Ive Had So Much Trouble With This LG.So I Was Checking On Getting An Upgrade Sense Ive Had This Phone & Service For 2.5 Years, Never Missed A Payment & Thats Good, I Was Informed @ This Time I Qualified For A Upgrade So I Found The One I Wanted & Im Told That I Would Have To Pay Cash For The Phone Before I Would Be Able To Get It.Thats Not Right YallI Shouldve Been Able To Get It But Thats FineIll Find Me A BetterPhone Then This LG.

Good service for me. except they sold me a phone i did not need tobuy. was told i need one cuz mine could not be fixed. went back the nextday and they called their company and fixed my old phone.

Dang, these are fanastic crew, made the little wait time so enjoyable. Would of gotten 5 stars if one store could help with phone purchased at a different location...they said they could help if it was an online purchase....just didnt make sense
