This is where I always get my tires. But they didn’t have the Goodyear tire I needed so I had to get Michelin. Because it was a “foreign” tire it cost another $100 to install.Be careful when asking about prices!!

I first went there for an Alignment and briefly mentioned another issue to the front desk person there Gabriel. Firstly, the alignment came out done perfectly. In addition, Gabriel sounded like he had extensive knowledge beyond just wheels and tires he recommended me check out my issue to be a strut I got it looked at and it was exactly what it was needed to be fixed. I’m very pleased and have been doing there since then. Because of Gabriel’s and the teams knowledge and initial ability to give excellent customer services Im leaving this 5 star review!

My front left tire had a leak yesterday . That tire lost 20 lbs of air overnight. Just Tires in Vienna could not figure out what the issue is. They sealed the edge of the tire and told me it would be good for another thousands of miles. It did not last for 12 hours. The air was gone again this morning.Mr. Tire just found a nail and patched it.

My first time visit/service Just Tires in Vienna VA location - the quality of work, customer service, and price are second to none. Service Advisor Kiana and her crew are really cool, friendly and a joy to work with. IMO, this is simply the best place to get tire service performed in NOVA. I highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again.

Brought my 2003 4Runner here for an alignment after I replaced the suspension. I also needed to replace an oil seal on the front differential and had the Toyota part with me. They quoted me a fair price for the additional oil seal work. Happy with work performed. Will be a return customer.

Thanks to Just Tires, for a quick, economical repair of my tire. When they had no time for me last week (fully booked) I promised I would be back after they kindly IDd the tire causing the alert and gave me a shot of air to keep me going. Coffee machine, clean restroom a bonus.

My wifes car had a flat tire down the road on Maple Ave. I called Neil at Just Tires, and he was extremely helpful. Not only did they have replacement tires in stock, he also was able to mount them as soon as they got the towed car, and got everything done while my wife and kids had lunch close-by. Excellent customer service. And the price was less than what my neighborhood shop would have charged. Five stars!

Great service! Julio Melendez was extremely helpful. Called on a Friday to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. Got me right in at 7am the next morning. They had to order my tire size the day I called. Got them in later that day. All around great service, great guys, very friendly, and most importantly great work. Highly recommend. Ask for Julio

I had my car service on 12/9/2017. Freddy was doing the work. I should I am very pleased with response time as well the way Freddy interacted with me during the service. I was told 1 1/2 hour of service time. And got my car back within the time they told. I requested them to show me the parts they were changing as well as the older ones. It was treated with no problems. And they provide this 2 year service for their parts and labor. So overall I am happy and hopefully will continue this further down the road.

Rude and Long Wait...I took my car in to get a tire patched here because it was one of the cheaper places in the area. They said it would be very quick so we told them we were going to walk around the around the area and return in an hour or so. Two hours later we called them to ask the status of our car. They told us they didnt have a car and got very annoyed at us when we told them what time we dropped it off and what type of car it was. My wife works in retail so I know customer service can get tiring sometimes so I gave the guy a brake. We decided to cancel getting lunch and go and check on the car ourselves. Our car was still in front of the shop untouched. The guy behind the counter informed us it would be an additional 3 hours for them to even look at the car. Not only that but he had a very sour attitude when my wife asked him a question(very politely). I thought perhaps this was fluke and he was having a bad day but another employee who came out the shop made a very rude comment to me as well. Now I have a lot of patience so I can handle when people are sometimes rude to me but dont ever be rude to my wife.I asked for my keys back and left the shop and went to the shell down the street. They fixed my car in a half an hour and it cost a lot less.

Fair pricing. They ordered and received a tire for me within a couple of days, it was installed. Only issue is I was 5 mins down the road and my TPMS system went off. My tire was 10 lbs under inflated.

Just Tires has been my go to place for the past three years. It is convenient with hours that support my work schedule. They are a Goodyear tire seller so options are limited. I have used them to install tires on rims purchased from Tire Rack and all went well. Last week I brought in a tire with a staple through the sidewall and they replaced the tire in 15 minutes under my road hazard warranty. This kind of service is becoming more rate in the DC-NVA area. Great job guys.

Waste of time and extremely inconvenient- Made an appointment online and picked out a tire via their website. Arrived at the location for my appointment and they could not find it. Employee checked the tire size and said they had none in stock but that their Fairfax location did. I asked him to call and see if they would be able to see me as it was less than an hour until closing- they didnt answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT ONLINE.

Had a flat and needed new tires anyway. Theyre prices seemed the lowest in the area for the tires I wanted and they got it done pretty fast while I waited. Maybe 2 hours for all 4 tires.

I had a great experience at Just Tires this evening. They were just about to close. I pulled in because the flat tire message came on in my car, but the car seemed to be fine. They hooked the car up to the computer, realized it was a faulty signal, reset it and then balances the tires with air. They were uneven. Didn’t even charge me. I was really greatful since I wanted to get home for Mother’s Day!

Derek is a customer service expert! He is friendly and personable. I will be recommending this location and Derek in particular to my friends and coworkers.

If you like to leave your car then it’s okay but if you like to stay even having an appointment then this place is worse than your imagination.

I really like this place. Tire prices are reasonable and can be ordered. After purchase, you can pull in to have your tire pressure checked and air added.

My girlfriend just took her car there for an alignment. Quoted her at $158, then took two hours to inspect it, then said he couldnt work on it until I replaced the struts for $900 dollars and it would be in the shop for about a week. I just took the car to a different mechanic yesterday to get everything checked out top to bottom for a road trip were going on starting tomorrow and that mechanic said the struts were fine. This shop will try to take advantage of you and make you get spend money on crap you dont need.

Good quick oil change at great prices

Said A prevented the wheel alignment to be done. Was told that B could be done just to allow alignment to be done for the day. Agreed to pay for B as long as details for A could be provided so it could be taken to a mechanic that worked on the wheels previously. Upon paying for B, details for A was not provided saying that A was never needed so there is nothing to provide info on. It could be their inability to explain clearly in English, but I doubt it as everyone looked and sounded like native speakers.

I can not begin to tell you how much the gentleman at this place made me feel as a valuable customer. On our way back to Connecticut having spent our vacation in VA, I and my husband ran into a flat tire problem and were told by the previous autoshop that they wouldnt change the tire if the tire is not new. However, this store told us they would take care if it and even told us they would rush in doing it in less than 1.5 hour (there are so many tires that have to be exchanged from front to back plus using the one from back trunk). Another customer walks in and the front desk gentleman walks to the customer that has sat explainjng they are working on ours and the next customer would be the next one in line. Seeing a store representative/owner/associate respecting enough to walk to people and explaining to them how the things are in order is really nice and that personalized respect is something you just barely experience nowadays. Thanks for all you did for my 2.5 member family. :)

My wife and daughter stopped in to have a very new tire plugged. The mechanic said that it could not be done and required they buy a new tire (about $175). They then visited a nearby garage, who repaired it for $15.00. Really felt they were dishonest. Their name says it all, only want to sell tires.

I have been a regular there for almost 8 months now for the only reason it is close by my place. Their customer service has been very lousy all along. They cannot give you the guarantee of their SERVICE and would make excuses when confronted. I would not recommend this place at all.
