Very rude and respectful towards women. Argued with my 17 year old son for two hours that he didnt know his password of 6 years, when come to find out the owner deleted all my sons info. And the two hours we spent there trying to resolve a 400 phone i purchased from him that still doesnt work. He offered another phone,which that one didnt work properly as well. (these are i phones). I asked for my $15 back and he told me i was hard up for money....and my son still has a non working phone....
