Great mechanics; good people. Fortunately, they decided to be mechanics rather than politicians—they’re way to competent and honest. Today they refused to let me pay for a/c repairs because they thought they might/might have caused the problem months ago when they were fixing the car’s engine. I was ashamed (but grateful) not to pay. Incredible company. Almost restores my faith in mankind.

C&C Garage has always treated me fairly, friendly and quickly. They know their stuff, have gotten it right the first time and are upfront on their prices and what they are going to do to repair and test the car.

Great service! Honest people. They will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car and won’t sell you on something you don’t need. They’re straight forward and courteous. Two customers had come into my store talking about how great they are, in the same week, by happenstance. I was looking for a place to take my car anyway, so I took my car there based off of their enthusiasm. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the Vienna area.PLUS they had a couple really nice old school mustangs on the lot for eye candy.

Great friendly staff who arrived early (before 6 am) so my drop off was easy and work was on time and inexpensive. Their hamburgers are also good.

C&C Garage is purely honest and trustworthy. Have known them for over 30 years. They do the best work at the best prices. Dont be misled by false reviews. Just ask anyone in the town of Vienna and surrounding areas who to go to for their car maintenance and repair and they will tell you, without any doubt or hesitation, go to C&C Garage. Period.

Shop was communicative, work was done quickly. I called around to a few other shops and their hourly labor charge is one of the best I found. Looked into getting an A/C compressor replacement with them, but found a place down the road that said the same job could be completed for 30% less (at another reputable and highly rated shop). Id be a little weary to return having learned this.

The best auto shop in Vienna IMO. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop where you can trust that they will tell you what needs to be fixed and when. Glen is great. He always gives me the full array of options on any potential pricey repair.

Great Shop, always busy but worth the wait because they have excellent techs. They never try to sell you what you dont need, but always make sure you are safe and satisfied.

I have been to a few other mechanics in the area over the years. Each time, there is a honeymoon period of them only doing what is needed and then its on to the $1K per visit for stuff they found mode. This place is unique in that the honeymoon doesnt end - they just keep doing what is needed at a fair price. I love these guys! Better still, I trust them.

I have taken my two cars to C & C a number of times. They have always given me an honest assessment of the work and cost. They have never proposed work beyond that is necessary. The work performed has been of good quality. I highly recommend C&C.

Its hard to believe that a place like this exists in Northern Virginia. When I go to other car dealers or garages around this area for service or repair I feel like a little mouse ready to be swooped up by the hawks and buzzard circling above. Even if I have a simple oil change done, I inevitably receive a list of either recommended services that need to be done or, even worse, the news that I have a catastrophic situation that needs to be fixed immediately. The cost of such work always seems to be around $1000.00, so Im assuming that is the number that they have all agreed upon to fix literally anything.In comparison, going to C & C is almost a pleasure because they only do what you want them to do, they do it extremely well, and their prices are sometimes so low its hard to believe. As an example, I had the front struts replaced on my Mazda 3 and ended up paying approximately $300 less than any other place quoted me. Plus, they did not call me and tell me that they found a few other problems which would cost about (guess the amount) $1000.00 to fix. In addition to all of that, the folks there are extremely friendly and talk to like youre a real person. My wifes car needs rear disc pads and rotors. I didnt even bother to call around for quotes; I simply made an appointment to have C & C do the work.

Dont be fooled and get a run around story. If you are going to give a quote stick to it and live with it and dont give out some lame excuse that the person forgot to include tax, labor....how could someone forget to include labor. Did this place do the job of replacing a simple car battery yes but did they keep their promise and live up to their quote, hell no.

My car was running really rough. Firstly, I went somewhere else in Fairfax where they told me that Id need $1800 worth of work on the car to get it Up to Snuff and pass inspection. I was in despair and decided to get a 2nd opinion. Then I took it to the guys at C&C Garage in Vienna, VA. and they charged me $713.00!! Beside the serious damage, they also found that my front fog light had been unplugged along with a few other shady problems. My fog lights were fine before I took it to the other place...so were a few other things. I loathe dishonest mechanics!! If you need work done on your car and you live in the NOVA area, do yourself a favor and take it to C&C Garage in Vienna, Va. The guys there are the best. Theyre HONEST, THOROUGH AND VERY FRIENDLY. They are an EXTREMELY rare find. Ill never go anywhere else again! Five Stars!!! Thank you, Scott, John(Jack) and Joe!

Agree with the previous one, Job was done well and fast. But the price is higher than others. $520 for alternator replacement vs $325 from Pep Boys (later found out).

I have lived in the DMV for over 20 + years and have taken my cars to no less than probably 20 plus different mechanics - most from references. NONE has ever exceeded my expectations quite like C&C. Darren took the time, while the car was on the lift, to explain everything that I needed to know - so that I understood what was what. I will NEVER go to another garage now that I understand what it means not to be gouged by crazy parts markup and insane labor costs. This is the absolutely best garage in NOVA - hands down.

Great shop. The workers are friendly and helpful. They have been very honest with their assessments. They are very reasonably priced.

This is one of few places where you can take your car and trust it will be fixed the first time. They dont sell you a bunch of parts you dont need. This is a group of excellent mechanics.

I was quoted 2400 for a job they said needed to be done. Went to another shop that did the work for 700 less and they did a quality job. Called C&C again for another quote and they tried to upcharge me for things I didnt need. When I disagreed with the quote the guy laughed at me. Cant say Id trust them with my car if they cant handle basic customer service.
