Ive been taking my Subaru here since I bought it 4 years ago and have no complaints. Staff is professional, wait times are always pretty accurate, quality of work is good, etc.This morning, though, I had a particularly lovely interaction with George and felt the need to write a review. I came in for an oil change and was sitting outside under the tent. Instead of calling me inside, he came out and met me -- even took my credit card in so I could stay where I was. We talked through other services Id need soon and he recommended a couple ways to get some discounts. It was a short, simple conversation but, Im telling you, it put me in a good mood for the rest of the day! Thanks, George!
I had a great experience at Stohlman recently and need to pass along my appreciation for Anthonys assistance in the service department -- especially after he came in on his day off to help. (Anthony: dont do this! Its your day off! You should be out running through fields and drinking sampling cheeses, not dealing with my nonsense at the dealership.Anyway, I thought the problem was because of an improperly installed strut. However, I was incorrect and know that because Anthony actually laid in the back of the car listening for an annoying noise while a mechanic drove around the parking lot.This is a great effort on their part to determine if I was crazy. Ultimately, they found the problem and eliminated it making my drive home a lot less noisy and disruptive. Thanks again!

Went in to do a Subaru recall. They were on point from beginning to end. Social distancing on point. Ensuring my car was fixed and returned ahead of schedule. My main point of contact was Carlos, hes a really cool dude. I will definitely be returning

Nice facility. Friendly people. Great customer service. Bending over backwards to provide service discounts. My car needs to work, but I cant give a 5th star because of the cost. Regardless, will keep coming back unless I find a place just as good that charge lower prices.
Consistently they remain the best experience I’ve ever had with a service department at a dealership (note: I didn’t buy my Subaru from them). Highly recommended.

So, I have an older Subaru B9 Tribeca. I love it...but it is old. However, the gentlemen at the service department here treat me as if I have the nicest, newest, most expensive car they sell. I love that. With my previous non-Subaru vehicles, I have endured years of walking into car service shops that have made me feel like I have a bullseye on my chest. Not this team. They always provide me with excellent service and advise me of any anticipated service they recommend, and provide me with the estimate. It isnt a big pressure sell with a heavy dose of fear of breakdown. Just very straightforward with explanation. Thanks to James and Carlos and team and the best shuttle driver ever, Caesar. Someday I will be able to get a new(er) Subaru and I will definitely shop Stohlmans.
