to go back here it’s a waste of time.
I had a good experience buying a Samsung smartphone at my local AT&T dealer. It is my first smartphone. The store associate helped me to sort through my options, and then helped me to set up and activate my new phone. I left the store feeling confident that I had selected the right device and know how to work it.
The staff are patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. Excellent experience overall.

Worst experience ever. Went to upgrade a line and get the deal with the iPhone and iPad. Rep thought I was trying to run a scam and didn’t believe I was the owner on the account. Had to call my wife’s phone and mother in law’s phone to verify I was supposed to be there upgrading, even though I had my license and multiple forms of ID. He proceeded after verifying who I was and seemed very nervous the entire time. He took a really long time but eventually got the new phone the new phone activated and added the line for the iPad. When we went to complete the transaction he said he was having issues and couldn’t sell me the iPad since it wasn’t logged into their inventory and would let him cash it out. I said well then I don’t want the phone if the deal is with the iPad! I feel he just didn’t want to sell me anything because he still believed I was scamming him. I guess because I’m not white I look like a scam artist especially since I had my African American father in law with me. He helped this white couple right before us and had no issues, he was very friendly and helpful to them and even conversation with them the entire time. We did not receive the same treatment. I will never come here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Also, I ended up going to the att in Manchester and they did everything for me in 10 minutes without any issues and were very friendly. I’ve never felt discriminated against until this experience. I was not rude to him, I never gave him an attitude, I just smiled even though he basically accused me of fraud and wasted my time. I was there for over 45 minutes
