Do your yourself a favor and do not use this company they are horrible!!! I waited a week to get my internet installed the on the day of no one ever showed up or even called me to let me know that the tech cancelled and was not coming!!!! Then I had 2 speak to 4 different people about the issue just to be told I would have to wait another week and a half for someone to install and they would not change the date to sooner. They said twice that they would return my call which they did not then I couldnt even speak to a manger!!!! I cancelled and went with another service !!!
Called to set up service, finally was the day to be installed and the technician came out looked around outside and said it was to wet outside due to rain the previous day and when it dried up call back. The next day it was dry so I called back and they said they couldn’t send anyone for another 2 weeks. Also the technician was very rude and didn’t bother wiping the mud off his shoes before stepping in the house on the carpet…
Prices keep going up and if just use Wi-Fifor about 8 yrs now started at 55 now 87
I wrote a big review about my experience of Suddenlink but unfortunantely it was a waste due to Suddenlink internet going out on me, so I am having to restart.. crazy ironic?Typing this in a notepad first so I wont lose it from Suddenlink going out and having to restart.We have had some of the most horrible experience with Suddenlink for the last 7 months.From their customer service, to their website not functioning to pay the bill, to themrefusing to accept certain forms of payments (Even though we follow the directions on the site)to the technician not showing up for appointments after being on the line for 2 hours trying toset an apointment up to update the equiptment. (They charged our bank $60 for that by the way, no call no show)So now we will have to stay on the line again to get it set up once more and explain the techniciannever showed so we wont get charged again.We are switching to Santa Rosa, as we have heard from family and friends they have very friendly serviceand less down time.To be more than fair to Suddenlink, a year / half ago we have had no issues with them, these are in the last few months..but after one mess up after another on their end, it is time to move on to another provider, its just been rough andunacceptable. They are having a very hard time getting it together. It could be because they are short handed,but its to much of a headache to have to do this just to have a stable internet with a stable provider and customer service.And also instead of getting my problem fixed on the phone when I do get through, they are more worried about me getting their new iPhone planand spending more after charging me for the tech that never showed. I just cant.... xD
This is easily the worst internet I have ever had. Its pathetic . customer service is horrible. I have 2 wifis that dont work .
My service has not worked since October. It is now February. But they are still charging me and can’t ever get ahold of anyone to stop payment. Then they wanted me to pay in order to turn off services
Suddenlink has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with anywhere. They promise excellent service but deliver nothing. They are difficult to contact. They promise to return calls but they fail to do the promised scheduling of service or to provide notifications. When they actually do schedule service, they fail to show up. And finally, after two weeks without internet, they show up and claim they can’t fix the problem...until later. Our local folks are excellent. Their handlers and the call-center people are atrocious.
Internet keeps dropping out with no apparent explanation!
Horrible horrible. In a town where satellite is and these people are they only option. I will use a antenna before i pay them for cable. Told us that they serviced our area. They completed the order took payment and never showed up. Didnt call and wont answer their phones. No wonder suddenlink is having customers drop them left and right.
Have tried for a month to get someone to start our service and took off work two seperate times for an install date and no one has ever shown up.... Rediculous
Horrible service. Consistantly having to restart my router... very poor quality internet. At&t next time.... not worth checking into again
24 hours of no one in Vernon having internet with no news to when it will be back up. 3 1 star reviews is really telling

Was having connection issue (Was paying for 10mbps down and 5mbps up and only getting 2mbps down and 0.5 up) they sent a technician to come check it out and he told me the servers for our area are old and overloaded and need to be replaced but the office in our area is constantly being sold none of the new owners want to pay for the new servers. He then told me that he would either use it or switch to another company so we switched companys
