I had the worst experience this time. I think its because I am a pre paid customer. I was not aware of the no return policy, and paid $129. On a phone that was worth$59. I was then told there was nothing they could do to help me. Not even find me a better used phone to replace it. When I get a post paid account I will be switching companies. My family will do as follows too.

Great Verizon Austin Nava, very nice and knowledgeable, and he took care of my phone problems great and now I can use my phone with no problems, Austin is a awesome guy 👍a number 10 rate in My book!

STAY AWAY!!!! THEY manipulate the consumer to get you to sign a contract. If they promise a discount for working at local establishments DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!. If they promise to contact you if you go over your data DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!

Customer service is ok but they dont tell you everything when you get new phones or upgrades. My bill is so high I cant afford it. Im trapped paying off a phone but after thats done im going elsewhere.

They should really consider firing the blonde lady. She always has a terrible attitude towards everybody. (One of the reasons we switched) I tried to pay our termination fee with cash and she told me I couldnt because it went though the computer. Doesnt everything go though a computer? I went to Wichita and had no problem paying cash. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!

Biggest joke of a cell phone store ever! Went to get a frozen phone fixed and the manager tried to send me to OKC or Dallas to get it fixed (3 Hours Away). I ended up having to buy a new phone so that I wouldnt go without for the day. A few months later, we had gone over our data plan. Originally when we signed up, she said she would just up our plan if this happened. Well... she didnt. She just said Its not my fault you went over your data!. I cancelled Verizon that night, because of their lack of customer service. Now they will not even provide us with a bill to pay our final amount due.... what a joke!!!

Discrimination towards Hispanic people. They didn’t not want to sell me mobile hotspot, but yet the Verizon in Wichita Falls would. They said I couldn’t buy it outright and I had to get a plan. Terrible people, never going to store again
