Had the worst experience with Sales guy named Andrew and Finance guy named Mehdi. I asked for pricing and they wouldnt give it. Than they asked for bank statements for proof of funds which I sent. They were rude and disrespectful and told me they wouldnt sell the car to California. They wasted my time. I would never recommend anyone to go there,
Interested in a “new” car which unusually is listed under preowned. Asked simple questions on history, including any prior damage, service, etc and received no response. Also inquired on warranty and if it is fitted with Apple CarPlay. Auto response is we’ll get back with you but they haven’t in several days. My Initial email inquiry was answered (auto response) by their receptionist with a no reply email address. While pictures look good their lack of responses and lack of attention to inquiries does not speak well to their customer service.
Purchased our fourth new Bentley from Tate. As always, he provided excellent service and customer care. We would never think of going anywhere else.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff is professional, friendly, and makes sure to explain every detail from the beginning. The technician, Tim, always ensures everything is done right the first time and I really admire his honesty and cost efficient estimates. I have come here many times for routine maintenance but recently brought my car in for some major repairs. He really took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me his honest opinion, and charged me exactly what the estimate was. I was also given an estimate of two days for the repair and the work was finished ahead of schedule. My car was delivered to me at my place of residence and looked flawless. In addition to doing the repairs they washed the car and refilled my window-washing fluid. Not once did I have to worry that I was overcharged or worse, charged for problems that dont exist. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone for general maintenance and more extensive repairs.

This place is a rip off !!.. I bought a Bentley which turned out to be a POS that was constantly inservice, then traded it in for a Mercedes, which was sold to me with 4 bald tires, bad struts and wheel bearings....The service department is inept, unskilled and worthless when it comes to inspecting and assuring their cars are in good shape. Sales is out to be sales and Alvin is a Class A used care salesman.A day after I bought the Mercedes, I sent it back in for vibration.. the Service Department said, it was all well.. 574 miles later the rear tire blew out and found out all 4 tires had wire showing.... 1700 after replacement, the vibration still persists.... the all the Wheel bearings and struts were shot....I told my Sales person and it went on deaf ears.... This place does not stand behind their sale, product are are just out to make a buck even it if means screwing people over.Last time I buy anything from this incompetent place

My experience here was phenomenal! Regina, Ron, and Mehdi showed me the utmost respect from the time I walked in the dealership until I left. The professionalism and courtesy of these three individuals was something I have never experienced before. Exclusive Automotive Group has definitely earned my business. A lot of dealerships dont realize how you treat your customers before, during, and after a deal has a lasting effect. The team here nailed it! They also honored the advertised vehicle price online whereas most dealerships wont do it. Dont just take my word on it. See for yourself!
Ive made two purchases from EAG. The first went super smooth and was great, which led me to come back to purchase a Maserati. This second purchase was not as great and is the reason for my one star rating. The test drive of the car was good. Everything looked great. The team worked with me to get the price that I wanted to get out of the door. Within the same week of purchase, I had to replace the wipers, I noticed that there was a bubble in the tire and the Maserati emblem was coming off of the hood. It takes a few calls and finally Im able to get the car in to have the tire replaced and the emblem fixed. They replaced the tire with one that was the same brand, but completely WORN. Theres no tread on it at all. Im only just noticing after bringing it to a Maserati dealership for evaluation. The initial fix of the emblem left divets in the hood from where they tried to fix it and white glue residue across that area of the hood. When I first made a call about the glue, I was told to maybe use some residue cleaner on the car.... finally after going to the dealership, Regina helped me to get this taken care of and she was AWESOME! Got the car back with a beautifully stunning hood, glue free and emblem intact. Because I purchased a warranty on the first vehicle, I was due a refund since it could not be transferred. This is something that I had to inquire about. Additionally, the initial financing paperwork was done through the dealership and I switched over to my credit union. Making this transfer also required a refund on the GAP insurance. In order to get the ball rolling on both of those refunds it took several calls AND visits to the dealership. If I did not reach out to the staff, the staff didnt try to reach out to me about getting things going and its progress. I called many times having to leave voice messages and getting no return calls. Over and over. When I finally was able to actually speak with the contact in finance who was to assist, it was as if she didnt know that I had requested a refund for either thing. This process took about two months. I was initially told that the refund from the warranty may take 5 weeks or so, but it took that amount of time just to get in touch with the correct person to get a progress report. Once I was able to make contact with Bea, hope I spelled that correctly, she had both refunds processed in about a week and a half. She was Awesome! I made the purchase in September, the Maintenance light came on in November. Took the car to Maserati dealership for a service evaluation, just the initial tire inspection shows that the other three tires are worn out and one even about to rot. Theres now a clicking during sharp turns and its hard to say if its from bad tires or something more. Although the staff is friendly, the office is pristine, and they have nice hospitality, I cant say that after this second purchase I would recommend EAG or make another purchase from them. This second experience was a complete disappointment for me.

Came in to take pictures today. Asked receptionist if we could go into the back with an employee to take pictures of 2 570ss and a 675lt. Person to the right of me responded in a very rude manner saying No youre not allowed! I wouldve been okay with him saying no if he said it in a nice manner. I will probably come back eventually in hopes that I will not be treated like that again.

I did not purchase my Aston Martin through this dealership, but I had a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) done on a 2007 Vantage. I am absolutely blown away with the level of service I received. They looked over every section of the car and gave me extremely detailed information on areas I wanted them to focus on. While the car was on the lift I talked to Medhi who is in sales. He graciously showed me some of the features and shared some knowledge with me on what to look for when purchasing. Remember im not buying the car from this dealership, so it was so nice to have his guidance. This next part is the best. After a couple of days had past I gave them a call and spoke to the tech in charge of the PPI named Tim. He spent about 45 mins on the phone with me explaining all of the questions I had. Tims knowledge of the car is unsurpassed and it helped me out greatly. During the week that followed I had talked to Tim a total of 10+ times. He is patient, knowledgable and kind. Marked by dishonestly, lack of communication, and disrespect. Buyer beware 10 times before considering a business with them.
