I’ve been going to NTB for a little over a year. I really appreciate the manager Dakota. He is very helpful and the prices were more than reasonable. Also they always get me in and out in a reasonable time. I would high recommend NTB to other people.

Dakota and his team are friendly and anytime something is wrong with my vehicle they take the time to show me exactly what’s going on and walk me through the process to fix it. I’d recommend them to any friend or family member.

His staff that he currently has is very attentive to the needs of my car. The service here is unmatched. I will always recommend this place to my friends and family.

Came here because A family friend gave me a coupon for this place and I’ll be a returning customer. Even with being short handed from the lack of people wanting to work in this pandemic they managed to show me quality service and had my car taken care of in a timely manner.

Had a flat tire on the Audi and although they didn’t have the tire in stock they made sure we were safe and put our spare on for us . Anthony and Dakota were very helpful, friendly, & had quick service ! Thank you again 😊

Slowest service Ive ever received. They Took a customer in front of me although I had been sitting here 15 minutes before her and even had an appointment. I had a coupon to get an oil change and tires rotated for $20, but the employee hands me a receipt for $55 after they tricked me into an upsale that I didnt realize they were doing. Ill never come back to this place after this experience. Never been to such a slow oil change shop. Ripped off and wasted time at this place. Zero stars should be an option. Scam city. If I present a coupon for 20 oil change, dont upsale me. Low life move. Take advantage of people who are too timid to argue about the upsale. Just know that this place is shady like that. Explains why they arent making profit since they opened. Their employees are texting on their phone while they are changing my oil. Thats some low quality work in my opinion. Hope they put my oil cap on..an hour and 20 minutes so far and no other customer here now...must be union workers or something. Emphasis on the Slowest service joint Ive ever been to.

Nice staff. Clean store, good prices. Alot better staff than the other shops around here. They did a great alignment on my truck.

My parents went here to get an alternator replaced. They put the new alternator on and then the car wouldnt run and the manager said there was nothing they could do about it. So essentially they broke something on a customers car and refused to fix it but didnt have any problem taking their money. they also had no idea WHAT THEY DID WRONG OR WHAT BROKE. Who does that? What kind of business does that?? After a significant amount of arguing they were people to get their money back. But they didnt apologize, offer them a tow truck to another garage or do anything to remedy the situation. They for more than happy to take their money but wouldnt fix their mistake. I wouldnt go here to get the air pressure checked in my tires let alone get any repairs done. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is pathetic. Im not able to give zero stars or I would.

Our most recent experience with NTB has been the best one yet. We are buying a (new to us) vehicle and unfortunately its needed quite a bit of work. We did buy the warranty however due to distance to the dealership and our work schedules we have ended up eating most of the cost ourselves. We would like to give Dakota from the Vienna NTB a huge Thank You!!! He knew how much we had already sunk into this vehicle and helped us out so much. One of his teem members even offered to drive us home (a 2.5 hr drive) and pick us up for work to ensure that we still had a running vehicle and our jobs. What a fantastic team!!! We will definitely go to this NTB for ALL of our vehicle repair needs!

I got some brake work done and a oil change to my vehicle it was Very good service the employees there were so helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing to my vehicle I would recommend them to anyone very pleased with how fast it was and they didn’t beat around the bush like other shops it was straight to the point very honest people .

I set up an appointment for a battery change several hours ahead of time and still had to sit in the lobby for an hour waiting on the battery to get delivered to the shop

The customer service was nice, but they told me a long list of things my car needed and I took it to my mechanic and it didnt need all the things they told me I needed

This place is over priced. They charge double or triple what any other shop in town charges. Do yourself a favor and support local businesses instead of greedy corporate type businesses.

Don’t go here for tires unless you don’t mind waiting 4 plus hours my appointment was at 1030 and didn’t get done till about 230 absolutely ridiculous

Great service at the NTB in Vienna WV!

Will never come back again. Went to get an alignment done and they said both my inner tie rods are bad and it would be $561 for everything. I literally just had my inner tie rods replaced a couple months ago so they were just trying to get my money. Dont understand why shops cant be honest.

NTB sucks. I’d say 90 percent of the reviews on here are written by the employees. You know you are a bad place to go when you have to give yourself good reviews.

Professional associates and was able to accommodate to fit me into their busy schedule due to an emergency.

Went in when they first opened. Everyone was still new so I kept that in mind but overall was very happy with the price and service. I don’t even think they have had there grand opening at this point yet.

This place had excellent service and very knowledgeable Manager. Will definitely return!

Not happy will not go back

I saw a lot of posts about women being treated poorly, but i am a woman myself and was treated just as well as the men! I also had both my kids with me and they all were so nice to my littles. Will be back!

Cut the side wall on my tire had to wait on AAA for awhile so it was a relief when i showed up and was literally in and out in darn near 20 minutes

Good customer service, good prices, good work

Went in to see what the weird noise was coming from my car was and the mechanic looked at it and let me know the problem and brought me out to show me exactly what was causing the noise. And what it would take to fix it. Most places just tell you what’s wrong and give you an estimate that might include stuff you don’t even need. But these people are very good at what they do.

Good prices on labor and parts. Used to go to Goodyear but that place when down the tubes. But I think I found my new go to place.

I bought 2 front tires after I got home I noticed that they had scratched one of my chrome wheels

Absolute toxic attitude towards neighboring businesses . Feels the need to block driveways denying other businesses clients access to driveways and denies others the ability of leaving . Very rude to the woman of the other business. I hope it was just a bad day for them and they don’t really treat woman like that and speak to them in that manner . If so, husbands maybe you should take your wives car in so they aren’t subjected to that treatment

Excellent customer service! The mechanic they have really knows his stuff and got my old truck driving like a new Cadillac.

Seems this business doesn’t support their neighboring businesses in Vienna, WV. Rude, disrespectful and dismissive as well as dishonest. I would never bring my vehicle to a location who feels it is professional to curse at women on the phone.

Labor rate is $110 that’s way to high. Most shops charge $70 an hr labor. They won’t be in town long with those outrageous prices.

Very overpriced. Will only work on your car if they supply the parts. So they can rip you off.
