Tommy was incredibly pleasant and helpful, I was in and out of there in no time and got a great deal on a phone through a promotion. Ive been to a few other Verizon stores in the area, and Id recommend this store above all of them by far.

This Route 30, Vernon Verizon Store has undoubtedly the best employees ever! They are patient, helpful, informative and in no way aggressive. They add knowledge in an easy comfortable manner. I always choose this particular store for all the above reasons.

I am so grateful for the help that Joseph provided me today. He was so calm and worked hard at getting my old phone back up and running so I could have my phone numbers and pictures. He transferred everything to my new phone. If covid wasnt around I would have hugged him. Awesome service.

I went here looking to make a connection and establish a long term relationship.The experience was TRASH. My salesperson disappeared and was out of the shop when he said he would be there so I had to start over with someone new wasting my valuable time. But even worse, far worse, they activated an extra line on my account that I didn’t notice for a few months as I am extremely busy re-tooling my small business due to COVID-19. I ended up over paying by nearly $300. Of course I had to spend over two hours on the phone with corporate in an effort to sort it all out. I think I’ll switch away from Verizon. The only reason I pay the higher Verizon rates is because they USED TO have great customer service but not so much anymore. I can’t stand when a company gets so big they forget about the customers that have been with them for years that have gotten them there.

Needed a new screen protector. Joey was respectful, professional & AWESOME!!! In and out of there without a hitch! Thank you Russell Cellular & Verizon, you ROCK!!!!

Dont waste your time coming to this store. Dirty place of business, theres Flys the size of thumbs in the middle of the winter floating around. All the sales people care about is selling you something and dont care if its set up properly. The common answer is, we cant fix that but corporate can. Still paying for there mess ups 2 months after purchasing a product from them. If you feel like sitting on hold with corporate multiple times for months, by all means visit this hack shop. Theres a real Verizon store about .2 of a mile up the road. Go there save the headaches, wish I could leave a 0 for review.

I came in today to get a replacement phone for my ancient Motorola Droid. At first I wasnt sure what to expect as I use pay as you go service. By the end of my visit I left with everything I wanted AND for less then I was expecting to pay. Thank you Daniel for all your help!

We were waiting for awhile but the staff members did well at trying to multitask to get everyone taken care of while remaining professional and not disengaging from the customers they were already with. Sweetest workers, great customer service! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable! My finger was broken so the guys put the screen protector on for me and even plugged an adapter into my car for me due to my injury. Its the only Verizon store I will go to!!
