I was there with my mom today for switching the new phones as part of Boost Wireless.While I was at Boost Wireless, we have so many brand new phones to choose from includes LG, Samsung and other brands of cell phones for Boost Wireless.Also, we have cell phone assortments includes the phone cases, screen cleaners, and other cell phone assortments for your new cell phone.Staff is always very nice and very helpful whose rights for switching and getting the new phones and brand new cell phone cases.Also, I got an brand new cell phone which is known as LG Tribute Dynasty for me and my brother. My mom got an brand new cell phone which is known as Samsung.The interior looks great, the parking looks really good, prices are very nice, and the items are perfect for my cell phone needs especially with my family.This place is always closer from my house because of an very easy convenience and its definitely awesome.Boost Wireless of Vernon-Rockville is Very Recommended for me and my family.

I do not suggest going to this place they dont do any deals with anybody thats with their own company Ive been with them for three years and they wont help me with anything at all but theyre willing to switch somebody over and give them an iPhone 7 for 50 bucks and I dont have any products available for consumers with any deals when you walk in they want full price for everything the moment you walked through the door

On Friday i stopped in to switch from Total Wireless to Boost Mobile. I had two phones to port and Niabla or however you spell her name suggested since i was going to add a hotspot to get a phone and use it as a hotspot since i would get 20gb of data instead of 10gb. I agreed that made sense so i went with the 3 for 100$ promotion and had really good hopes for Boost aka Sprint network. Spent $300 on service and phones and activation. Went home and had zero service, we went to the campground where the 3rd phone would be used as a hotspot for our roku tv and had zero service.. On saturday night we went up to Maine and had very to no signal all the way there and couldnt listen to spotify. On sunday i contacted Boost mobile to tell them my experiences of the service and told them i was at Metro PCS to switch and needed account info and was provided. I also asked after i switch whats the process to get a refund, i was told to bring them to where i purchased them since Boost has a 7 day refund policy. Next day took all 3 phones down there and was intially told i couldnt return them since i ported 2 of the numbers to Metro PCS, everything i said she tried to talk over me and come off like i didnt know what i was talking about. . I explained what Boost told me and got a runaround for a while until she called the owner of the Authorized dealer and they refunded me the phone cost and i lost out on $150 from activation and service. She kept telling me that they dont know what they are going to do with the phones since they are not linked to an account...i dont care what you do with them, uae them as paper weight. I had high hopes but was let down by Boost Mobile and the dealer. I now have Metro PCS and have LTE everywhere including my home and campground and saved up front cost and monthly too. I give vernon location a 2 star since she was polite and helpful when buying the phone but giving me a hassal when i tried to refund them. I give Boost as a whole 1 🌟 for network sucking so bad. Do yourself a favor check out Metro Pcs (T-Mobile Network) that will be offically purchasing Sprint by early 2019. Note she will tell you Tmobil uses the same towers and network already but the deal isnt offical until 2019 and Tmobile will have tk change frequencys from sprint towers to tmobile aince devices are bit compatible.

Not good service. The women who worked there had a hard time telling me about the service. She gave me a brochure to read. I couldnt understand what she was saying. I asked to speak with the manager, but she didnt know when he would be in. She said he comes and goes and doesnt have a regular office hours.
