My local car shop. Love the service we get every-time we take the vehicles in for maintenance. Theyre quick, courteous, and honest. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop to call their home.

I just tried paying my total wireless phone bill online with my card and when the transaction went through it said Billy Weber Tire Co. Hopefully when I call them Monday theyll figure out the problem and refund me my payment of $53. Im from Rhode Island and see alot of people having this issue

I had a situation where my phone bill charge went to BTW Tire. It was so confusing so I gave them a call. For such an unfortunate situation, this was such a great business to face it with. They have had this issue for over one year and take tons of backlash for something that they have no control over. Brian, the owner, was awesome and apologetic. He even have me the number to rectify the charge. I am in WI but if I am ever in VA and need tires, I am coming to BTW.

This company stole money from my bank account….money that was supposed to get formula for my premature baby and refuses to do anything to fix it!!! I live in Michigan!!!

I can honestly say Ive never been to this place so I cannot give a fair rating. What I will say is that I live in Georgia and I was trying to pay my phone bill with PagePlus Cellular. My card was declined because the AVS was not matching...thank God because when I looked at the transaction it had Billy Weber Tire not PagePlus. Looking at a lot of reviews I see a lot more people have had this sameissue. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!

My card was used twice at this place of business at 1:17 am. I reside in Georgia. I just purchased a whole set of tires in my hometown and received an oil change. I’ve never been in Virginia. I use cash app to help family and friends and I’ve never had any problems. So it’s so weird that this company has my personal accounts which is a federal crime. I’ve been toRepair shops where u can type a card in because of emergency may need a family member to purchase a tire or autoRepair but that company successfully dispose of card info and verify payments with card holder. I wouldn’t recommend using your card here. Also when I contacted merchant they gave me fake number and wouldn’t disclose they were a repair shop. I guess they are buying data from a third party and just running people cards to stay in business.

Have brought our cars here for years, and their honesty is what I admire most. We always buy used cars, and when they reached the point that it isnt worth fixing they tell us. When I get my car inspected and it fails I bring it to Billy Weber and his cost is always less then the inspection service station charges. The thought of moving and having to find another place to take my cars, is as bad as having to get a new doctor. I highly recommend.

Took my car for wheel alignment at this shop for the first time based on reviews and the shop was timely, professional, courteous and the alignment mechanic even took it out for a test drive and told me what to look out for since one the tires is slightly worn. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend and will do future alignments here for my 3 vehicles.

Great service when I took my car for an alignment the other day. They put my car up on the lift and immediately called me into the shop to show me what was wrong. They didnt pressure me into buying additional repairs. I will definitely be going back!

I called this place of business to report fraudulent activity on my account. Someone tried to make two different payments here yesterday and today. The gentleman I spoke with in the service department got extremely rude and obnoxious with me telling me I’m a scammer and he hung up the phone on me. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

Honest, friendly local place. They have done my tires and some service work for years. I wish all service and repair shops were like these guys. They will only fix what needs to be fixed and will be honest with you all the way. Billy is a first class businessman.

Long story short: my dealership told me that the sound my car was making would cost me almost $2k. Took it to BWT who gave me their honest opinion of what the problem actually was. Fixed problem and sound for less than half that. New tires I got per their recommendation are AWESOME and I couldn’t be happier! It feels like I’m driving a new car. Nice, honest crew that provide excellent and FAST service. They have a night drop off which helps you avoid traffic during the day. I am a Billy Weber Tire customer for life.

Dropped in unannounced because of a nail in the tire. They were able to fix it, no hassle, competitive pricing, excellent service, and best of all, same hour service. Highly recommended, A+ experience.

They have always been really fair and honest about cost & priority of what needs to be done. I also have never felt pressured to do anything sooner than I was ready to do it. Mostly important to me is that as a woman they have never talked down to me or treat me like an idiot.
