Owner/manager did not greet me when I entered the store. Instead, they were arguing with a former customer & felt the need to share that they had evicted the former owners of the shop due to “falling behind” on rent during the pandemic. Not only is that rude & insensitive, it’s unprofessional. The customer also mentioned records of previous service but owner/manager wasn’t very cooperative & made it clear they didn’t have any previous records of care. Also unprofessional.

Sadly this shop has changed owners and Mr Kim (who was an awesome and genuine mechanic) is no longer involved. The new owners are rude and dont seem very knowledgable. I have been bringing my Toyota SUV here for 9 years, and brought it a couple weeks ago due to a grinding sound. I brought all the records to have a conversation with the new owners about previous work performed at Vienna Auto.The response was pretty horrific. The owner at one point started yelling at me that they were not responsible for Mr Kims previous work. After a less-than 15 min test drive, they diagnosed a completely new rear differential and several other expensive repairs. I asked how much it would cost and he replied why would you spend 6-9k on this old car?.Needless to say, I brought it to a different and more knowledgeable mechanic that was recommended to me. It was only parts of the rear differential that needed replacing, and the other items that Vienna Gas and Auto recommended were simply incorrect. They have lost a long time customer from all the hard work Mr Kim put in over the years, and I suspect I wont be the only long time customer to find a new mechanic.Cheap gas though... but wouldnt let these people touch my car.

NEW OWNERSHIP. Mr. Park is no longer the owner and it shows. I’ve been taking my vehicle to VGA for 3 years. My vehicle threw some codes. I knew how to fix the problem but my tools are in storage so I was in a pinch. I took it to VGA not knowing Mr. Park was gone. After the upselling, I ended up paying for the fix and some other routine maintenance. The cost of the fix was over priced but again I was in a pinch. I get my vehicle back and drive it a few blocks, but it isn’t sounding right. Pop the hood to see my air intake wasn’t connected to the filter housing. The filter housing wasn’t even secured properly. This would not have happened with Mr. Park. Looks like I’ll need a new local shop.

I really had a wonderful experience here. I had been hearing a noise in my car that I was almost sure was associated with steering but it turns out it wasnt. They put forth a lot of effort to figure out what was going on, and didnt want me to have an unsafe car, all for a very cheap inspection fee. The service they provided was likewise very affordable. What I liked the most was how nice, polite, and humble the owner was. I want him to take care of my car as long as I have it!

I take my car there for inspection, and they told me should change front brake and pad. They also told me these parts come with at least two years guarantee, and for that they charge me more. Now less than a year I have to change these parts and my mechanic told they use most cheapest parts.I wish I had time to claim and charge them for this con job. Never trust them and if go there check their price with other place, they use fake parts.

I came here to do a safety inspection and they found a broken brake light and another problem which they fixed quickly and under $100 for everything. Very honest and I would go back to have them do my oil changes.

I appreciated that they got me in for an oil change. But when I called to check on the status they advised me only upon following up that their machine wasnt working to lift the cars. Not sure why they chose not to mention that when I dropped it off because I made them aware my intention was to pick it up during my lunch break. Flash forward to a month later and my windshield wiper fluid is completely depleted and my car produces a strange burning smell Ive never noticed. I call in to see if they can help me over the phone to resolve this. The guy that I speak with says if I wanted a regular and typical oil change with my fluids topped off you should have gone to JiffyLube he literally said that. I appreciate how candid he was but I wish my expectations had been set appropriately from the beginning so I would not have expected things I was never destined to receive. Next time Ill just go to JiffyLube.

I loved this place. Until I didnt. I was a loyal customer, and they were always nice. But the last time I brought my car in for the front sticker inspection (state inspection?), they said my oil was looking bad and needed to be changed. I asked why that might be, how it could go bad, and they said its normal, you just have to change it once a year. And then I said I know, so why when I brought my car to their shop only a few months ago (2 or 3) and got the oil changed, it was now bad, and they said they didnt know they had worked on it before. They changed my oil for free when they realized I used their services a few months before, but I dont like the idea that either they did a poor job a few months prior, or they were lying about what they saw this latest time just to get some more work/money from me.

Nice people, they do good work and fast. We have been a faithful customer for almost 20 years.

Vienna Gas is a great local auto shop. They are honest, reliable, and timely. I have had most of my service work done there for the last 6 or 7 years and they have never steered me wrong. They are great and I recommend them without reserve.

I went to ask for some help. Asking to use a tool to put my spare tire back and the owner kick me out telling he will charge $60 to do it threat acting as good person but it is the opposite.Some time a simple favor is not about changing money . I hope this person never has a small emergency and dont pass for the very angry moment that he make me passed.God bless him

John here clearly knows the most about the Honda Civic of the 4 local shops I called, and he quoted me the lowest price. Better yet, he threw in a $45 brake flush for free!I initially brought my car to the nearby Sunoco on Old Courthouse and was quoted over $600. Knowing this was ridiculous, I did my homework and found this shop. John charged me $116 in the end, and was clearly honest where Sunoco wasnt.I rarely leave reviews, but the stark contrast in the quality of these two businesses compels me to review both.Great job, John! I have been bringing both of my cars here for nearly one year. Vienna Gas and Auto is by the far the best auto shop I have ever used. The service has been completely outstanding. Mr Park is the owner and his professionalism is unparalleled. Edson is who helps me schedule my car services and he is extremely friendly, professional, and explains things very well. Just today, Edson and Mr Park showed up even earlier to work to help me get car maintenance completed before I needed to be at my job. I have price shopped their services with other auto shops in the past and I have found their prices to be the lowest. Edson and Mr Park know me by name and I feel like I can always count on them. Mr Park has walked me through major car repairs and I feel like I can completely trust him. I highly recommend Vienna Gas and Auto Care!

Using the shop for last 1 year for my Honda Accord 1996, good pricing and quality service

This place did not provide fair estimates and I was put off by their customer service. I took two cars here to get inspected after moving down to the area with my girlfriend. After inspecting the first car, they said they would not pass it because my muffler pipe would rattle and was not secured properly. Their kindness at first led me to trust them and after they showed me the part that was no longer holding the pipe securely, I obliged and allowed them to do the work. For 30-45 minutes of time and some simple welding of the piece to hold my muffler in place, it cost $200 in addition to the safety & emission inspection cost. Not too expensive, but considering the piece was just a small metal strap and it did not take long, this seemed too high. Also, they did not provide a parts and labor breakdown in the reciept so I was unable to assess exactly what I was charged $200 for.I then took my second car there, and after inspecting it, they said that I needed rear brakes and that they would do it for $250. Now, I have replaced brakes before and knowing how much work it is, along with the inexpensive parts, this estimate was severly high. I told them no and said I would get them replaced myself. I happened to be going back to my previouse area of residence a few weeks later so I decided I would order the parts myself and have my old mechanic do the work. The car had rear disc brakes, so I ordered shoes (which only cost $30), and my old mechanic did the work for $70, bringing the total to a much more resonable price of $100, compared to the $250 they had estimated me at. The worst part was that my old mechanic said the brakes were perfectly fine and that there was no reason they should not have passed my car.On top of that, when I went back to get the car passed after the work was done, they did not treat me nearly as nicely as the first time I did business with them. It was as though they were angry that I did not have them do the work. I will continue my search for a reasonable mechanic as I feel that there are definetly better options out there.

Awful behave in dealing with customer. I will never go there again, I dont recommend you to fix your car in there. dirty deceitful! my car mercedes has a lot problem after he touch it. if you have old and cheap car you can fix it in there, but you will visit them again and again.

I paid $250 to fix my RX350 tail lights and 1 week later, it is not working again, I took the car back to them today and left it there for 6 hours, they said all working now, but it did not work and they asked me to bring it back again. they didnt do anything today. I will gave up this place
