Service center has poor customer service. I was so turned off when I brought my car in. Advisors are rude and short with you. Advisors never answer calls or return calls when you leave a message. I live in falls church but drive to Alexandria Nissan to get my car serviced.
Horrible customer service, they try to take more money out of you for things you dont even need. They even get mad when you say no to then.
I was sold a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was wrecked and had damage from one end to the other on the passenger side and they never disclosed that information to me when I purchased the vehicle. I then returned the vehicle to exchange it for a equal amount and was told they could do nothing for me and WOULD NOT work with me at all. My advice to those that want to purchase a vehicle from Priority...DO NOT or at the very least look over the vehicle thoroughly and make sure you get a complete Carfax YOURSELF!! Good luck
